. Arisa was silent while gripping the doorknob. Raisa who saw Arisa must have misunderstood trying to get out of bed. Unbalanced, Raisa collapses and Arisa runs past Rayyan just like that.

Daffa came in and ran to Arisa and Raisa.

"Where are you going?" Tanya Arisa grabbed Raisa to stand up.

"Don't misunderstand. Me and Rayyan don't-"

"I know. and I understand." Arisa interjected with a lowered head and a livid face. Raisa smiled hearing Arisa's words.

"I'm going to Rais." 'Deg' Raisa was wide-eyed at the sudden words. Daffa was as surprised as Arisa said.

"Aris.." - Lirih Daffa.

"You love me, don't you?" Arisa asked suddenly at Daffa. Daffa was silent and could not answer.

"Riss." Call Rayyan who approaches them.

"Aray. please help Rais. I'm not strong enough to lift it." Arisa said without looking at Rayyan.

"In addition there is Daffa Risa.." delik Rayyan who remained standing. Raisa is getting claustrophobic with the situation in the room.

. "Rulisa." Shouted my mother from the door. The father who ran after her grabbed Raisa who was still sitting with Arisa and Daffa.

"What did you do to your brother?" Ask mom with a high tone and a sharp look. His heart was pierced by the gaze of his own mother.

"No... Aris-"

"Already Aris. Mama knows you're jealous until you make Raisa like this." Mama interrupted not letting Arisa answer.

"Ma. This isn't Aris' fault."

"You shut up Rais. When do you defend him. He just doesn't know the return. He should know his position. Aris is too pamper you until Rayyan is dating when Aris himself knows you like Rayyan."

"Ma. enough." Said Raisa who was getting down.

"He likes me?" Rayyan muttered looking fixedly at Raisa.

"Auntie... Arisa is not-"

"Silent you." Daffa was silent not continuing his words. "Don't defend him. He's gonna get bigger head. Mama wondered why she defended so much."

"Ma is enough." Firmly I stopped my mother.

"I'm sorry ma.." said Arisa then moved and ran out. In the hallway, Arisa accidentally hit Dimas who was chatting with other doctors.

"Sorry.." - Arisa lowered her head. Dimas grabbed Arisa's shoulder and looked at him fixedly.

"You crying?" Asked Dimas with worry.

"Doctor Dimas. I go first." Speak politely to the other doctor.

"Yes doc please. I'll catch up." Dimas is no less polite.

Then Dimas refocused on Arisa who was unceasingly shedding tears.

"You sick again?" Arisa shook her head in response to Dimas' question. Arisa immediately hugged Dimas heard tightly while continuing to sob loudly. Dimas was surprised to not dare to return Arisa's embrace. Daffa watched Arisa cry to others. Her heart ached more than seeing her closeness to Rayyan. Rayyan was the same sculpting beside Daffa saw Arisa hugging another man tightly. What a pain in his heart was so deep that it was venting right in front of his eyes.

Although Dimas did not return Arisa's embrace, Rayyan still felt tight.

Arisa, too, does not know what she is crying about. Seeing Rayyan accompanying Raisa, or her mother's words slicing her heart.

"Aris... already your boyfriend misunderstood later." Dimas said it was not good.

"What does he care?" Arisa's cry was unceasingly crying.

"Isshh Aris..." Dimas clucked annoyed because Arisa who did not want to escape. Moreover, Dimas felt uneasy with Rayyan's sharp gaze intimidating him.

"Aris." Call Tio suddenly from behind Dimas. Dimas immediately released Arisa when he heard Tio's voice.

Then Arisa clutched her chest strong because of a throbbing that made her grimace. His chest seemed to be slashed back. Her heart throbbed painfully making Arisa unable to hold back her increasingly limp knees.

"Aris.." screeched Dimas grabbed both of Arisa's shoulders.

Tio looked up and then swiftly helped hold back Arisa who was asleep. Dimas and Tio immediately took Arisa to the examination room. Daffa and Rayyan remained silent in place.

"Daf..is jealousy and heartbreak as painful as this?" Rayyan asked without turning her face away.

"I didn't know Aray. And I never felt heartbreak either. You know it's always me who breaks things off unilaterally. I feel it now." Daffa was no less lethargic looking at Dimas who was getting further away.

"Had Risa been so mad at me. It was crowded."

"Since when has Rayyan felt jealous?"

"Now Daf. I don't want Risa with that doctor." Suddenly Rayyan moved and caught up with Dimas with a face that held back anger.

"Ehhh.. nahh right.. look for trouble." Cetus Daffa followed.

. Raisa tries to explain, but still mom believes more in what she sees.

"Ma.. isn't it excessive? You scolded Aris to such an extent." Said Yugito staring at the door.

"Didn't you see the mas? Rais fell for Aris. When did he grow up?"

