The Substitute Bride of my Best Friend

The Substitute Bride of my Best Friend
Session

Rayyan sat on her proud chair while staring coldly at the three people before her. One of them was his favorite daughter. The firmness and sharp facial aura melded into one making the feathers of everyone in the room goosebumps instantly. Likewise with Zahira, although he often saw a creepy look coming from the father, still the fear of sneaking inside the woman.

"Can you explain what really happened? Why are you two doing so at the hospital of my late mother?" Rayyan asked with a sharp tone and a cold facial expression.

Among Zahira, Shaka and Nizam, none of them had any intention of answering Rayyan's question. All three unmoved. Their tongues were twisted, their mouths locked tightly.

Silence swept over them and the situation further infuriated Rayyan. It was clear that the man's fist was clenching tightly until it showed fine veins on the back of the hand.

Knowing the father could no longer control his emotions, inevitably made Zahira open her voice. "It all started with Doctor Nizam's invitation, Dad. He said that there was something important to tell me. At first I refused, but because I could not bear to finally comply with his request. However, before leaving with Doctor Nizam, I had already sent a message to Shaka, asking him to see me immediately if he had arrived at the hospital."

"Lantas, how come there's a jotos fight your husband did in the hospital? You all know, in this building a lot of patients come for treatment. With the incident earlier, it does not rule out the possibility of them feeling disturbed and worsening the disease suffered," Rayyan said while looking at Zahira with disappointed eyes.

If Rayyan knew the truth, would she still be disappointed in Zahira's attitude? Or did he teach Nizam a lesson because he dared to speak his heart to someone's wife?

Zahira fell silent and looked down again. He realized that what had just happened could make the hospital visitors, patients who want and have been treated disturbed. He should have been able to prevent Shaka from venting his frustration to Nizam.

"Stop blaming Zahira, Dad. It was all my fault not Rara's fault." Shaka spoke so loudly and firmly that Nizam and Zahira turned almost simultaneously to the man of half Middle East blood from his grandfather.

Rayyan stared coldly and sharply at the son-in-law and son of her true friend, Rio. "What do you mean, Shaka? Explain to the real Father. Don't tell a half-way story that makes all the news confusing."

Shaka was silent for a while as everyone stared at him. It was seen that Zahira was about to make a sound, defending her beloved husband. However, the man's fingers had first encapsulated Zahira's lick hands, then rubbed them gently as if to tell him that he would be fine. He can solve all problems without Zahira's help.

"I was forced to beat up Doctor Nizam, because he told my wife his heart, Dad. Which husband will stay silent to find his beloved wife bullied by another man. I'm sure, Dad would have done the same thing if there was another man openly saying love and intending to snatch Mother Arumi from Father's side."

The squinty eyeballs seemed to be perfectly widened, hearing Shaka's speech. "So, you mean, Doctor Nizam told Zahira his love, right?

Shaka nodded his head without releasing the link of his fingers with Zahira's fingers. "really. That's why I beat Doctor Nizam blindly. I just wanted to teach her a lesson to stop approaching Zahira. Even though there was no love between us, but she was still wrong because she intended to take away the woman whose status was the wife of people."

Nizam smiled and said, "Rather than Zahira living in pain, it is better for her to come with me. I will definitely give her sincere love without any intention of hurting her feelings."

"Shoppers!" Shaka stood up and tried to attack Nizam several times. However, this time Zahira swiftly stopped her husband's actions.

"Shaka, stop! Please, don't fight anymore." Zahira put on a hardened face, pleading with Shaka expectantly. Her beautiful eyeballs began to glaze over, her nose was sour.

Rayyan massaged her temple which felt dizzy all of a sudden. Now he knows the reason why Shaka lost control, beating Nizam to pieces. He will do the same if there are other men who intend to take Arumi from his side.

"Basic Bastard!" Shaka clenched one hand. The man raised his hand into the air, then pulled it back and with a quick movement he punched Nizam in the face until the sound of meeting two skin surfaces echoed across the room.

Shaka was inflamed to hear Nizam's unprofitable ramblings. He wanted to teach a lesson to the son of a bitch, a man who has no shame because he proudly wants to be a champion of the people or the term today is called pebinor.

"Gosh, Shaka!" zahira screams with his mouth cupped using the palm of his hand. He was quite surprised because unexpectedly Shaka again gave a raw bogem on Nizam's face.

"Shaka, stop! Don't share your anger!" yang Rayyan to the son-in-law.

"Let me finish him off right now so that there are no more seedlings in this world."

The father of four gave a rough sigh. He did not understand why he was caught in this complicated situation. The work business has made his head dizzy and now the household affairs between Shaka, Zahira and Nizam are increasing the burden on his life.

"Najma Zahira, get your husband out of here. The longer you are in the same room, the sooner you come to pick up Nizam. Let me talk to your colleagues and solve all of your problems."

"But, Yeah ...."

Uncompleted Shaka spoke, Rayyan's palm had already been lifted into the air as if asking the son-in-law not to refute his orders.

Rayyan glanced sharply at Nizam. "And you, Doctor Nizam, stay here. We need to speak with four eyes."

Shaka took a deep breath and exhaled it violently. "alright. I'm gonna get out of here." The tall-nosed and handsome-looking man relented, entrusting everything to the father-in-law. He believes that the narrow-eyed and Chinese-blooded man can find a solution to all the events that happened to him.

With a slight hesitation, Zahira touched Shaka's arm. "Come, honey, we're out of here."

The couple stepped forward near the white door, leaving Rayyan and Nizam alone.
