"What's that?" I asked Blossom who was smiling triumphantly.

According to Aira, anyone who is turned into a vampire can be controlled by a curse, the curse can only be activated by Blossom if he wants to even order the vampires to commit suicide.
You could say all vampires are connected to one ancestral vampire.
"If so how do we keep the rain from hitting us?" ask queen.
I thought for a moment before answering.
"It's obviously difficult, if it moves with a few people I can use the Teleportation Gate to send it all out when the rain happens, at least until we can stop the rain."
"It's not that if we hide in a building then the rain won't hit us" Kanade said.
