Loki pointed his two hands up.
"From the darkness of the ocean floor, I command and obey all my will, Summon Magic, Sea Seapant."
A magic circle appeared from above the sky and the figure of the ruler of the ocean went out from there which was a gigantic water dragon that floated in the sky.
There were two gigantic dragons ruling the sea first Sea Serpent and one more Leviathan, but both of them were not something to be underestimated.
This person can control it in other words his ability is not a joke.
The dragon opened its mouth as it roared with an ear-splitting sound.
