Chapter 41: At the Hot Spring
In a deserted alley near from the Rion guild resentfully kicked the wall.
"What the hell are they, they are better than my Lion, so upset."
Lionku, said.
"Well, you don't have to be upset about that. I'm fine."
"Right, I'm gonna kill him."
He didn't listen to me.
I touched her chest until she was silent and blocked with her hand.
"Why did you do that?"
"To calm down... our goal is to gather your strength while hiding your existence if we are considered strong maybe someday the adventurers will be suspicious and worse still the heroes will come after us or even the others."
"Although we hide, when my powers are gathered the goddesses will soon find out."
It was better than being exposed to problems now at least then we could go to another continent.
"All right, now I'm calm."
I pulled her cheek out of annoyance, how many times had she forgotten her purpose.
Is this guy senile?
"Let's sick, sick. Lion stop don't pull my cheek."
Valentine cut.
"Is Lion sure he'll do all this?"
"Why doesn't it pay enough for the four of us, you don't do anything."
Valentine and Harty glanced at me determinedly.
"We will help, willingly or unwillingly we force."
"I can feel guilty for you guys."
"Don't worry, let's Harty."
"Good."
I thought next time I wouldn't take a job like this again.
Our clothes were obviously very dirty, while cleaning up a man who looked like a noble appeared with two women on his right left.
He gave me one full of silver coins.
"Good commoner, you've done well.Take that as my confensation."
"Thank you."
I bowed towards him while watching them leave.
"The good guy."
"Well where the statement is very rude," cut Rion without getting any answer.
We only finished everything one day.
I said to everyone.
"We get a lot of money let's use it to rent a hot spring bath."
"That's a great idea."
"I want to soak long enough."
"I am too."
As they were soaking I used my water magic to clean up all the stains on our clothes. I did not have fire magic therefore I allowed it to quickly dry on its own before finally jumping in.
What a beautiful night.
I had bought some spare clothes in the store and kept them in my magic storage as well as for Valentine and others, although not yet dry we still had clothes to wear.
Valentine and Rion took positions on both sides of me while Harty swam to and fro.
"With our money at hand, I'm sure that you won't be able to buy Mass."
"That's true."
"Lion wants to buy slaves?" Valentine who heard it looked surprised.
"We need his skills especially the power of Rion sealed in his body."
"Actually Valentine's Mass is a big busty mature woman so maybe?"
Valentine flushed.
"So for that."
"Don't say anything weird fucking goddess."
"You still don't respect me, today I won't let you off the hook, Valentine's got her."
"Good."
"Wait, what do you want to do?"
"Something naughty."
"Harty save me, I'll let you eat my rations today."

And water gushed into the air by the fireball.
I put on a towel and fled as fast as I could.

"Aren't we overreacting?"
"It's better like this, it's fun."
