"First Story “O brother! You must always be sincere in repentance”

Repentance, according to language is; Return in general. While repentance according to Syara’ is; Return from reprehensible deeds according to syara’ to commendable deeds according to Syara’.

Repentance has a beginning and a peak.

The beginning of repentance is; to repent of great sins, then of small sins, of good works, of acts contrary to the main one, of the assumption that he is a good man, from the assumption that he has become a lover of God, from the assumption that he has been right in repentance, and then repents from all whispers of hearts that are not feared by Allah Ta’ala.

While the peak is; repent every time forget from worship (remembering) to Allah even for a moment.

‘Ulama’ tahqiq from among the road-goers to Allah states that; whoever regrets his sins and confesses the wrongs he has committed, his repentance is considered valid, because Allah ta’ala does not tell us about the repentance of our father Prophet Adam ‘Alaihissalam except confession and regret, because if there are others from it, surely Allah must tell us.

While the statement of the ‘Ulama who said that; “Terms of repentance that must stop and intend strongly not to repeat back”, they expressed it based on the results of istinbath, it was stated, because people who regret their actions can be sure to stop and intend strongly not to repeat their mistakes again.

And already ma’lum that with true repentance, all sins will be forgiven, both those related to Allah Ta’ala, as well as the tyranny of a servant towards oneself by doing kema’siatan in addition to associating Allah Ta’ala, although shirk also includes dzalim against yourself, and in addition to dealing with fellow humans in the form of property and honor that will be explained later insya Allah Ta’ala.

Shaykh Al-Matbuly started his message with the problem of repentance, because repentance is the foundation for every position he told a servant to climb to die. Like a man who has no land, he has no building, nor a man who does not repent, and for him there is no position or degree.

And Shaykh Al-Matbuliy advocated istiqamah in repentance, because when there is a mistake in repentance, all maqam after maqam zuhud will lose its strength, then the repentance that he has built is destroyed, thus it is like someone who builds a building only in the form of a brick without adhesives.

Tuanku Muhammad bin ‘Inan rahimullahu Ta’ala said; Whoever is the one who is sincere in repenting of all forms of kema’shiyatan, then he will be able to climb the level of repentance of all things that are not true, then he will be able to repent, and whosoever does not repent, he will not be able to smell the aroma of his repentance, and forever he will not be able to keep his heart whisper, even the whispers of ma’shiyat will always beguile him into his prayer.

Meditate on the word of Allah to the great Prophet who ma’shum shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam; “Then you remain on the right path, as commanded to you and (also) the one who has repented with you”. (Qs. Hud 112).

This verse explains that Allah subhanahu wata’ala ordered the Prophet, the person who was with him and his people to be Istiqamah in repentance.

Tuanku ‘Aliy Al-Khowwash rahimahullahu Ta’ala said; “Who istiqamah in his repentance and zuhud against earthly possessions, then he will be able to complete all positions and things good”." Kang Hatim explained the contents of the wasiyatul mustofa.

Seriate....

It's okay, right, Ruth explained in detail about repentance?
