Chapter 38: The Witch Oliheim

Just as that head fell to the ground the battle happened. Marick ran backwards while Sarah and I turned to each other to send out a flash of lightning.

They are flown easily to hit the trees behind them, while the hunters fight in their own style.

They trained as killers if I told you.

Something has rolled under my feet. Sarah and I panicked but did not forget to run and jump.

Something that exploded violently making the debris of the ground scatter.

Sarah and I immediately went into hiding near Marick.

"They have grenades" cried Sarah.

"Obviously, the wolves under the vampires above. I take care of Sarah's vampires downstairs."

"What about this guy?"

"Just ignore it."

"You don't think of me."

We both ignored Marick's figure and each moved as I requested.

Marick screams before finally helping Sarah.

When Marick needed to be reliable, I whistled and a broom had darted for me to ride.

Five vampires jumped on me and I sent Ignium to burn them to the ground, the vampires showed vigilance.

"He's a witch."

"What do you realize now, Ekpentrum."

"Of course, they hunted witches and now it's the other way around."

Me and Egnest chased each other in pursuit using a broomstick, when he shot fire magic I lowered my head and counter-attacked.

"Seeing from your uniform you must be from that academy, how is it still intact?"

"Thanks to you guys the academy is quite a creepy place."

"Haha so there it has also started, once we destroy here then we will destroy the witch alliance."

I turned my broom and sent fire, at the same time Egnest did the same thing until our two attacks clashed in the middle.

"If it seems to us that we are obeying his orders, Merlim Ratmir is not the one who controls us the magician Oliheim but rather we who control it, thanks to his cursed blood we can take revenge."

"You're sure to say that, Oliheim was formed by Merlim right?"

Egnest laughs.
