Chapter 15 I Believe More in It

"El, we're going to the ATM now." I took Elina to the ATM on the ground floor of the hospital.

After taking the money, we immediately paid for Mama Elina's hospital fee.

"Syan, thank you very much." Elina said that when we were both in the elevator to the third floor where Khenzie was still there.

"Together, El." With a big smile on my face.

The elevator door opened on the third floor and we got out of the elevator.

On the busway, I'm still upset with Khenzie. I sat in the passenger seat while Khenzie stood in front of me.

"What?!"

"Yes." I got off first from the busway.

As soon as I got near the house, I saw Mama standing in front of the fence squeezing her hands and her face looking anxious.

"Where are you from?" My mother asked me, as soon as she saw me.

"Sorry, Ma." I kissed Mama's hand, shook Mama's hand.

"So Shana's beard Mama's friend Shana." I explained to Mama why I came home late.

"Why not Ngabarin?" Mom held my hand.

"Syana thought she had told Bang Aksa about Shana in the hospital."

Mama took a breath.

"Yes sorry, Ma." My head bowed, pressing my thumb using my index finger.

Mom pulled my hand slowly.

"Now that bath of abis eat yes, dear."

"Yes, Ma."

After taking a bath and eating, I went back to the room, I lay my body in my bed staring at the ceiling of the room and suddenly Khenzie's words turned back in my brain.

"I mean Khenzie, what is it?"

"Why should it be in the moment? After coming home from his mother Elina's cold."

I wondered to myself, trying to guess.

"No! I can't think of a macem, after all Elina has never hurt me."

"Gue can't be so bad about my own best friend."

I heard my phone vibrate in the drawer, I was half forced to lift my body, trying to reach my phone.

I saw the incoming call from Karin, I received a call from Karin and asked her why Karin was calling, not as usual.

I frowned, I shook my head trying to deny. I remember that that day, Brooklyn gave me permission to go back to class because he wanted to finish the assignment that his teacher gave him.

My eyes trembled as soon as I heard Karin's words, I got up from the bed and sat on the edge of the bed.

"Rin, I know you're a good man but I don't think Elina will hurt me until it's like that." I said to Karin, after controlling my emotions.

"But Shan..."

"Rin, I knew Elina before I knew you." I interrupted Karin's words.

"Gue believes more in people I already know better than in people I don't know deeply." Reveal me.

"Okay, Shan." Karin's voice rang out, she ended the call.

I let out a heavy sigh, put my phone on the top of the drawer, I laid down my body, hugged the pillow roll and pulled the blanket, I closed my eyes.
