Called To Another World By An Evil Goddess

Called To Another World By An Evil Goddess
Chapter 81: Lacurius

Neither Valentine nor I dodged as a fire shot towards me, I pushed my feet at high speed creating destruction behind me.

I kicked it with my right foot, then I twisted my body to kick my right leg, as I jumped I twisted myself with a scissor kick.

"Your mystic eyes don't seem to be a fighting type, it'll be much easier."

Lakurius caught my foot and threw it through the building, Valentine didn't miss the opportunity he had.

He coated his hands with a rose plant, when it hit Lakurius he was thrown like I had been.

"Are you okay, Risela?"

"No problem."

I corrected my posture while showing both my fists in the air.

"Let's finish him off."

Valentine nodded in agreement, Lakurius came out of the rubble that had befallen him and walked without a hitch.

He flaunted the fire in his hand then threw it at us like a ball.

Valentine has the ability of roses ability is not suitable if it should be used against Lakurius however if we lose the whole population of this city will die.

Without thinking of anything I stepped forward with my fists while Valentine followed behind, we shared the blows together even though Lakurius hurt us more.

My body was sent flying parallel to the ground, as was the Valentine next to me, we were already battered.

"As I promised you'd die."

Lakurius created a giant fire that produced tremendous heat even I was sure that our clothes would both melt if it took too long.

I was endowed with mystic eyes even so like what he said these eyes could not be used to fight these eyes could only see the aura of a person.

Just that extent.

With my body I stood in front of the fire that was approaching Valentine.

I'm sure I'll be wiped out if I get hit by such top-tier magic even if so at least Valentine will survive, when that belief sticks firmly in my mind someone falls easily from above.

He stretched out his hand and it created a water magic that engulfed the flames in an infinite steam overflow, whether Valentine or I were surprised by it.

While we could not say anything Lakurius only raised his shoulders lightly, as if mocking and saying.

Blood spurted into the air along with the left hand that was severed down.

"What the hell was that just now? Why?"

While my head was filled with various questions I saw the figure of the Lion in front of me who was casually holding the sword in his right hand.

He had just slashed Lakurius' hand very quickly.

His face was covered in a mask because even though he turned towards me his expression was hard for me to know but I knew one thing.

It was an angry expression.

"I won't let you hurt my comrades, even if they suck they're still precious people to me."

"You're gonna pay for this hand."

"You back off let me handle this" he whispered before darting forward.

Nibela and Harty also descended from the sky.

"Valentine you're hurt, let me heal with saliva."

"I don't want to."

"Why? Dragon's saliva is very nutritious."

"Where might it be."

When Valentine and Nibela pushed each other, Nibela helped me stand up.

"Lion might have a hard time fighting that guy" I said.

"He said he would face it alone, even though Lion looked indifferent to us, he was the one who cared about us the most from anyone."

"Then why do people as good as that have curses?"

Nibela whispered towards me so that no one would hear her, one statement from her made me a little surprised.

"Rion is the goddess of evil" I said softly repeating Nibela's statement.
