"WHAT THE FUCK?" Gian suddenly grabbed the collar of the man's shirt, staring at him fiercely. "Don't touch my friend!"
"Friends?" The man raised his eyebrows. "I've never seen you around my wife."
"Wife?" Gian's forehead wrinkled. He then turned to Shahla, asking for an explanation. Syahla then approached the two of them and tried to release Gian's grip on her husband's neck.
"Gian, please take off. This is Mas Amar, my husband."
It was clear that made Gian widen his eyes. Who would have thought that she would meet Syahla's husband in person?
"Eh, sorry," Gian hastily let go of his grip, while Ustadz Amar patted his clothes as if Gian's touch was something dirty.
"Mas, is he here? Wasn't this morning still in America?" Syahla approached her husband while asking in astonishment.
"I suddenly miss the same you dear, so I immediately book the fastest flight to Jakarta. I deliberately didn't bother you because I wanted to give you a surprise, but instead I was surprised. I am confused because neither you nor Anggika are in the apartment when it is already malem. Finally I checked the location of your phone and it was here." explained Ustadz Amar at length. "You're okay, right?"
"I'm fine" Shahla smiled. "Just, Anggika's boyfriend now has to be treated for having fallen into the abyss."
"Innallahi.." Ustadz Amar rubbed his face while looking at the hospital building. "But you're okay, right?"
"Mas can see for himself" Shahla twisted her body to confirm her condition. Ustadz Amar heaved a sigh of relief and hugged his wife tightly.
"I miss you."
"I am too."
For a long time they hugged, making Gian only able to look away at the scenery in front of him. In fact, just a week ago he was sure he could release Syahla, but it turns out that seeing Syahla's affection with other men can directly make him sick.
"Well, if that's the case, I go home first, yeah," Gian finally interrupted the couple's conversation, he didn't want to be there much longer.
"Eh, with us only Gian," Syahla offered. "Nights like this where there's a bus passing by."
"Barength?" Ustadz Amar frowned. "Is he really the same way we are?"
"Oh yeah, I've never said yes, Gian is our neighbor's apartment!"
"Oh.." Ustadz Amar nodded his head, his eyes watching Gian from head to toe. "If you don't mind, it happens that the back seat of my car is empty" Ustadz Amar later said.
Gian was only able to smile wryly while glancing towards Syahla. Actually he was eager to refuse, but seeing the girl's expectant gaze made him melt as well.
In the end, Syahla, Ustadz Amar and Gian returned to their apartment in the same car. Syahla and Ustadz Amar sat in the front row, and Gian sat with their luggage on the back bench. He was only able to breathe a long sigh while looking at the dark street scenery to distract him from the intimacy of the two lovebirds in front of him.
"Mas really miss me?" Shahla seduces her husband. His hand held the free hand of Ustadz Amar.
"Mas, don't be so, ashamed of Gian." said Syahla while glancing back through the glass in front of him.
"Let's go, he's sleeping." replied Ustadz Amar, who made Gian inevitably forced to close his eyes. He actually still wanted to open his eyes, just that the scene in front of him was not beautiful enough to be seen.
"If so.." Shahla bit her lips and started counting in her heart. Once the time was right, the girl landed a light kiss on the husband's cheek. "I also miss my husband,"
Ustadz Amar was shocked to discover he would get the prize. Rarely does his wife take the initiative to kiss first. Looks like there's also a good thing they're LDR-an for a while.
"You almost did us harm" Ustadz Amar shook his head. "If I don't focus because of your kiss, our car can run away."
"Don't say that, Dong Mas!" Syahla. "Well, I won't kiss you again!"
"That's not so, my dear," Ustadz Amar hurriedly clasped his wife's hand. "I mean later, I want us to be friendly later, when we get home."
"Aren't you tired?"
"Smuck, but you're not tired."
"Hell, molly!" Syahla laughs at the husband. It was different with Gian at the back. The man insisted on sleeping.
Come on, dream, come quickly! I can't handle their friendly chatter! he screamed in his heart.
...----------------...
They arrive at the apartment when the time has shown at twelve o'clock. In the car was only Ustadz Amar who was still awake, while Syahla and Gian were already sound asleep. Although the journey taken by Ustadz Amar is quite far, but his fit body makes him able to keep driving without drowsiness at all.
"Honey," Ustadz Amar gently patted his wife's shoulder. "Wake up, it's here."
Syahla blinked her eyes. He was still in a daze as he was still half-conscious. While waiting for his wife to be fully aware, Ustadz Amar got out of the car first. Without waking Gian, Ustadz Amar just opened the back door. Gian who was sleeping soundly while his head was leaning against the car door certainly almost fell down, and it made his consciousness return instantly.
"Ups, I don't think you're sleeping." Ustadz Amar said without feeling guilty. Soon, all the items in the car were taken to their respective apartments.
"You don't have to bring anything, you'll be tired." Ustadz Amar snatched Syahla's backpack and hooked it on his shoulder. His right hand then dragged the suitcase containing his clothes and his left hand grasped Syahla's hand. Hand in hand, the two couples then walked together to the elevator.
"Apesnya me," grumbled Gian as he walked following Syahla and Ustadz Amar. "Brother heartbroken, alone, hot-hot too." His eyes then widened when he saw the elevator door was almost closed, even though he was still struggling to carry his bag.
"Eh, wait!"
Be late. The elevator door was closed. Gian could not help but lament his fate. He leaned against the wall while waiting for the elevator to come back from upstairs and picked her up.
