Becoming a Witch in Another World

Becoming a Witch in Another World
Chapter 16: The Bitter Reality

I went back to the store after buying something as a gift, it's a little strange because the store has closed early. I broke through the entrance and I found Miss Heliet lying on the floor with blood coming out of her mouth.

"Teacher, are you okay?"

I immediately grabbed him.

"Aksa has? I just fell down."

I knew it was a lie, but I knew from the beginning that my teacher was hiding something. All this time I was just pretending not to worry.

I carried her body with my hand and laid her in her room on the second floor.

"Thank you."

"Teacher must be hungry, I'll make porridge."

He held my hand and just shook his head.

"With you staying here I'll heal, but my head is a little dizzy."

I stroked her hair until she laughed, you idiot. I know he's just pretending.

I took out a small package in a box from my pants pocket which I gave him.

"Ara, am I being proposed?"

"Where it is, it's just my thanks."

"I'm a little disappointed."

"What exactly do you expect from me?" I said limp.

"Can I open it now?"

"certain."

His face looked delighted as he opened the gift I had prepared, it was just a ring with the shape of a butterfly.

"It's not a very expensive ring."

"When teachers are in town, teachers always look at them, right? I think it's a gift that suits you."

"I'll marry you."

This person can joke around in situations like this.

"To be honest I wanted to get married, it's just that someone I liked first liked another woman."

"Aaahhh, I didn't hear anything" I shouted as I closed my ears while Miss Heliet chuckled.

He asked me to put the ring on his left ring finger, I already knew what he meant by this.

From the beginning, she decided not to marry anyone.

"It's a good fit, isn't it? I wonder why I'm crying, maybe because I'm happy."

I smiled a little and said.

"Today I'll cook whatever the teacher wants? What does the teacher want?"

"Then it's the same as yesterday."

"certain."

As I closed the door was the face of Miss Heliet who lowered her head in grief.

The next day at one of the taverns I invited Vivia to chat with each other, to be honest I was the one who forced her to come here.

If it's about my teacher he's always reluctant to say anything, even so I force him.

Though hesitating, he finally opened his mouth.

"Actually me and Heliet had served in the same kingdom for several hundred years ago."

"I had expected that Miss Vivia was indeed immortal."

"I have deceived you from the beginning."

"To be honest I was surprised when you looked so good to me."

"Watch I wanted to fool you, Dad, even though I wanted to help you."

I sipped my tea and said.

"For example, if I stay at your house, what will happen to me?"

"Just make it easy, you'll lose your virginity."

"Thank God I didn't come back then."

"Well, are you sure you're grateful? Although I was rude my body was pretty good among the girls in this city," on his statement I could only smile wryly.

Compared to anything I was very surprised by his true nature, this is how the attitude of someone who was nicknamed a dragon killer.

"What happened to my teacher?"

"Ah, it's a curse."

"Curse?"

"It's been a long time, you took the stick from him, right?"

I nodded in agreement.

"That is the precious relic of her teacher entrusted to you, in other words Heliet will not live long anymore."
