14. The arrival of Vano

Alaric was stunned to see Xena sitting on the couch where she was lying down. He sat down next to her, staring with admiration at the woman nearby. Besides being beautiful, she is also very smart and carries martial arts that should be taken into account.

As if sensing someone's presence, Xena immediately turned to her side, where Alaric was currently sitting. He felt like someone was following and watching him. But it doesn't feel possible. No one knows the secret passage from his home except Abraham's grandfather, Gloria's grandmother and Jacob's uncle. Audrey was the only one who did not know about the secret path, because Abraham's grandfather forbade them to tell him.

Is that maybe dad?. Ask Xena in my heart. He hoped that his father's spirit might come and accompany him. Xena does always come to the bunker if she misses her father. For Xena this bunker is her last memory with her father, before she died.

Why do I feel like I've been here before?. Alaric murmured suddenly in his heart. Alaric felt familiar and he had also come to this bunker before Xena took him that time. He tried to remember but his memory was indeed very weak. Alaric is a strong and brave prince, but unfortunately his memory is not as strong as his strength.

Alaric's hand moved, about to caress Xena's beautiful, wistful-looking face. It seems he is sad. Alaric did not know what caused Xena to be sad as she was now. Just as Alaric's hand was about to touch Xena's cheek, she suddenly turned back into smoke and flew back to where she was.

Alaric flinched because in an instant he was already in his place to stay. He called Gwendolyn for help.

"What else is it?. Why do you keep calling me young?." Ask Gwendolyn.

"I still need your help. And why am I suddenly here. I still want to be with that girl." Alaric.

"The power of the spell I recited will not last long. And did you do something to that girl?." Ask Gwendolyn.

"No. I didn't do anything. I just wanted to touch her." Answer Alaric.

"I told you never to touch it, because it would hurt you. You see what happens when you do. The power of my spell will not last long, but not so fast either. You should still be around that girl right now. But what you did brought you back sooner." Gwendolyn.

Alaric understood what Gwendolyn was saying. Alaric is currently making an offer to the witch. He asked Gwendolyn to be one of his men. At first Gwendolyn refuses, but when Alaric tells her who she really is, the witch changes her mind. He wanted to be Alaric's man and be paid a very high price, provided he would do whatever he asked. As it stands, Alaric asks Gwendolyn to turn someone into him.

"Can you do it?." Ask Alaric.

"Of course I can. It's not something that's hard to do." Answer Gwendolyn.

As usual Gwendolyn recited a spell while closing her eyes. Shortly thereafter a blue light emanated from the eyes of the dragon that was in his magic wand. He twirled the staff several times, and soon blue smoke appeared, along with a male figure standing before them.

Alaric flinched but was also astonished when he saw that the figure of the man really resembled him. "Is he really human?." Ask Alaric.

"Of course he's not human. He is just an illusion created from the magic I have. Those who see him will think he is human like us. Though in fact he is not real and only formed from magic that makes anyone who sees it as if they see the real prince. Even his nature, personality or whatever he did would be exactly the same as the real prince "Obviously the witch.

"Sorry prince, but I can't do it." Answer Gwendolyn.

"Why can't it?. Didn't you say you could do anything?."

"That's right prince, except what the prince asked for just now, because it's one of the taboos that I shouldn't do. If I break it, all my strength will vanish instantly." Gwendolyn.

"alright. I get it." Alaric.

Today Alaric's prince Conrad and their bodyguards will return to the palace. Neither Conrad nor the bodyguards knew that the prince who was with them was not the real prince, because the real prince Alaric would not leave the village. Especially after he knew the truth about Xena, it felt like prince Alaric did not want to go all the way from Xena.

While there, Xena seems very happy when she finds out that the wanderers have left her village. That means he doesn't have to meet a guy named Aiden who sucks. And most importantly she no longer had to be her lover. Although it is possible that Aiden will one day return to his village, he will never be his girlfriend again, because Xena once said that their relationship will end once Alaric leaves the village

But why didn't he say that he was going to leave here?. Why isn't he saying goodbye to me?. Huh stupid, why does he have to say goodbye?. Isn't that better?. What matters is that he's gone from here. Xena said in her heart.

Xena had just returned from the fields and she was currently watering the flowers as well as her beloved plants. Her smile expanded as she looked at all the flowers and plants looked very fresh when she finished pouring the water over all her plants. Xena was suddenly stunned by the sight of her favorite rose, as she had just realized something about the flowers.

He remembered Aiden, because he was the one who had made the flowers grow back so beautifully. And yes, why did he realize that the flowers never withered or died. The rose continued to grow as it did when he first saw it, like a plastic flower that never changed.

"It's very impossible. Is it possible that these flowers are fake flowers?." Xena muttered in astonishment, then held onto the petals, to ascertain what the flower was a fake flower or a real flower. And that flower is a real flower. "Then why does this flower never wither?." murmured Xena, looking back at all the flowers.

"Did you miss me?." Someone's voice shocked Xena. He immediately turned around as he felt familiar hearing the voice.

"You!!! She exclaimed in shock as she knew the owner of the voice was indeed the person she was thinking of. He's a shitty guy, Aiden.
