At home, when the time has shown at 14:45. From the outside, I heard Mama calling my name.
“Syan.” My mother called me, knocking on my door.
I got out of bed and opened the door for my mom.
“Under Khenzie, he said he would like to see you.” Mama said, as soon as I saw my face.
“Tell me Shana is not at home yes, Ma.”
“Mama, I told you already if you were at home. How's dong?”
I let out a breath.
“Oudah, yes. Shana down.” I closed the door to my room, then went downstairs with Mama.
On the stairs, Mama asked me.
“You're fighting with Khenzie again, yes?”
“Syana keselama dia.”
“Why?
”
“Not why, just upset.”
“Well, how's the story?”
“Long Ma the story, Syana males explained from the beginning.”
“No way, however Khenzie is always there in your toughest times. You have long been his position, do not destroy your friendship because of trivial things.” Mama said, advising me.
“Iya, Ma.”
I walked up to Khenzie sitting in the living room, I took a sofa cushion and sat on the sofa opposite Khenzie sitting down.
“Why?” ask me to Khenzie.
“Lo should come with me, now.”
“Where?”
Khenzie looks serious, Khenzie doesn't answer my questions, she comes to Mama in the kitchen.
“Tante.”
“Tan, Khenzie equals Shana out for a while huh. Can not?” continue, Khenzie.
“Tante just finished making warm tea for you.” Mama said, while stirring her homemade tea.
“Still, Tan. Khenzie can have tea now?"
Mama gave a cup of warm tea to Khenzie, Khenzie sat down and drank tea made by Mama . After the tea ran out, Khenzie returned to say goodbye to Mama.
“Iya, yes. Be careful yes.” Khenzie shakes Mama's hand, with the body down.
In the car, Khenzie drove very fast.
“Can you slowly just don't bring the car? I don't want to die on the streets, yeah.” My love, while holding tightly to Khenzie's car hand grip.
Instead of listening to my words, Khenzie even more stepped on the gas of his car, Khenzie repeatedly overtook the car that drove in front of us, making my body seem to be swayed.
“Lo again ghost trance what the hell, Khen? Slowly woi!”
“Sorry, Syria. We have to get there faster.”
“Kesana.... where?”.
“Lo again ghost trance what the hell, Khen? Slowly woi!”
“Sorry, Syria. We have to get there faster.”
“Kesana.... where?”.
“Lo will know as soon as we get there.” concluded, Khenzie without looking at me in the slightest.
Khenzie stopped at the Bintang Lestari Hotel, where he parked his car.
“Down.” Khenzie hastily removed his seat belt.
“Ngapain we are here?” I asked Khenzie, looking at him with a suspicious look.
Khenzie just kept quiet, didn't answer my question, he just looked me in the eye.
“Don't say...” I crossed my hands in front of my chest.
“Aaan anyway?! No, I still have brains kali.” Khenzie opened the car door.
I got out of Khenzie's car.
“Say first, why are we here?” I confirmed my question to Khenzie.
Khenzie sighed, then walked up to me and took my hand.
“Lo don't macem-macem, yes! It will end up like Brooklyn.” I threatened Khenzie, pulled my hand to get into the hotel.
Khenzie took me to the receptionist of the Bintang Lestari Hotel.
“Good day, Ma'am.” Khenzie greets the receptionist at the hotel.
“Siang, Mr. Khenzie. Can I help you?” they greeted Khenzie with warm smiles.
“I want a customer's room backup key that I told you back then.”
Hearing Khenzie's words, I hit him on the shoulder.
“Enak aja, it's privacy know.” ketus me.
“Sorry we can not give you a room backup key that you mean.”
“OK, that guy is still in the same room right?” ask Khenzie, who seemed to be desperate to find out the whereabouts of the person he meant.
Ma'am who was in charge at the receptionist was just nodding slowly.
“Wait, from earlier you keep saying ‘people it’ people who the hell is it?” ask Khenzie, curious.
“Mbak don't tell that person yes, this time please help me.” Pinta Khenzie at the receptionist.
“Good, Sir.”
Khenzie pulled my hand, headed for the hotel guest elevator.
“Gue knows this is a lo family hotel but you can't find out your hotel guest information as if it were a gini, Khen.” I reminded Khenzie not to act on everything, even though this hotel belongs to his family.
“Iya, I know.”
“Keep why do you lasalin?”
“Gue has no other way.”
“Who the hell is that guy? Brooklyn?”
The elevator door opened, Khenzie pulled my hand out to follow him, Khenzie whipped the 6th floor.
“Lo see for yourself later. Okay?”
“Yes I'm curious.”
“All your questions will be answered when you look with your own eyes.” Khenzie's words made me even more curious.
On the 6th floor, Khenzie headed to the room on the left side of the elevator, passing through three rooms.
“We have to ask ni.” for help Khenzie lowered his voice, he looked around, but the atmosphere in the hallway of the hotel was very quiet at the time.
Until finally, there is an Office Boy (OB) seen in the hallway of the hotel. Khenzie walked slowly, approaching the Office Boy.
“Pak, can I ask for a moment?” ask Khenzie to the OB.
“Sure, Sir.” Looks like he recognized Khenzie.
Khenzie brought the OB to the front of room 204.
“Let's please knock on the door of his room, keep saying that you are tasked to serve the room.” Khenzi dictated what Mr. OB should do.
“Good, Sir.”
Khenzie pulled my hand to the side of the door, so that later if the door opened we were behind the door.
The OB man saw Khenzie, Khenzie nodded his head, gesturing the OB man to follow his orders. Mr. OB finally knocked on the door of the room, after three knockings came a faint sound from inside.
“Who?” Screaming a man from inside, the man's voice seemed very familiar to my ears.
“Gue sure he's squirming again from the small hole in the door.” Khenzie whisper, in my ear.
The man opened the door of his room, Khenzie glanced at me, his eyes as if hinting at something but I could not read his thoughts at the moment.
“Good day, Sir.” The OB greeted the man in room 204.
“Siang.” reply The man, cold.
My ears were so familiar with this voice, I began to think whose voice this was.
“I was assigned by the hotel to serve the room.” The OB said, following the instructions given by Khenzie.
“Later, yes. Not now, I'm tired of going to bed.”
Just as the man was about to close the door of his room, I held back the doorknob of his room. Suddenly I could feel the flow of blood inside my body, my chest feeling hot, my facial expression flat while hoping that what I was thinking right now was not right. With trembling hands, I ventured to step to the front door. I looked at the tall man from the tip of his foot, slowly my eyes looked at the man's face. As soon as I saw the man's face, tears began to gather on my eyelids.