"But I'm afraid he will be reckless again ma.." said Yugito who is still worried about Arisa. Fearful if Arisa desperately jumps from the roof of the hospital. Yugito moved from his seat with a worried face that he could not hide.

"Where are you going?" Ask mama.

"Why should I be sought? Mostly he's with Rayyan now. Mas. What we're trying to match up with Rayyan is Rais, not Aris."

"It's enough. Mama why the hell? Why don't you understand your own feelings?" Yugito turned around with a hostile face.

"It's because of this. Rais likes Rayyan. Wasn't Rayyan picking up Rais." Mama doesn't want to lose.

"Ma. dad. You guys misunderstood. Dad's right. The one Rayyan chose was Aris not me. Mama herself saw how Rayyan treated Aris. Very different ma. In other women Rayyan is very cold, even tends to save the hate. But to Aris, Rayyan was very gentle, sweet, and warm. Anyway, I already have Fariz ma'am.." Raisa interrupts the two trying to break up their debate.

"I told you I didn't fall because of Aris. But because I'm not careful myself. Naturally Aris was angry ma. They love each other. If I go into their story, I'm just the third person who obviously wasn't expected to be there." Raisa continued with sadness.

Yugito, who does not want to hear further, chooses to get out of Raisa's room to look for Arisa's whereabouts.

After contacting no Arisa, Yugito immediately ran to the examination room after getting word from Tio who picked up his phone call.

"Tlio." Call Yugito when he sees Tio sitting down and looking down. Rayyan and Daffa did not look away from the door of the room as if they were unaware of Yugito's arrival.

"Where have you been? Why not go to the office yesterday? You didn't even come home. I'm worried." Furthermore Yugito grabbed Tio's shoulder which was patted by Tio himself.

"Worry about stepdaughter father only. I'm just a real kid who's not considered." Lirih Tio however was still heard by Yugito.

"Tw..."

"Otherwise dad? Aren't we?" Tio looked up and revealed his pitiful face. It felt like crying, but tears never dripped.

Dimas came out and approached Yugito and Tio as if ignoring the existence of Daffa and Rayyan waiting right near the door.

"How's it?" Tio asked who was worried.

"It's okay now." Answer Dimas.

"You're not lying to me anymore, are you?" Tio frowned with an intimidatingly sharp look.

"No Tio. This time I don't want to make any more mistakes." Answer Dimas reassured.

"Can you come inside?" Tanya Yugito who is friendly yet still looks resolute.

"Please om." Dimas.

"Om... Can I come inside?" Rayyan asked who stopped Yugito's move. Yugito nodded while throwing a smile.

Arisa who has opened her eyes but is still lying down. Arisa turned to Yugito then stared flatly.

"You mad?" Arisa shook her head in response to Yugito's question.

"I'm sorry mommy is probably worried about Raisa-"

"It's usual dad." Arisa interjected with tears that had already flowed in her temple.

"Risa.." call Rayyan slowly. Yugito turns to Rayyan and then Arisa, who seems to be indifferent to Rayyan.

"You want to talk?" Yugito asked Rayyan. Rayyan just went silent not responding to anything.

"Aris.." call Yugito.

"What else is dad?" Arisa turned to Yugito with a still flat gaze.

"Ehhh... Where's your warm gaze?" Ejek Yugito tried to melt the atmosphere.

"Dad's gone." Arisa's reply is still flat.

"Dad...didn't you have another 1-hour business?" Tio asked from the doorway.

"Say dad's backtracking on his meeting time." Said Yugito without looking at Tio.

"Eh.. This is my father's important project..." Tio stared intently at Yugito.

"Yes okay. You take care of your sister." Said my father as he walked away from Arisa. Now only Rayyan is facing Arisa who turns her face away from her.

"You angry?" But Arisa did not respond to Rayyan's question. And even closed his eyes.

"Risa. I know you're not sleeping." Rayyan clucked in annoyance. Arisa opened her eyes again but did not look at Rayyan.

"Riss." It was Rayyan who made Arisa turn to him.

"I want to be alone." Said Arisa coldly.

"Listen first..." Arisa clucked irritably then moved up and sat leaning back.

"Risa wasn't what you saw." Rayyan said again by grabbing Arisa's two shoulders.

"Risa. I beg you not to be angry." Persuaded Rayyan then switched to grab Arisa's hands and hold them. Rayyan grew even more anxious when she saw Arisa who was unceasingly dropping tears from her eyelids.

"Risa.." - Rayyan.

"Aray, it looks like we don't have to get close." Like a knife that stuck directly into his heart, Rayyan pegged at once hearing what Arisa said.

"What do you mean Risa?"

"You also know Aray Rais loves you very much. And mama was right. I'm the brash one for taking you from Rais." Broken already cried Arisa. Rayyan calmly held Arisa in her arms.

"I don't want Risa. I love you."
