USTADZ

USTADZ
25. Sister Anne Pregnant

"Morning," Shahla greeted Anggika cheerfully. While stepping into the class that was quite crowded, his gaze was fixed on his friends who looked busy in front of their respective phones.

"What's wrong?" Syahla immediately placed himself next to the bench Anggika. "Is there a duty from the lecturer?"

Anggika shook her head while showing a photo of the results of a screenshot. "Something's going on in the college group that Anne's pregnant,"

"Sister Anne?" Syahla. "Sister Anne that one?"

"Yes," Anggika nodded her head. "Sister Anne who craves the same Lo."

Syahla. "For a while. Is this a fact or hoax? Nowadays news can be fried, too,"

"If according to the info anyway anyone saw Sister Anne to the poly content. Just for the truth doesn't know yet. Ckckck. Netizens have no job, right? Why should I take care of someone else's life?"

Shahla nodded her head in agreement. Humans are too concerned with other human affairs.

"Eh, have you opened the link that is shared with Persma yet?"

Syahla shook her head. He only saw that link a glance earlier. "What is a link?"

"This is the link of the campus magazine file in the revised version. And, in this version there's the name Lo!"

"Seriously?" Syahla hastily opened the phone and clicked on the link in question. Sure enough, the link contains a revised campus magazine PDF file, whose full name is already listed as the author of the Story of People article. Although it is possible to download magazines in this version of the file only a handful of people, Syahla was relieved because his work was recognized.

...----------------...

After the first hour was over, Syahla rushed towards the Persma room. Her goal is none other than to meet Anne. The business of the article was done, and now he wanted to apologize for the incident at that time.

Arriving there, instead of meeting with Sister Anne, Syahla even met Kak Rama. The arrival of Syahla made Kak Rama was moved.

"Dek Lala, are you seriously going to leave the organization? Gua was shocked yesterday when Lo called and said so,"

Shahla answered with a nod of her head. "Yes, sister,"

"Why?"

"ee.. I just don't feel right being here, sister,"

Brother Rama took a long breath. "Gua had heard the story from the others. You fought with Anne yesterday, right? After the Cave check again, it turns out Anne who ngaku-ku if the article was the result of her writing, when in fact Lu who wrote. The cave apologized for not paying attention to that. Gua has also re-uploaded the magazine in a file version with Lu's name as its author."

Syahla smile. "Yes, I have seen. But my decision is still the same as I said on the phone yesterday. I'm here to see Anne too,"

"Lo want Anne to take responsibility for the article?"

"No," shahla's bell. "I just want to apologize, and if I can help Anne deny the hoaxes that are circulating."

"Hoaxes? What hoax?"

"So Rama hasn't heard? Sister Anne was maligned to be pregnant, and the news has already spread in the campus group."

"Oh," Shahla scrunched her forehead looking at Kak Rama's expression that looked ordinary. "It's not a hoax, Dek Lala. But the fact."

Syahla's eyes were wide. "Do you think Rama has proof?"

"Things like that need not be proven, Dek Lala. It was visible from the man. Anne is not a real child, so it's natural that she's like that."

Syahla shook her head not understanding. "Isn't Brother Rama the same as Sister Anne? Why did Rama say that?"

"Pedekates? Who would dare say that? Anne's same cave has never had any connection, La. Maybe he's the baper. We don't have to talk about Anne. Now, Gua wants Lu to reconsider Lu's intention to come out of Persma. Gua acknowledges Lu's good performance, and Gua promises that the events of that time will not happen again."

Shahla avoided the hand of Rama who almost touched his shoulder. "Sorry Brother. But my decision is unanimous. I chose to focus on my studies only,"

"Loh, precisely this organization will help Lu study, Dek Lala."

Syahla firmly shook her head. "Sorry Brother. My experience here was more than enough. Thank you for guiding me all this time,"

...----------------...

While in the lecturer room, Ustadz Amar looked to seriously examine his tablet. He did decide to buy a new tablet after Syahla often use his laptop lately. He did not want his work to be interrupted, but also did not want Syahla to have difficulty when going to do the task.

"By noon, Mr Amar, want some coffee?" A woman with long hair in a ponytail approached her desk. It was Bu Yesi, a young lecturer in biology. Since Ustadz Amar entered this campus, Bu Yesi has been openly showing interest in him.

Ustadz Amar turned his back to avoid the pungent smell of Bu Yesi's perfume. If said fellow lecturers, Bu Yesi perfume can cure patients whose nose is stuck because the smell is pierced like aromatherapy. At that time Ustadz Amar only laughed and thought that the talk was just a joke, but now he realized that the words were true.

"No ma'am, I'm fasting." replied Ustadz Amar with a polite smile.

"Oh, my goodness. I'm sorry, sir," Ms. Yesi took back the coffee cup she had originally placed on the Ustadz Amar table. "Actually I also want to fast, but now again comes the month."

Ustadz Amar only smiled awkwardly, while Bu Yesi looked shyly smiling.

"It's a real dream, anyway" said Bu Yesi as she stepped back to her own desk.

Ustadz Amar took a deep breath after the aromatherapy woman's departure. He had tried his best to hold his breath, and only now could he take in a lot of fresh air.

"Cie, cie, brush Mr. Amar!" Tempt Mr. Teguh whose desk is beside him. Ustadz Amar raised his ring finger wrapped around a silver ring.

"I'm married!"

"No papa, make a second wife!" Mr. Teguh giggles.

"Neighbor!" Ustadz Amar said firmly and returned to his tablet screen.

Ting!

The notification sound of incoming messages made the focus of Ustadz Amar stop. He immediately tapped on his phone screen to open the message.

Little Wife: 'Have you seen the revised magazine yet?'

Ustadz Amar smiled. He typed the word 'already' and pressed the thumb emoticon as a reply message to the wife.

Ustadz Amar's thoughts then returned in the day that Syahla was still hospitalized. After hearing the full story of Anggika, Ustadz Amar rushed to the campus. He just entered the Persma room to meet the chairman.

Kak Rama is certainly very surprised because of the arrival of guests that he did not expect. Then without saying much, Ustadz Amar showed a file on his phone.

"This is the original script that Syahla wrote at the expense of eating and sleeping for the past week. If you are a good leader, take care of this properly. Name your phone number, let me send it directly."

Although still confused, Kak Rama mentioned the twelve digits of his phone number which was directly stored by Ustadz Amar.

"The file has been sent. Learn and take appropriate action. If you can't afford it, I'll face the rector directly to disband your organization."

Brother Rama immediately opened the file. After reading it carefully, he turned his head to the members behind him.

"An, Lo said that Syahla only helped a little, right?"

Ustadz Amar turned his gaze to the female student whose appearance looked very messy. Her long hair looked disheveled, and her clothes looked tangled with scratches on her face.

"Gue—"

"The real answer, An!" snapping Brother Rama made the girl aghast in shock.

"Kok Lo is angry anyway, Ram? It's your fault! Why did you give my job to the new kid? I'm telling you this because I want to teach him a lesson!"

"That's not the way, An! That's called Lohelp people's work!"

"But right, Gue—"

"I don't want to hear the drama of you two" Ustadz Amar said coldly. "Obviously, I want this issue resolved as soon as possible. I don't want you to hurt the people I care about. I'll give you two days, and if there's still no action, I'll make sure this room is closed forever."

Thanks to the threat, today Ustadz Amar saw the name Syahla Nafisa emblazoned as an article writer in the campus magazine this month, even if only on the file version only. Ustadz Amar then printed three pages of articles written by his wife with an office printer. Carefully, Ustadz Amar inserted sheet by sheet of paper into the map of the album he kept on his desk.
