Becoming a Witch in Another World
Chapter 30: The Protective Spirit

As dusk fell the monsters began to appear popping from afar, under the orange glow I stood as everyone was just watching from behind me.

"They blast my students."

That's what I call the scream of spirit.

I stretched out both my hands creating a row of magic circles of about 10 pieces which were all filled with Magic Scripts.

From the circle shoots different magic, resulting in a "Bomom" explosion creating a large crater.

The monsters disappeared at once along with the smoke dust blowing in the wind and only left the happy cries of the people behind me, the most frenzied of course my teacher.

I can only smile at him.

We received a spacious room in which there was one bed, I was silent while looking at my teacher who had first laid there wearing only Lingerie.

"Quickly sleep next to me Aksa."

I was a little curious about what he was talking about with the village chief but, in the end, I decided not to think and lay down next to him while covering myself with a blanket.

"Good night teacher."

"Good night Aksa."

"You're too close to the teacher."

"The teacher's relationship has to be this."

This is the first time I've heard of it.

The next morning I decided to visit the monster forest, I set out alone and told my teacher to stay with the villagers. After flying for about two hours, the forest in question was visible to my eyes.

There was a large tree in the middle of the forest that seemed to glow which made me a little curious especially that tree prevented the monsters to live quietly in the forest.

I landed my feet in front of him until I saw a woman in a thin canal dress standing in front of the tree, she had long black hair with a ribbon on the back of her head.

When he realized my arrival he went straight into the tree.

What can I say in this situation, he is a spirit.

I approached the tree and knocked on it several times.

"Go, I don't want to see anyone."

"While you say so, your presence here puts some villages in danger."

The spirit woman came out of the tree, or rather raised her head only.

"Unfortunately that's the truth, you must be a protective spirit. Originally this region was inhabited by monsters you may have chosen the wrong place."

The spirit was shocked as it brought its face closer to me.

"Too close, too close."

"I don't know.. I just pick a place randomly, how is this? I've made things troublesome for everyone."

I don't think he's an evil spirit.

"I have a better idea for you."

"The idea?"

"Well, I can find a comfortable place for you."

"really?"

"I told you you were too close."

I went back to the village while carrying the seed of a small tree in my hand, when I got there the villagers swarmed me.

"Mr Aksa is back."

"I've returned the forest now, the monsters will be back there soon, and I just happen to find this."

I showed the seed to everyone, for it was a shining tree that attracted many eyes.

"What is it, sir?" ask the village chief.

"This is a magical tree, inside lives a protective spirit. If you let him stay here I'm sure no monsters will come near."

A voice of admiration appeared among the spectators.

"Depending on your choice, do you want to accept it and let the spirit stay here?"

Without being asked again everyone would agree, the protective spirit is very attractive to many people, just to make them able to stay in the village is something that is difficult to do.

"We are honored to have a protective spirit stay in our village."

I planted the tree in the middle of the village, as I did so the tree's body grew larger until a beautiful spirit figure emerged from it leaving everyone stunned into silence.

"Well, did I make a mistake" she said cutely.

If it had to be said he was more suitable as a group idol only.
