. "Fabio. What did you do to my sister?" Reza asked, who grabbed Arisa and stared intently at Fabio.

"You probably already know the answer. I'll take her home." Arisa shook her head violently while covering her face that was still crying.

"Without you coming home too, your existence will be public now." Said Fabio grabbing his phone then quickly Arisa ran and was about to grab Fabio's phone. But because of reflexes, Fabio brushed off Arisa's hand and accidentally pushed Arisa's body until her chest was pressed hard by Fabio's hand. Her breath was cut off instantly and Arisa collapsed while reaching for her chest that was in pain.

"My-mo-hon." He was still trying to get Fabio. Fabio pecked and dropped his phone then immediately grabbed Arisa who was looking at him with a gaze begging Fabio not to spread the news that was still alive. Looking at Arisa who was coughing and grimacing in pain, Fabio grew more panicked and tightly hugged Arisa's body that was starting to fall asleep.

There was a slow mutter before Arisa was completely unconscious.

"Ja-ngan.. beware.. ughhhh... sa-kit....."

"Arisa. I'm sorry." Fabio said, shaking Arisa's body in a panic.

"Fabio. Let's get him to the hospital." Reza is no less panicked considering Arisa's health condition is still unstable because of the liver graft she had experienced.

Quickly, Fabio and Reza rushed to the hospital and the scene was successful to make the entire office feel astonished at the panic of Fabio and Reza while carrying Arisa who was sleeping.

Fabio was incessantly blaming himself for what he did to Arisa.

"Why did I make you like this? I want to take you home because I want to see you happy. Please don't happen. I promise you, I won't tell your family if you're okay." Inner Fabio grabbed Arisa's hand and he put it on his cheek, occasionally he peeped Arisa's palm and back. Even when he reached the hospital, Fabio was unceasingly pacing back and forth. He looks more agitated than Reza.

"Za.." panggi Zain ran over to Reza. "How's it?" Asked Zain who was gasping for running.

"Still checked." Reza leaned against the wall and closed his eyes slowly. Not that he did not care, but he tried to calm down and the heart kept praying that Arisa would be fine. Before long, the doctor came out and soon Fabio approached before Reza.

Fabio soon catches up with Reza and makes sure that Arisa is okay.

It looks that Arisa has opened her eyes and looked hopefully at Fabio who is looking at her flatly. Arisa does not know that Fabio is now worried about her and hopes for her safety.

"Sister Fabio.." whined Arisa back in tears because of the fear of what Fabio did because he found her. Arisa tried to get up and sit down and grabbed Fabio's hand while looking down sluggishly.

"Aris please. Don't tell anyone that Aris is here. Aris will do anything as long as brother helps Aris. Aris is willing to marry her sister here now. Aris won't be gone from my sister's life either. Aris promised to be next to my sister. But only one thing Aris wants." His voice was getting lower and he sounded sobbing louder.

"Easy that? No. gabe. He wants to be with me because he has to. He doesn't really want me. He's just afraid I'm telling his family that he's not dead. What do you think my heart is Arisa?" Inner Fabio stared intently at Arisa's face with eyes narrowing and holding back his anger. Yes, Fabio is very angry because Arisa can't love him.

"Sir Reza. help Aris to prepare for Aris' marriage to Fabio's brother." Said Arisa turned to look at Reza who looked at her no less flat than Fabio.

"Is his fear that big? Until she was willing to marry this demon. Cihhh so cheap. He gave himself only out of fear of his whereabouts being known to his family." Inner Reza delicated turning his gaze away from Arisa.

"Enough Arisa. Stoptalking. I won't accept your ridiculous offer." Fabio gripped both shoulders of Arisa firmly.

"Did she not realize Fabio loved her?" Reza muttered a heavy sigh while tightly closing the door.

"Sister.if it is the marriage of the way, we are married now." Arisa's whine was getting tighter grasping Fabio's hand on her shoulder.

"For what? What if you don't want me, huh?" Fabio half yelled restraint so as not to be noisy but wanted to vent his emotions. His eyes reddened staring intently at Arisa who was incessantly crying bitterly in front of him.

"Why do I love him. My plan to take control of Yugito suddenly disappeared. I even want to accompany him. In fact, if the Artaris company I have mastered, the entire Yugito family I will throw away without exception. But this, seeing it like this makes me get nothing. Who her? "Can't your face and words believe me?" Fabio asked back with narrowed eyes as if to show that he was offended.

"Promise? Whatever happens to me here, brother won't tell anyone about me."

"I promise. But if you still don't believe me, I can slash my hand to convince you that I'm not kidding." Arisa looked up and grabbed Fabio's soft hand.

"Don't talk like that. Being hurt is painful. The one who bleeds, or the one who doesn't. All those words hurt." Lirih Arisa stared fixedly at Fabio.

"I feel it now. And you're the cause." At once Arisa was shocked and turned her face away because of Fabio's words. "But I'm aware. Rayyan's position is more special in your heart than mine. Even you left me alone when I wanted to prove my seriousness. No longer for my evil intentions, but I do want to live with you." Arisa felt increasingly claustrophobic hearing every word Fabio said.

Without waiting for Arisa's response, Fabio moved on and passed by with an expressionless face leaving Arisa alone.

Hearing Rayyan's name made Arisa even more desperate. He guessed that now his ex-girlfriend was happy for their marriage. Arisa grabbed her hair while sobbing loudly made Reza panic as she opened the door.

"What are you doing?" And at that moment, Arisa hugged Reza tightly and then came back crying.

"Why didn't I die brother? Why Nadhira and Citra? If only my life would be like this, I would just die. If Nadhira had not given her heart to me, you might be happy living your life and spending time together. As for me, I live nothing like this. What is my life for, brother?" Reza just did not respond to Arisa's babble that he thought was out of bounds. His heart had already begun to melt because Arisa loved him as much as Tio. Though Arisa herself often get unpleasant treatment from Reza. Reza did not return Arisa's embrace, he just stroked Arisa's head slowly while calming her cries.

"Don't go. Brother loves you. You're the only sister that you've got." At that instant, Arisa stopped crying because it was the first time she heard Reza's confession directly and called herself a sister and considered her a sister.

"If you go, you're the same as Nadhira. Then, who would accompany you here if you weren't around." Arisa is increasingly touched to hear the confession Reza said again.
