The Trapped Princess

The Trapped Princess
Eleanor

"Where am I?" Elea opened her eyes, she felt her body drift, her mind felt hollow and there was only darkness greeting her.

"Am I dead?" elea's voice echoed like she was in a cave.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?" suddenly a loud voice echoed, making Elea surprised.

"Who are you? Where am I?" asked Eleanor.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?" the voice repeated, without answering Elea's question.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?" ask the voice again.

Elea tries to hold on to her consciousness, she sits herself down and calms her mind, while the questions keep haunting her every minute.

As the pieces of events begin to reassemble, Elea begins to understand everything that happens. But convinced that she was not yet completely dead, Elea thought, is it possible to answer a question that resonates properly, saving her life?

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

Elea repeated the question to herself, "what do I want?"

Elea was reminded of the royal family, the yellow mountain top brass, Gentala, Arion, Alardo and the witch's aunt. "I want my loved ones to live happily" Elea replied.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

But it seems that the answer Elea gave was not the right answer, the echoing question was repeated every minute.

"Is my answer wrong? But that's the thing I really want." Elea looked around hoping for an answer to the question she asked, but not the answer she got, but rather the echoing question that came back over and over again.

Elea tried to persist with repeated echoing questions, not even knowing how long she had been trapped in the dark room. He kept thinking, what answer would be true.

"What do I want?" elea asked herself, thinking hard. "What do I really want? And what answer is correct?"

Elea began to get upset and despair, "the first answer I really wanted was to be considered wrong, then what was right?"

"I live, I breathe, I have family and precious people around me, I have strength too, isn't that enough?" Elea rolled her eyeballs. "Others I want? Or what other people usually want?" Elea dialogues with herself, thinking hard trying to find the right answer.

Elea remembers living with Isabel's grandmother, people in the world were vying to be the richest or most powerful.

"Do I want wealth?" Elea shook her head quickly, wealth is meaningless without happiness, many of the rich she sees are full of falsehoods.

"Do I want power?" Elea came back quickly. "Elrick is the right candidate for the throne, I don't want the throne at all."

"Then what do I want?"

Elea no longer knows where to find answers, she remembers her life until now. He met many people, he went through many things, but the first time he cried after adulthood was when Isabel's grandmother died. Elea suddenly remembered Isabel's grandmother's words to her, words she often repeated for her. When he has a day off, he often enjoys time with Isabel's grandmother in the villa. When dusk began to come, Elea always leaned her head on Isabel's grandmother's thigh, along with seeing the sun that began to move away. Isabel's grandmother always stroked Elea's hair gently with affection, and she always said:

"Ara, it's important to think about others before thinking about yourself. However, before you do, you also need to make sure that you are happy first."

Elea once said, "i have a grandmother who is always there for me, and I am happy for her."

"Then if Grandma's not next to you anymore, does that mean you're no longer happy?"

Elea opened her eyes and looked at Isabel's grandmother, "grandmother will be forever beside me, grandma mustn't go anywhere!"

At that time Elea recalled the smile on Isabel's grandmother's face, "grandmother will always be beside you, but when the time comes, you deserve to find your new happiness."

Elea opened her eyes several times, returning from her memories with Isabel's grandmother. Elea whispered softly, "are I not happy yet? Do I want to be happy? What kind of happiness do I want?"

"WHAT DO YOU WANT?"

Elea waits for the same question to come back over and over, but only a silent greeting. "The question is no longer repeated, is my answer correct?"

But still no one answered him, "hmm... I'm sorry that I was stupid to ask, but I already know for sure that no one else is here."

"Kreejek..."

"Whatis that? Who's in there?" Elea asked in surprise at the sound of an old door creaking.

"Kriiiieeeeeet.." The same voice repeated itself, Elea tried to find the source of the sound, until she found the light that began to gradually enter the dark room that had trapped her.

"Next time, Eleanor!"

Elea stared in shock, "you.you...how is it possible?"

Elea stood up from her seat, with shaky steps she began to approach the figure before her. "This is impossible! Who're you?"

Elea surrounded the figure, she circulated her gaze, observing every inch of her curves, from head to toe.

"Who are you really? Why do you have a face and a body like mine?" Elea looked straight at the figure. "Are you my twin too? Are we really triplets? Not a twin?"

The figure smiled broadly, "no Eleanor, your twin is just Elrick."

"Then who are you? Why do you look so much like me?"

The figure approached Elea, she stretched out her hands and held Eleanor's hands together.

"I am you, and you are me, because we are Eleanor" the figure replied puzzledly.

"Please don't play any more puzzles with me, I've been locked up long enough and drained my energy of answering repeated questions. If I had to solve the puzzle afterwards, I don't think I could anymore" Elea replied grumblingly.

The figure again displayed a smile on his face, "i don't want to play puzzles with you, I just want to bring you back."

"Back?"

The figure nodded, "and to return, you must allow me to unite with you first."

"United? Why do you want to be with me? How's it?" eleanor asked confusedly.

The figure tightened his grasp, "because you're without me, not Eleanor."

Eleanor looked at him question-marked, the figure taking off her hand, she turned to embrace Eleanor. "Close your eyes Eleanor, soon what you want will be realized."

Elea closed her eyes as she was told, she felt a warm embrace. "Eleanor, remember that you deserve to be happy."

"CRAAAAAAASHH!"

Elea felt something warm running through her entire body, her hollow mind now felt full, her dull senses now felt sensitive, and she could again feel the old aura disappearing.

Elea opened her eyes slowly, she blinked a few times, her gaze was filled with three figures who were smiling widely.

"You're back!" call them all together

Elea replied with a smile, "i'm back."
