Syahla came out of her room with a sneak. The new wall clock shows at half-seven in the morning, which means there is still an hour left until their schedule leaves for campus as usual. It's just that today Syahla has absolutely no intention of leaving with Ustadz Amar because of last night. As he was about to step out the door of the apartment, Ustadz Amar came out of his room.
"Loh, are you leaving already? How about a morning tumben?" Ustadz Amar approached Syahla while drying her wet hair. "Aren't you waiting for me?"
Syahla grimaced, her brain then thought fast. "Oh, I have an appointment to go to the bookstore. That's why I'm first!" Syahla answered while hurriedly running out of the apartment.
"Who's the guy?" Ustadz Amar followed Syahla who had run first. But by the time he got out, Syahla had already disappeared behind the elevator.
"It was such a rush" Ustadz Amar was astonished. He then decided to go back inside to get ready to leave.
On the motorbike online motorcycle that he had ordered, Syahla tried to calm his breathing that felt dull. For some reason, he was still embarrassed by last night's events. Hence she chose to avoid her husband for a while until her feelings improved.
Arriving at the campus, Syahla became confused himself. It's only seven o'clock. It was too early to go to first class. Going to the library is not open yet. Finally Syahla opened the phone and looked for Anggika number.
"Hello Nggi? You where?" sambar Syahla when the phone is picked up.
"Hello La, I'm still in the hospital,"
"Huh? Which hospital?"
"The General Hospital where Lo was treated yesterday,"
"Geez! I'm there now!"
"Eh, no need! Youal—"
Be late. Syahla had hung up the phone first and directly contacted the driver of the online motorcycle taxi. This time, he was going to the hospital.
Arriving at the hospital, Syahla was surprised because Anggika looked healthy and was waiting for him in the hospital lobby.
"Hoi," Anggika said as she waved her hand.
"Cock you here?" Syahla approached while frowning confusedly. "Aren't you sick?"
"So I've been telling you on the phone that the sick one is my aunt, not I. But you've hung up the phone first and gone here,"
"Oh...." Syahla scratched her neck in embarrassment. "I'm freaking out, so hurry up here."
"Yaudah no papa, later all go to campus with Gue. But, Lo kok tumben set out this early in the morning?"
"Young...." Syahla was about to tell a story, but he was disengaged because many people around them. "Later to tell me,"
"OK, Okay, I'll go in first, yeah, change clothes. I was with Mami Mami who was here to take care of Aunt. So clothes made to the college, I brought them too,"
"Okay, I'll just wait here" Syahla said, sitting her ass on the chair.
After Anggika's death, Syahla circulated his views on the entire hospital lobby. Apparently, even though it is still morning, there are many people who are waiting in line for treatment. There were also several families of patients who seemed to have stayed at the hospital last night. Seen from his face that looks tired and half sleepy.
While he was busy paying attention, Syahla's gaze was fixed on a woman who looked familiar. The woman was sitting alone in a chair in front of the womb. While beside him was a man who was also known to Shahla.
"Sister Anne?" shahla asked as she stepped closer to the two of them. Feeling called, the woman raised her head.
"Is it really Anne?" Syahla repeated her question. Seeing who was speaking, Sister Anne immediately got up from her seat.
"Let's go to San" he asked Kak Hasan who was sitting next to him.
Sister Anne stopped hearing the words of Shahla. He then turned around with a grouchy face. "Lo Seneng, do you see I'm rich in gini?"
"No, sister" Shahla shook her head. "I'm really sorry for what I did at the time. I realize I've been disrespectful to Sister Anne,"
"Oh, start acting again," Anne folded her arms with a sarcastic laugh. "Not be a hypocrite. Do you apologize in front of me for what? Let the people of Lo's year be a virtuous woman? It's chic!" Sister Anne spit on the hospital floor.
"Indeed, you think I don't know that the person who broke the news about my pregnancy, Lo?"
"Huh?" Shahla shakes not understanding. "By Allah, Brother, I know nothing about the news!"
"Not take God with you!" exclaim Sister Anne emotion. "Lo same revenge I've stolen Lo's work, so Lo nybarin news about pregnancy I made revenge, right?"
Shahla shook her head again. "Sister, I don't know where Sister Anne heard the story from, but I'm not the one who spread it! I could swear! I just found out after my friends told me! Because that time I—"
"Lo see, right, San? How cunning is this damn chick? So Rama got smitten with her.." Sister Anne began to sob and Brother Hasan embraced her gently.
"Udah, don't think about it. Just focus on the health of your baby," comfort Kak Hasan.
Syahla felt objected because his words were not trusted, he tried to explain again.
"Sister, I—"
"Udah deh La," Hasan spoke up. "Lo can give you a reason sometime, but now Anne still has to check first. Want to make him more stressed? You still not satisfied making Anne so rich gini? Don't you feel sorry for the baby in the womb?" Said Kak Hasan while glaring a sharp gaze at Shahla. He then took Anne's hand. "Let's go in,"
Syahla could only be silent to hear Kak Hasan's soft-sounding words, but also hurtful. He felt vilified, because by God, he knew nothing about the news! Why did Brother Hasan and Sister Anne suddenly throw all the blame on him?
"Why La? That's Anne's sister to Hasan, isn't it? What did they say? Uh, Lo why cry?" Suppose he saw them from afar and came straight.
Syahla shook her head while wiping her tears that had flowed. "I'm slandered Nggi,"
"Udah, you have, calm yourself first. We're going, yuk?" Anggika led Syahla out of the hospital because the views of the visitors were fixed on them.
...----------------...
Anggika handed over the tissue while they were sitting together in the garden behind the hospital. Syahla's crying never stopped, and Anggika listened to Syahla's story patiently.
"So, they think Lo's spreading the news about Anne's pregnancy?" Anggika summarizes the information he got from Syahla. "Can we do it?"
"Everything, I don't accept dong either" Shahla stopped talking to throw her snot. "I told you that I'm not the one spreading, but they still don't believe me!"
Angika stroking her best friend's back is soothing. "Maybe they just misunderstood. It happened anyway. After Lo crashed, suddenly there was rich news so. Just, suddenly wrong people. Do they have any evidence that Lo spread it? They'll just want to throw the blame on Lo doang deh,"
Syahla listened to Anggika while sobbing. "Keep me how dong, Nggi?"
"Lo calm down. Anne still has her thoughts. She was also recently in-DO from campus because she was caught pregnant out of wedlock. Later, if everything has subsided, try to explain slowly again, huh?"
"But you believe me, don't you?"
"Gue believed one hundred percent, not deng, two hundred percent instead. So you don't have to worry, okay?"
Shahla nodded her head. He must calm his mind. Everything will soon pass. Everything's gonna be okay. Sure.
