23. Do not make your medicine wasted

"You don't mind telling me?." Ask Aiden expectantly. Xena just shut up.

"Well, if you don't want to tell me, I won't force you. I'm sorry!! Aiden.

"Do you really want to know?." Ask Xena

"Yes, but I won't force you." Answer Aiden.

"Why do you want to know?." Ask Xena again.

Aiden is silent this time. He was confused as to what answer he should give Xena. "That's it. Forget it." Aiden said he would bring Xena home. Aiden moved from his seat, but then Xena blocked Aiden's hand.

"I'll tell you that, as long as you promise never to tell anyone." Said Xena. Aiden turned around and sat down beside Xena.

"Of course Xena. I swear to my mother, I'll never tell anyone." Aiden was earnest and Xena believed.

"I was a kid back then, but I still remember vividly when they murdered my father underhandedly." Said Xena.

"Who killed your father and why?." Ask Aiden.

"According to grandfather's story, my father was killed by an enemy of the Zephyra kingdom who had long desired his death. You know, my father used to be a great general in the kingdom of Zephyra. Many enemies of the kingdom were defeated by him. During his life he served the kingdom until he was willing to sacrifice his life just to save the life of the king and all members of the royal family. That's why I don't like anything related to the king or his kingdom, especially I don't like Prince Zephyra very much. Because of him my father had to lose his life. Obviously Xena.

Deggs....Aiden's heart immediately raced faster because it was very surprised to hear Xena's story. Xena smiled in a slant. "We all used to live in the palace. But since the departure of our father and mother, we have chosen to stay away from the palace. I'd rather stay here anyway, than in the palace." Sahut Xena's.

"I don't want to and I'm not interested. You know Aiden, I'm so sick of all the rules the government has made. I hate them so much. I'm afraid I can't help myself if I meet a king or a prince." Xena.

"That's true. But I don't like it. You, me, the king, the prince or whatever, we are all human. Then why should only people with the title of king or prince be treated and protected specifically?. Why does it have to be like that?. Who makes such a rule?. Tell me, Aiden, do ordinary people not deserve to be treated like that?. Why should they desperately guard and defend the king and the royal family?. Wasn't a king or a prince a very strong person?. Then why can't they protect themselves?." Xena.

"I understand how you feel Xena. Maybe you think everything that happened is unfair. But I think you should be proud of your father, because he died in the line of duty. Xena reflexively looked at Aiden. "No Aiden. You won't understand." His word.

"I understand Xena. I get it." Aiden replied, holding Xena's hand and smiling at her. A warm and sincere smile from within her heart, left Xena enchanted, and a little forgot about her frustration and sadness back then.

Without Xena noticing, a sweet smile bloomed on her lips, as if returning Aiden's smile. They looked at each other and threw each other a sweet smile sincerely. Aiden grew bolder, pulled Xena by the waist and hugged her, making Xena flinch a little but she let him go anyway.

Aiden's two hands curled up on Xena's slender waist, hugged her tightly, and the two of them kept their eyes on each other.

Xena's hands stretched out, gently stroking Aiden's face which looked even more handsome in her eyes. Feeling a soft touch on his face, Aiden's eyes closed. She enjoyed the gentle touch without worrying about Xena knowing that her sideburns and whiskers were fake. Because Aiden had previously asked Gwendolyn to bewitch him to be genuine, at least in the eyes of those who saw him.

Aiden held Xena's hand which was currently still stroking her right cheek, then looked back at Xena, before finally kissing Xena's hand affectionately. And this time it was Aiden's turn to caress Xena's beautiful face no less gently. "You are so beautiful, Xena." He praised Xena.

A second later, Aiden's hand gently rubbed Xena's thin lips that were very attractive and teased her, making Xena freeze instantly. His heart wanted to remove Aiden's hand from his lips, but another side of his heart forbade him to do so. Xena also lost. He still let Aiden, even though Aiden's face was getting closer to his face. Xena knew Aiden would definitely kiss her lips, and she was right.

Unexcused, Aiden's lips landed perfectly on his lips, tucking them softly and affectionately. Xena froze while her blood seemed to flow faster as her beating heart grew louder. Aiden was the first man to kiss her on the lips. Honestly, her heart was warm at the moment, let alone Aiden doing it so gently, making Xena feel the sincerity of love and affection from the man.

"I love you Xena. Do you love me too?." Aiden whispered, then again kissed the sweetness of Xena's lips many times. As there was no rejection from Xena, Aiden grew more and more daring to deepen his kiss. If he had just dipped then now he dared to mel*mat thin lips Xena. At this time Xena still let what Aiden did even though he did not return the kiss. But Xena refused, as Aiden began to try to put his tongue into Xena's mouth.

Xena ended the kiss. He pushed Aiden's body and turned to his back. "That's enough!! I won't let you do more than that." Said Xena.

"I'm sorry Xena!! I promise I won't do it." Aiden hugged Xena from behind.
