Anna Holland: The Oliheim Witch

Anna Holland: The Oliheim Witch
Chapter 30: The Statue of the Guard

The deeper the more traps we passed, we had to face many snakes, a suddenly narrowed passageway, a bridge blocked by a giant axe, all of which were difficulties in this.

When we thought we had reached the end it had been broken by something awesome, in this vast room filled with hundreds to thousands of statues with weapons on their land.

Sarah who likes to read books is just as impressed as I am.

"It's not like the guards in the Chinese tombs."

"I feel so too."

We noticed every one of their heads that had a similar face, Marick pointed forward.

Unlike what we described, it was not a coffin that this statue was guarding but a small tube in which there was a right-handed cut.

Without asking again we already know, who it belongs to.

Right, it belongs to the headless woman.

"My gut tells me that if we take them all these statues will move and attack us."

Sarah managed to guess what I was thinking now, without lingering you decided to take it but before that we had something to do.

"Let's break the statue first and we'll just take his hand."

"That's Anna's good idea."

Marick also nodded in agreement and we immediately destroyed them by sharing the magic you learned.

"Extr."

The lightning hitting some of them left him smashed scattered, on the other hand the fire was also quite effective. After the afternoon we did it.

The three of us were on the floor.

"I don't want to do it again, it's tired."

"I feel like my hand is breaking."

"It's over so don't worry."

"Don't joke, there's still another curse."

"Is it time for me to scream?"

Sarah and I agreed, and Marick was hysterically screaming like a girl. Each piece of the statue that we damaged began to arrange itself increasingly large forming one giant statue with four hands with a face resembling the previous statue.

His shining eyes stared at us, he stuck out his hand and we jumped dodging.

Just once exposed we will surely be crushed. I used Ignium to push this creature's body away.

"Sara? Marick's? You guys okay?"

"I'm fine but it looks like our exit has been closed."

I glanced over there and could be sure the only way was to end like that. I jumped back as the creature moved. I will call it a Golem from now on.

The golem flinging its hand sent a gust of strong wind. Me, Sarah and Marick made protectors from the ground and attacked by lifting a rock that was glued as a bullet.

His four hands had been mercilessly bombarded, every smashed of his body would re-unite.

"This must be a curse, we must remove it to defeat it."

"The way you're often in Mr. Goven's class, do something."

"I'm thinking about it."

Sarah seemed to have found an idea.

"There's a spell I've recently learned, I don't know if it's going to work or not."

"Just do it, it's better than doing nothing... Marick help me."

"I don't know what I'm doing but aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah."

Me and Marick floated into the air and circled around him.
