Chapter 128: Elysium Border
After leaving Antares I was in a small town on the border between the Elysium kingdoms. The city was neither too big nor small and as usual the surroundings were protected by high walls keeping everyone safe from beasts.
Meliana and Margaret walked in front of me while I was behind with Cardina. We only stayed here for a while to rest after that we will go to the kingdom of Animalia to hunt down the Oracle of the evil Gods and their followers.
In between the trip various merchandise on offer by the traders, in addition to the three of us, Meliana who was most enthusiastic about it, now in both hands filled with grocery bags with various foods.
"All these foods are so good, Margaret you want to try them too?"
"Meliana, it looks like you ate too much today, are you going to be okay?"
"Don't worry, even if I eat a lot my body never turns fat or anything."
"Bikin's envious," cut Cardina.
Even in the other world women are still women who always feel restless with their bodies. On the other hand I was more curious about the person who had been following us ever since entering the city.
Meliana said to me without looking back.
"Can I handle it?"
"Let it be, he just came to spy on us, I'm sure later their comrades will also appear."
"You'd rather catch a big fish than a small one."
I ignored those words and chose a simple inn for our night, I rented two rooms where I decided to sleep with Cardina.
I leaned the four swords against the wall, while Cardina sat in front of the mirror tidying her hair, she asked towards me.
"Isn't it better that we travel with my dragon form? I don't care if it continues in that form."
I lay down my body while hugging the back of my head.
"Dragon is not very well received by humans, I guess if they see dragons there will be misunderstandings and consider us as enemies."
"I can understand that, but my feet are so tired to walk."
"I'll buy a horse carriage later."
Dragons can control their weight, if in form they have a tonnan weight but if it turns into a human they have the same weight as humans in general so it does not matter if they ride a horse carriage.
I closed my eyes and when I woke up it was dark, I saw that Cardina had slept well on the bed beside me so I let her go out the window to the roof of the inn with my four swords hanging from my waist.
It was beyond belief that Meliana was there as well.
"You just woke up Ayumi."
I smiled bitterly in return and continued.
"What's the situation?"
"I see about 20 people have surrounded this place, they don't seem to be witches from the evil Oracle, I think they're a sales syndicate of people eyeing the travelers, he said, because we women are pretty expensive on the black market."

"What do you want from me?"
"Kill them."
"You sure?" Meliana asked doubtfully.
"The world is broken, by taking them out, it will reduce the wicked in the world."

I sat down with one knee on top, while Meliana created ice spears in the air that were getting smaller and smaller like needles.
"I don't think this will ruin this town too much."
He fired one by one the ice needles casually, killing them right in one vital organ without leaving any pain.
To me Meliana looks like a professional killer or maybe she's used to it.
