. Bi Ina looked at Arisa who was now sound asleep after the weeping that had exhausted her.
His body temperature rose again, and bi Ina only gave a small towel compress with warm water.
Mama came over and told auntie to get back to her job. Mama rubbed the back of Arisa's hand gently.
Arisa clasped her hand but reluctantly opened her eyes.
"Auntie don't leave me. Stay here." Arisa said slowly but still heard by mama.
"Let your mom and dad not care about me. But auntie don't." Arisa continued to make mama go limp, her heart felt slashed.
"You hate mama?" Ask mama slowly.
"Hmmmm?" Arisa went back to sleep without answering any questions.
Mama moves on and takes off Arisa's grasp. Passed to where bi Ina is.
"Mom called me?" Bi Ina approached politely.
"Bi... Does Arisa hate me? Did auntie influence Arisa to hate me?" Mama collapsed and sat on the sofa with her forehead.
"What does mother mean? Miss Arisa loves me very much." Say Bi Ina politely.
"That's it. Now aunt choose! Stop working or stay away from Arisa, and don't touch her one bit." Aunt was jolted at the choice her employer made. The choice was too heavy for him. However, Arisa is very dear to her like her own biological child.
"I still want to work, Mom." Reply bi Ina with a heavy heart.
Mom walked into the room and closed the door. At the same time, but in a different place, the two women cried without a sound. One, feeling like a failure to be a mother to her child. And one had to stay away from the lonely girl he loved. But even so, aunty was happy to still be able to see Arisa directly even though she could not give attention like before. And inexhaustible if the aunt chose Arisa instead of work, the aunt would only regret because the end of the aunt would not get both.
. Tio suddenly patted the shoulder, and surprised bi Ina who was sobbing.
"Auntie crying?" Tio asked in surprise to see bi Ina rubbing her cheeks, and forcibly held back her tears and smiled at Tio.
"No mas. auntie excuse me for continuing the work." Aunt passed by leaving Tio.
Feeling that something was unusual, Tio rushed to run and entered Arisa's room.
Now Arisa is sitting hugging her knees wrapped in a blanket. And there was the sound of a small sobbing as if being detained and not wanting others to know.
"You crying?" Tio Tanya sat down and rubbed Arisa's hair gently. Arisa looked up revealing her red and swollen eyes.
"How long has this child been crying?" Thought Tio was staring in the face of her youngest sister.
"There's a big brother here." Tio hugged Arisa who was getting louder sobbing while in her arms.
"Usually if you're sad, you're always quiet sitting in a balcony. Why didn't you do it this time?" But Arisa's cry again became when she found Tio's question.
"Arisa.. You're okay, right? Don't make your sister panic. What's that hurt? Speak up.!" Said Tio who looked so panicked. But Arisa refused to speak.
Arisa begins to fall silent when she realizes that there is blood coming out of her nose. His vision became blurred, and plus his aching stomach.
"Aris. Arissa...." Tio tried to see Arisa's face in her arms. But only his eyes were closed.
"Arisa... Are you okay? Are you sleeping?" The question Tio was asking was a substitute for the question he had in mind. Afraid that Arisa is unconscious.
"Come on. Don't mess with brother. Do you miss big brother so much? Until you don't want to let go of your arms from brother?" Tio grabbed Arisa's shoulder and was about to put her back to sleep. How surprised to see the blood coming out of Arisa's nose. Tio shook Arisa's body in worry.
His fear began to envelop, this had happened to Raisa first. And fear that Arisa too has the same disease as Raisa. It feels like Tio would be more devastated if it was the truth.
Unknowingly his tears began to flow on his cheeks.
"Arisa. You're a tough brother sister. You promised to accompany your sister, right?" Frantically Tio looked for a cloth or tissue to clean the blood on Arisa's face.
For some reason, his anger and emotions were now uncontrollable. The hatred towards father and mother now re-emerged in Tio's mind.
Busily, Tio still cleaned Arisa's face carefully.
After finishing, Tio walked quickly out of Arisa's room and down the stairs. Grabbing the house phone and talking in anger.
"Go to my house soon or I'll close your clinic." Jerk Tio then put the house phone back in his hand.
"What's up Tio? Why are you suddenly so angry?" Ask the father who came out of his study.
"What's wrong?" Tio looked annoyedly at father.
"What a look is Tio." I'm not less looking hard at Tio.
