"I'll say it. But you have to promise to help get me into the palace, how?. You agree?." Audrey made an offer.

"All right!! I agree." Alaric.

I must admit your greatness." Audrey didn't mean it. Actually in his heart he laughed at Xena for wanting to date a man whose origins are unclear. After hearing Audrey's story, Prince Alaric orders Conrad to investigate the tax issue and also has Conrad help him uncover who the mysterious knight really is, as well as the reason why Xena hates him so much.

"Uncle!! I want uncle to investigate the regulations that apply in this village. Is it true they're asking for triple taxes like Audrey said." Prince Alaric's.

"Good prince." Conrad Sahut.

"One more. I want uncle to find out why that girl named Xena hates our kingdom so much, and so do I." Alaric

Shortly after, Xena turned her head back towards Alaric who was still faithful to look at her while smiling with admiration, while being stared at as if indifferent.

Her beautiful eyes suddenly rounded, like a person being shocked or seeing something that made her startled. He then took the machete he had brought from the field, and threw it towards Prince Alaric, making him very surprised.
