The name of this child is Bil, he previously lived near this forest but since the appearance of fog, his village was imprisoned by him and now he only lives alone.
"You didn't break through the fog?"
"I don't dare."
"That's a wise choice."
Getting my compliments, Bil looked at me in wonder which made me explain what the fog really was.
"The mist that envelops your village is called Aurora, the mist comes from the rocks, what before your village burned the colorful stones."
Bil seemed to try to remember it for a moment before he opened his mouth.
"We used rocks to grill meat for the village celebration."
"Then that's why, by the way how are you not trapped there?"
"I'm taking water in the river."
I can understand, he's just lucky.
"It doesn't mean there's no way to handle it, how long everyone's locked up."
"Two days."
"That's new, we still have a chance that they're alive."
A person confined in that fog would continue to be trapped, which is worse that the absence of food triggers everyone to starve.
If previously they would have held a celebration if it was only two days for sure they were still fine.
"Take me to your village."
"Good."
And that's how I finally got to where I meant, as I expected only the white color to appear in front of my face.
I took out a stick, sending out a certain spell until the fog began to slowly thin, displaying rows of houses as well as people who just sat down without doing anything.
"All of you, thank goodness you're still alive."
"I just happened to meet her, this witch's name is Anna Holland, she's a former student of the academy."
Everyone finally thanked me, it was quite awkward especially when they made a big party for me.
Now I know what this village is like. They like celebration.
On that occasion I asked about the existence of the monsters I hunted.
"If you want to know the existence of monsters you better go to the city of Home. It's where the Hunters live."
"Hunter?" my question is tilting my head.
That's a term I've rarely heard so far.
"The city was designated as a place for people who hunt monsters."
"Don't tell me that monsters are useful to humans?"
"Not that it's for sure, the skin can be used as clothing, the meat there is edible and others."
For the first time that what I've created turns out to be useful as well.
The next morning after saying goodbye, I continued my journey.
City Home, I once again checked the name on the map. I can easily find it with a small writing.
"Here, the journey is taken in three days so I don't think I need to rush to get there."
I sometimes sleep in the forest, in the grasslands even I sleep on the trees occasionally.
Things like this for me are not the first time, during the era of witch hunting I was able to survive from escaping in the forest. There I was trapped long enough and since then I can live in the forest even though I did not bring any supplies.
I took the water from the spring and drank it in the palm of my hand, fresh water falling down my throat which immediately relieved the fatigue.
I took an apple and bit it.
I should have reached this point.
Just as the sun hit my face, I could see the city in question.
