TINI SUKETI

TINI SUKETI
82. Prospective Family of In-Law (1)

With each of them, they arrived outside the airport and waited for the taxi queue number. Tini and Evi sat on the iron chair while holding her bag. While Dayat stood with Wibisono while conversing. Wibi was answering Dayat's questions enthusiastically. It seemed like the presence of three people from Cokro Village made Wibi feel even more needed.

“I was just doing it on the plane?” tini asked Evi in a whisper.

“Ngapain yet? Play tennis, Ma'am,” replied Evi of origin. “Not to mention the plane two meters from the surface of the earth, you have fainted. In fact, he did aja,” grumbled Evi.

“Well, who knows I have been skidding until I hold my Mas,” replied Tini.

“Nothing. You rest in peace. Rest in peace,” replied Evi.

“Rest in peace, mother! If I rest in peace, cry kui!” Tini pulls Evi's hair.

“Ck,” decak Evi holding her hair. “You sleep comfortably. There's a picture of the sidelines of the plane seat. I'll watch. Mas Wibi's a henchman, yo, Ma'am. Relax and calm. Suitable to be a lumping horseman,” said Evi giggled.

“You mean I'm her lumping horse?” Here asked back.

“I didn't say that, yes.” Evi laughed coldly looking at her brother.

Wibisono walked up to them, from his face the man was like he was about to say something.

Tini stood up to the man. He did not want his conversation with Wibisono to be heard by Evi.

“Later nginep at home, yes. Lots of empty rooms. I told Mom,” said Wibisono.

Tini was a little worried. He was bringing his brothers. If it's alone, it might not be a problem. But with them so crowded, Tini hugged. They have no status and are arguably new to know.

Tini shook her head weakly. “Do not, Mas. We all stayed at the hotel. I'm talking to Mas Wibi's family. We were nothing at the hotel. Only two nights in Surabaya. I brought my sisters. Know me, Mas.” Tini held Wibisono's arm and looked at the man.

Wibi was silent for a moment. Looking at Tini's face for a while, then looking at Dayat and Evi alternately. Then remember about the simple things he used to go through with his ex-girlfriend. The woman used to overcome all small problems for herself with money, regardless of her pride as a man.

Now, Wibisono understands what Tini is worried about. This is not about refusing a simple stay. But more on Tini's efforts to be able and independent and come with full confidence to get acquainted with his family.

Finally, Wibisono nodded. For that time, she let Tini stay at the hotel with her sisters. Let Tini get acquainted with pride, because it does not come to trouble the family of his future father-in-law.

“Ya, already. But only this time you can stay at the same hotel. Next time, already have to nginep at home,” said Wibisono.

Tini's eyes sparkled. It should have been this first introduction they left an impression as tourists. Do not come and stay at the house of a stranger. Next time, if there is another time, she must convince him that Wibisono has become her husband while staying at the man's parents' house.

“Nginep at which hotel? The ordinary hotel. If you can get near many areas. Who knows, we'd like to walk around the crocodile monument. No need for expensive hotels,” said Tini again reaffirmed.

“That's nothing to think about. I know which hotel is good. Not an expensive hotel, but a nice.” Wibisono embraces Tini's shoulder. He again had to dispel Tini's concerns about the price of lodging.

Tini looked relieved to hear that. “That's our cab.” Wibisono pointed to a taxi whose front door was being opened by Dayat.

“Wah, lucky me,” Dayat tukas from the front seat. “Then dateng ngunjungin Mbak Tini, immediately saw the largest city number one and number two in Indonesia. Mantep,” connect Dayat again.

“Mas Wibi his home in town, huh? Cool,” cetus Evi who threw his gaze to the right side of the taxi window.

Tini who sat in the middle back did not wince. He doesn't want to talk much. In the driving vehicle, Tini could not feel any emotions. He cannot be sad, happy or angry.

“That's one of the outlets know baso Mas Angga,” said Wibisono, raising Tini's hand he held while showing a shophouse.

“It's own or managed by someone else?” ask Tini in a weak tone.

“Owns themselves. Mas Angga has not opened its business franchise. All of which he still manages himself. The outlet hasn't been too much, but it's starting to expand. Like my travel business, Tin. Not much yet, but the results are more than enough for us.” Wibisono moved Tini's hand over her thigh.

If only Tini was not trying to overcome his travel hangover, maybe Wibisono will get a warm welcome when putting his hands on his thighs. Unfortunately, Tini's condition and the existence of Evi next to her, made Tini can only look at her hand drooping weakly in Wibisono's hand.

After a long journey, they entered a residential complex whose road was wide enough for two cars to pass.

“Well, this is the home of my parents. I still live here because I'm single,” said Wibi chuckling. He got out of the car and held the door for Tini. “Later to buy a house in Jakarta. We're looking for the Bara house deck. So you can meet his wife Bara every day,” said Wibi again.

"Gener, Mas?" Tini's eyes widened. The shadow back next door to Dijah filled his mind.

Wibisono.

In that thrilling journey, the happiest thing about Tini's heart is Wibisono's speech that always inserts the word ‘kita’. A simple word that made his heart warm for a moment. Each Wibisono said the word ‘kita’ good looks of the man also increased in the eyes of Tini.

A woman came out of the door and reached for the fence.

Wibi makes sure Evi and Dayat have come down and brought their respective luggage. He then took Tini closer to the fence and helped his impatient mother push through the iron door. When it opened, Wibi greeted her mother.

"Mom, niki Tini. Niki adhi. Kulo bekto mriki bene sami mlampah-mlampah, ma'am. Nggeh karepe kulo badhe kulo tenpaken kaliyan Bapak lan Ibuk." (Mom, this is Tini. These sisters. I'm taking a walk here. It means to be known to Mother and Father.)

This is the first time, Tini thought. He immediately welcomed the hands of Mother Wibi who had just been released by her son.

"Kulo Tini, Buk. Niki rayi kulo Evi, niki rayi kulo, ragil asmane Dayat. Rayi kulo niku sawg Jakarta. Terose badhe mirisani kulo. Nembe as beautiful as niki teng Jakarta. I'm really, I'm called Mas Wibi mriki. Ngapuntene, mugi dateng kulo as beautiful as mriki mboten ngrepoti Mr. kaliyan Ibu and Mbak'e." (I'm Tini, this is my sister Evi, the youngest one is called Dayat. They are traveling to Jakarta. He said he wanted to see where I live. The first time to Jakarta, uh even invited Mas Wibi here. Hopefully our arrival does not memgerepotin Father, mother and mother.)

Evi and Dayat were also quick to respond. Hurriedly greeting Mother Wibi in the yard.

“Ayo—ayo, log in first. We meet Mr.”

Wibisono released Tini's hand which her mother dragged into the house.
