USTADZ
77. Guests Not Invited

Syahla opened the door of the apartment, and Ustadz Amar who was behind her followed while carrying their belongings.

"Eng, because my room used to be Anggika, so Mas was forced to sleep together with me." Syahla said hesitantly. Ustadz Amar smiled seductively at his wife.

"That's exactly what I expected, wife.."

Syahla's cheeks meet red. He opened the door and let Ustadz Amar in. Upon entering, Ustadz Amar inhaled a deep breath.

"My room smells like all of you" Ustadz Amar said, leaving Syahla wide-eyed.

"Did I stink?" Shahla was busy sniffing her own body. "I haven't had a shower yet,"

"That's not what he meant" Ustadz Amar put things into the corner of the room first before approaching his cute wife. "I mean, your scent is all over the corner of this room."

"Oh, I can do it." Shahla let Ustadz Amar hug her still-sweat body. "I'm a prick, don't take a shower?"

"Wait with you?"

Syahla spontaneously let go of Ustadz Amar's embrace while pursing her lips. "I'm still tired, Mas,"

"Haha!" Ustadz Amar chuckles at the look on his wife's face that looks funny. "I'm just kidding, baby, I'm really tired too. I promise you, tonight I'll just hold your hand. Yea?"

Shahla narrowed her eyes, trying to find the truth from her husband's words. Realizing that he was under suspicion, Ustadz Amar turned his wife's body over and pushed her into the bathroom.

"Oh, there go in. I want to put on some clothes first."

"Don't come along, '" she threatened before the bathroom door was completely shut. Ustadz Amar laughed.

...----------------...

At one night, Syahla and Ustadz Amar were getting ready for bed. As he was about to begin to lay down on the mattress, suddenly the sound of a doorbell rang. Syahla and Ustadz Amar looked at each other in wonder.

"Who came to our apartment at night?" Ustadz Amar finally got out of his sleep. Syahla hurriedly held her husband's hand.

"Don't Mas, who knows the thief."

"No way," Ustadz Amar rang. "I chose this apartment because of its high level of security. There can't be a thief."

"But it's.." Shahla bit her lips. She was afraid something bad might happen to her husband. But Ustadz Amar smiled as he kissed his wife's forehead.

"You wait here first. Ten minutes. I was only out for ten minutes. If it's more than that, you can call the police."

"OK," Shahla nodded her head as she answered softly. She led her husband to the door and peeked from there.

Meanwhile, Ustadz Amar rushed to the entrance of the apartment. He first peeked out of the door to see who was really disturbing their calm at night. Seen there was a man he knew. It turns out Gian, their new neighbor.

"What's wrong?" Without further ado, Ustadz Amar immediately raised the question after the door opened. Gian was surprised because he was still focused on his phone.

"Eh, I'm sorry sir if I interrupt the night time,"

Ustadz Amar rests his body on the door leaf. "It's know,"

Silent moment. Gian scratched his nape awkwardly. "Well, is there a Shahla sir?"

"Why are you looking for my WIFE at one o'clock?" Ustadz Amar deliberately emphasized his tone on the word 'wife'.

"Ah, I just want to return this," Gian showed me a pink jacket in his hand. "So that's laughing in my bag."

"Actually, I'm not sure who this jacket belongs to. There were four girls who went on the climb. I'd like to ask if this has a shahla."

Ustadz Amar frowned. "Judah let me ask you later."

"No way, because—"

"Gian?" Syahla suddenly appeared and it stopped the debate between the two of them. Gian's face immediately changed sumringah when he saw Syahla who appeared from the direction of his room. The girl wore an instant black headscarf and her body was covered with a long blanket, seemingly to cover her short clothes.

"It's a loh, I want to ask, this jacket is yours isn't it? Laughing in my bag, 'cause,"

"Oh?" Syahla then took the jacket from Gian's hands and carefully looked at it. "This is Anggika's favorite jacket. Thanks to Gian already want anterin malem-alem like this." Syahla smiled broadly.

"That's her. Can't it be tomorrow?" Ustadz Amar had folded his arms in front of his chest and showed a look of annoyance.

Syahla realized her husband's expression was starting to be unpleasant to look at, she hurriedly said to Gian. "Eh, anu Gian, you must be tired right? Thank you for this anterin, you take a break, tomorrow is still practice right?"

"Yes, I'll practice tomorrow. Oh yeah, don't forget Marla brought in tomorrow, 'cause I want a rabies vaccine."

"Oh, okay, okay, ready." Syahla gave her thumbs up and waved at Gian. Without waiting for Gian to leave, Ustadz Amar first closed the door of the apartment hard and looked at his wife with full investigation.

"He comes here often?"

"No!" Syahla hurriedly shook her head. "For God's sake, Gian has never been here. Just this time! He usually does it!"

"Usually?" The eyes of Ustadz Amar glared. "So he's usually here?"

"Eh," Syahla patted her own mouth for mispronouncing. "Yes, as a neighbor, sometimes we ask for help just as he made a gas cylinder, actually a clogged faucet, that's it. No other meaning!"

"Keep, how does he know Marla?"

"Oh, if it's, he happens to be a veterinarian."

"Oh.." Ustadz Amar nodded his head. Syahla was only able to bow her head receiving a sharp gaze from her husband. "But he knows you're married yet?"

"It's over!" Syahla immediately showed her ring finger. "I always wear this everywhere. I never took a shower though. I have also spoken directly to Gian if I have married and my husband is abroad!"

"OK," Ustadz Amar nodded his head, then snatched the jacket from Shahla's hand. Carelessly, Ustadz Amar threw the jacket on the floor.

"Loh, Mum! Anggika's jacket is so dirty dong!"

"It's dirty, it's people's hands, let me wash tomorrow." Ustadz Amar grabbed Shahla's hand and held her tight. "Udah yuk baby, I'm tired, want to sleep hugged."

Syahla smiled a little. Thankfully, her husband was not angry. He then pampered his head against the broad shoulders of Ustadz Amar.

"So he said he just wanted to hold the hand of the doang,"

"Eh, so if you ask for a hug can't you?"

Syahla laughs. "No, no."

"If kiss?"

"Can't be either!"
