Anna Holland: The Oliheim Witch

Anna Holland: The Oliheim Witch
Chapter 02: Departure

One unexpectedly patted me on the shoulder, for a moment I thought this was a hypnotic motive but it seemed that I was wrong, beside me a girl of the same age of long blonde hair had glanced at me.

"You look confused, are you okay?"

His yellow eyes looked at me worriedly.

"Does your stomach hurt?"

"No, my head hurts, what exactly is this place and where are we going?"

He put on a surprised face, his expression slightly irritating.

"You must be amnesiac, we're witches, obviously we have to go to witch school."

I've guessed it from the beginning, I just need someone to explain. I said that.

"We witches have been mingling in the normal human world, but we have a different place elsewhere."

"So you want to say like the other world."

"You may say so but it is the same world that is hidden from this world."

I can understand what he's trying to say.

"True, my name is Sarah Gretel, your name is?"

"Anna Holland."

We shake hands with each other.

"You came alone?"

"My foster mother's gone, you alone?"

"My family, too, should have seen me while riding the train."

I feel that way too.

I have a lot to ask but I choose to keep it in my heart.

Soon the train that I thought never existed came as a surprise, the train itself was using coal fuel so it could be seen clearly that smoke was billowing from the chimney. Sarah and I sat together until a brown-haired man appeared with many suitcases in his hands.

They have similar colored eyes.

"Is this place empty, can I sit here?"

"Please," Sarah replied, or I'd rather chase this man away.

"My name is Marick Douglas."

"Anna Holland."

"I'm just in case, I'm carrying another blanket of supplies and an umbrella."

"We were actually given a dormitory so such things shouldn't have to be brought."

"really?"

Actually I don't know either, but if it's true then I'll be very helped. I started the conversation to the other side.

"What kind of magic can you use?"

"Fufu I don't think Anna would be interested in that, so let me show it."

Sarah took out a staff from under her cloak. He pointed towards the other hand which was on top of his palm was candy.

"Levirus."

Slowly the candy rose and floated in the air.

"Hows it? If you're an expert it's not difficult to levitate someone or someone else."

"It's awesome but just ordinary magic, it's just incredible."

It was Marick's turn to pull out his wand.

"Ignium," that one word created a small flame at the end of his wand. Like a candle I guess.

"I can make a fire big enough but it would be dangerous to do it."

He eliminated it as quickly as possible, it would be troublesome if someone reprimanded him. Sarah puffed her cheek.

"I can do it too."

It was better that I forbid it, when I glanced outwards I realized that the end of the rail that should be there was none.

"Wait, what is it? Don't tell me this train's gonna plunge free down."

"My parents said that, this train should not be seen by anyone but witches."

"Why didn't you tell me from the beginning?"

"Eh, that's not public knowledge" Sarah replied.

Too late to prepare, the carriage we were riding actually fell down the abyss, I momentarily closed my eyes, when I opened my eyes again I realized that this carriage had flown in the sky.

"See there's birds."

"This is amazing" said Marick as I feel now.
