Chapter 39: Fishing Shows Are What You Need In Relaxing
The next morning after the festival we all decided to go to the beautiful lake that was behind the city.
Receptionis sexy, Lien and Lena were down to join us even though the goal was a little different from mine.
They had brought their swimsuits including some provisions in the basket while I had come there just to fish for something.
I walked with Lien in the back row. I asked him.
"Have your memory returned?"
"Yes, I'm grateful that it's all done. I'm so grateful to you."
"Thankfully, it's a relief. If for thanks I just ask to build a land area so it's getting better in the future."

I smiled in return, arriving at the lake that displayed the surface of the beautiful blue water I would take a place a little away from those who were taking off their clothes.
"Lion, aren't you playing with us?" ask the receptionist while I shake my head.
"I've come for a very important affair here."
Harty cut.
"He said he wanted to catch a mermaid."
"With a rod it is obviously impossible."
"Whatever to say? According to the legend if I could catch him he would take me away to his place and allow me to plunder their entire treasure."

I threw my bait that I lured an apple without a hook.
While waiting for me to take off my mask to feel the wind blowing on my face.

The voice came from Valentine sitting on my lap, he took my hand and sucked as much blood as he wanted.
I've been anemic for a long time because of this.
"Isn't this too hot?"
"Really, said Rion I should be close to you often like this."

What can I do? I'll just focus on what I do. Feeling awkward I asked Valentine.
"I was able to find out about vampires, I thought about returning you to be human unfortunately until now I have not been able to find a way"
Valentine shook his head.
"Thank you but please don't do that, I don't mind going on like this at all, more importantly I'm happy now."

Unlike usual today Valentine does not carry an umbrella, I think he wants to try to be exposed to the sun occasionally.

I pulled her and what appeared there was not a mermaid but Harty. He poses two fingers with his mouth still biting the apple.
"Don't bother me Harty."
"I just don't want Lion to be disappointed, I've swam into the bottom of this lake but haven't seen a single mermaid. It looks like you've been lied to."
"What?" my yelling.
I asked Valentine to get out of my lap, while I cursed the fisherman until Harty laughed.
"Why the Lion is eager to see their mermaids just like humans just that their fin-shaped legs are nothing special."
"I heard mermaids can also shed diamond tears."
"What the fuck? They live in the sea, not in the lake."
I seem to have remembered that.
Valentine took my hand and dragged me down into the cold lake.
"I'm not wearing my mask yet" I said.
"We're the only ones here, let's have fun together."
I subconsciously smiled a little and Rion appeared to ruin my peaceful day.