"Ah... hahah. oh sorry dad I forgot. I shouldn't have expected my mom and dad to know that Arisa was in the condition that there should be a mom and dad next to her, like you did with Raisa. And I'm sure, I don't know if Arisa's unconscious. And stupidly, I told dad just now. Hahah.I'm a stupid dad." Annoyed Tio ran back up the stairs.
Raisa who heard Tio immediately ran into Arisa's room.
His steps stopped when he saw Arisa who was still asleep.
Tio passed by Raisa who was speechless peeking, and just stared blankly at Arisa.
"If there's no interest, you'd better go back to your room. I'm sick of seeing you pretending to sympathize with Arisa." Said Tio sitting on the bed opposite to Arisa. "I should only have one of you. Maybe this can't exist. And maybe it's just me who feels empty to have parents but not with his affection. You should know, because you're Arisa up to this."
"Enough Tio. What are you talking about." Father's high-pitched speech stopped Tio's speech.
"Ahhhh dad... Am I wrong?" Tio turned his head and looked at Raisa who was slightly lowered.
"Ohhh. I forgot father again." Tio patted his forehead softly. "Where might I blame this father's favorite son." Seringai appeared on the corner of Tio's lips.
"Nafasku. Why is this door closed?" Tio got up and tried to open the glass door leading to the balcony. "Locked? Not usually?" Tio looked at Arisa. "Hemm I don't think it was Arisa who did it." Tio said as he looked at Dad.
"Yes. Dad did it." Said Dad coldly staring at Tio.
"When did you know Arisa really liked being there?" Tio pointed at the balcony without turning his gaze away.
"You don't know what happened Tio. So stop blaming dad."
"So? Who should I blame? Arisa?"
"Yes.it was Arisa herself who tried to jump from the balcony. And if you don't come, somehow now." Speak father in a tone getting lower. Tio was silent for a moment.
"No wonder dad." Tio looked at the balcony. "It's no wonder Arisa tried to kill herself like that. Even if I don't think of Arisa who is always alone, I've done it too, father." continued Tio who let his tears fall back on his cheeks.
"Dad knows? Not just this time Arisa tried to bring herself down, but many times." Father and Raisa gasped at what Tio said. "Either what made him undo his intentions, but Arisa always cried alone if it did not work out with his intentions. And only bi Ina knows and always advises Arisa when Arisa starts to lose her way. Which child is strong in this position. Did you ever play a role in Arisa?." But dad was silent.

. Some time waiting, Dimas finally arrived and went straight to Arisa's room.
"Where have you been?" Umbat Tio was upset while leaning beside Arisa and gently rubbing her head.
"You think the distance from where I got here is close?" Reply Dimas no less upset.
"Why else is he? Isn't that okay?" Tanya Dimas sat at Arisa's bedside.
"I don't know. She cried, then like this." Tio closed his eyes.
"Crying?" Dimas scrunched his forehead.
"Yaaa seems very depressed. But I don't know the problem." Tio opened his eyes again.
"He never told you?" Ask Dimas to make sure.
"No. Why?"
"You're serious?" Dimas looked at Tio. "Until when did he hide his illness? Even from Tio." Dimas muttered his eyes.
. Dimas examined Arisa while looking for other diseases to serve as an excuse. And his breath was relieved after finding Arisa's stomach that relapsed.
"As usual. The stomach acid's rising." Dimas.
"really? That only?" Dimas nodded in response to Tio's question.
"Then why did he get a nosebleed.?" Ask Tio again. Swallowed dimas not wrinkled.
"Damn.." he muttered.
"Yes.the effects of fever and impact caused Arisa nosebleed." Obviously Bumbling Dimas.
Tio moved up and approached Dimas, then pulled his collar.
"Explain the truth to me." Furious Tio. His eyes were reddening with anger.
"Damn. I promised Arisa not to tell her family about this. I want to explain everything to Tio. That Arisa's not doing well, she's just pretending to be strong." Mumbled Dimas reluctantly opened his mouth.
"So right? Is there anything you're hiding about my sister's health?" Shouted Tio.
"Don't scream. I'm dizzy" muttered Arisa who changed her sleeping position. Tio took off his grip and then again grabbed his sister.
"You awake? Is anyone sick?" Arisa just shook her head and stared at the balcony door right behind Tio.
"I'm sorry for that. Understand that Dad loves you very much. He did it out of fear of losing you." Obviously Tio but did not make Arisa change her facial expression. His gaze grew colder plus his pale face.
Arisa glanced at Dimas who was staring pity at her.
"Stop looking at me like that"
