“This is the bag let me take it. We are not going through the garbarata. Look, tuh, all down must be on foot to the plane.” Wibisono pointed at a line of people who were flocking to the stairs of the plane.
“Garbarata is what, Mas?” tanya Tini went down the stone steps with Wibi's hand gripping her arm tightly. Tini was wearing shoes with flat feet. Not the high wooden sandals that Boy commonly referred to as dingklik.
“Garbarata is a bridge that connects passengers directly to the mouth of the plane. English is aviobridge. Garbarata made in Indonesia is famous abroad, you know. Exported and many developed countries are make. For example Japan,” replied Wibisono.
“Oh, his name is,” muttered Tini.
“What's it called?” ask Wibi. He had to look down a little to look at Tini. The future wife he will introduce to his parents, has a height only limited to his chest.
“Belalai, Mas. Boy once said it was a trunk bridge. I want his trunk. I have been on a plane twice. Join Sejah honeymoon to Bintan. Same goes with Mas Wibi.” Tini grin.
“Later to take a plane often. We can take a group tour. Tour travel office in Jakarta is soon open,” said Wibisono reminded of his business.
Tini clenched her mouth and nodded softly upon hearing that. It turned out to be true what his chatty superior had said. There are times when the man prefers a woman who is innocent and not all-knowing. Men have a leading ego that they must satisfy.
Wibi sees Evi and Dayat walking ahead of them both. That day, he will lead the most special tour trip he has ever done. Bringing three brothers to visit the village. To meet his family and relatives.
The trip to Surabaya will take no more than 1.5 hours from Jakarta. They all sit in economy class. Not being able to buy a business class ticket. The reason for Wibisono is simple. Economy class seats are closer together. He had heard from Bara that Tini was suffering from a fairly extreme motion sickness. But the woman had been acting relaxed since then even though her face was not anything but pale.
Evi and Dayat already occupy their respective seats. Evi sits by the window and Dayat is next to her. Tini was sitting next to the window right in front of Evi.
After putting Tini's small bag of clothes and her backpack up the cabin baggage compartment, Wibi sat down next to Tini who was sitting holding her bag so calmly.
From behind Wibisono heard Evi and Dayat having a small argument over who was sitting by the window. The pair of younger brothers finally made peace in a suit manner. Dayat gets the first hour sitting by the window, while Evi gets the rest. In his heart said, the brother sister was quite creative in overcoming the seeds of discord.
“You okay?” wibi asked, grabbing Tini's hand from the top of the bag and grasping it. “You're a really big shoot,” connect Wibi. The woman who a while ago threw a change of mouth at him, now sits neatly and ants.
“I'm okay. Just enjoy the trip,” replied Tini. He who has sipped anti-sickness medication travel has begun to sleepy. Although feeling affectionate about the moment with Wibi will be passed just like that, but Tini prefers to fall asleep rather than having to vomit many times in front of the man.
The plane door closed and the wheels began to move backwards away from the garbarata. The sound of the aircraft engine roaring noisily, Wibisono wrapped his hands around his shoulders. Pulling his body to lean against the man's chest. Tini's heart is pounding more and more non-relaxed. His heart was confused as to what. Because of the plane that was about to take off, or the scent of Wibisono perfume that filled his nose.
Amongst the turmoil, Tini suddenly felt her body lifted from the earth. A second later he felt his head touching Wibisono's arm.
“Jeez, yes, geez!” cry Tini, hugging Wibisono's arm as hard as he could.
Faintly before closing his eyes, Tini heard Dayat's voice ask, “Mas, Sister Tini has fainted?”
Basic brash sister, Inner Tini.
Wibi took the bag that was in Tini's lap and swapped it on her lap. A little worried that the bag would fall under the seat in front of them. Tini fell asleep like a fainting person. Tini's head drooped limply squeezing his arm. And he kept that position for over an hour. It's okay, Wibi thought. Seeing Tini's pale face and her forehead slightly dripping with sweat, Wibi felt pity.
The woman who would be married by him was the firstborn who had felt strong for too long alone. A woman who does not want to grieve and always responds to her life like a guyonan. Tini's the wrong way to be around him. Not feeling, Wibi smiled.
Having once had a lover from a wealthy family, Wibi also never felt small in front of the family of the woman he loved. A feeling that might be more or less the same as Tini felt to her.
Self-indulgence. Clumsy. I don't feel like I deserve anything better. Worshiping something excessive knowing it is impossible to have it. Maybe that's how Tini feels about her. I liked it from the beginning. He knows it. But Tini made that a joke out of thinking that he wouldn't respond to it. Though, without Tini noticing, he enjoyed his joke. He likes Tini to adore him. It doesn't matter what happened in the past to the woman. Because Tini is the first woman to respond to stories about her ex-boyfriend just by passing by.
Tini was the first woman to hear the whole story with a relaxed face. All things that feel strange, responded to by Tini. The woman seemed to understand all the strangeness of the world. To him, all things are acceptable to reason and wholeheartedly understand him.
Wibisono wants to live with a woman like Tini. The woman who could hear his story and chatter honestly responded to it. Wibisono wants a determined companion to fight for a family like Tini. A woman who not only holds her arms laments fate, but also does something to change her fate.
Wibisono falls for Tini because of her fortitude. Who do not want to be pitied and hope for help from others. What's more, Tini's funny. He believes his days will not be boring if he lives with the woman.
After coming from the toilet in the waiting room, he had informed his family that they were all at the airport and would arrive in Surabaya in the next few hours. His mother's voice sounded excited. Even his mother had said, “Mother Seneng, Bi. I thought you were really disappointed with Nabila, until the trauma did not want to go home.”
Wibi laughed at her mother's words. “I'm disappointed, Mom. But that doesn't mean I'm traumatized not getting married. I just haven't found the guy yet. Well, now I've met. Don't forget to prepare a good lunch,” he replied.
The announcement from the cockpit just sounded. In a moment the wheels of the plane will touch Juanda International Airport. It's time to wake Tini up.
Wibisono touched Tini's cheek. “Tini, wake. We have nyampe.” The gentle call did not keep Tini awake.
Wibisono again patted Tini's arm softly, coupled with a slight shake of his future wife's shoulder. “Tini, we've nyampe.”
Tini blinked open her eyes and opened her eyes. The woman's reflexes rubbed her mouth on the sleeve of Wibisono's shirt, which she had been riding on as a pillow.
“Udah nyampe, Mas?” tanya Tini looked up at Wibi.
Wibisono. Then the views of the two of them moved on the sleeves of the shirt which is now yellowish because of the powder and lipstick swab from Tini's mouth.
