CEO'S OFFICIAL MATE

CEO'S OFFICIAL MATE
CHAPTER 15; Meeting for the First Time

“Because that's when the opportunity God gave me to have a family,” Aleya replied steadily as if knowing what San Hyuk had in mind.  “How could I miss such a precious opportunity?”

The smile etched beautifully on Aleya's face made San Hyuk realize something. His heart that had been so painful slowly faded away in order to feel the warmth that was slowly embracing him in warmth. The man's tears involuntarily escaped from his eyes along with the freezing of his heart and mind.

“I'm sorry..” San Hyuk apologized for all his selfish thoughts. All he thought about was himself. He focused too much on what had happened to him without giving Aleya a chance to tell a story.

“No need, it was precisely me who should have apologized for being dishonest from the start,” Aleya held out a tissue to wipe the tears of the man.

“But what do you mean you have no family?” San Hyuk did not understand Aleya's words. Aleya lives in Seoul and lives in a safe neighborhood. Aleya was also running her studies without doing part-time work. Moreover, there was a baby that he had to take care of. Where did the source of the funds come from? What is the legacy of his family?

“Legally I do have a family. I was adopted by a married couple from the family. The facilities that we have and the facilities that come from them.” Aleya's reply did not completely make San Hyuk relieved. He could catch the pain in Aleya's sentence.

“Then what happened to you until you could.” San Hyuk again held back his curiosity.

“Accident...” Aleya replied calmly, “but I got her silver lining.”

“Dad...no I mean, that guy, is he not responsible? Don't you guys love each other?” although bitter in taste, San Hyuk wanted to hear it right now. He did not want to waste the opportunity Aleya gave him. Of course this was painful to discuss and Aleya must have prepared herself to tell everything. Quite simply San Hyuk opened Aleya's old wounds with his question.

“He doesn't know and doesn't need to know. I went to Korea when I was four months pregnant. Only my parents know about my condition. They also told me to have an abortion. But I convinced them to take care of my son. I was the kid who was thrown away. There's no way I would do the same to my own son. It was too painful.” No regrets showed up in every word Aleya said. His will is as strong as steel.

San Hyuk could not say anything. His little heart felt that he had to learn a lot from Aleya's way of life. In terms of age, maybe San Hyuk was older than Aleya, but when it came to maturity, Aleya was far above him. San Hyuk increasingly looked within himself, figuring out what the purpose of life was and in which direction the screen would unfold.

The sound of crying baby breaks the silence. Making two people who are chatting with each other's minds turned simultaneously.

“My son wakes up, Oppa has lunch first!” without waiting for a response, Aleya immediately ran into the door of another room in the apartment. The sound of crying slowly began to subside. A middle-aged woman came out of the room and walked to the door of the other room next to her. He just smiled as he looked at San Hyuk.

Aleya walked out of the room holding a baby boy about a year and a half old. His heart was pounding waiting for what response San Hyuk would give when he met his son.

“Sapa your uncle...” Aleya said in Indonesian as soon as she arrived near San Hyuk.

San Hyuk who was just enjoying fried rice for the first time was surprised by such a sudden meeting. A grain of rice stuck in his throat and made him cough instantly. Hurriedly Aleya picked up a glass of water for San Hyuk.

“What's the name?” san Hyuk asked without turning his eyes away from the two round and clear neutrals that were now looking at him feelingly.

“Deepa, meanwhile Oppa can call him by that name,” Aleya has not officially recorded the birth of his child. There is a lot to take care of and he has not been able to revoke his name from his parents' KK in Indonesia so that Deepa's presence does not affect the family silisah who was kind to him.

“Deepa?” greet San Hyuk slowly, “beautiful name.”

San Hyuk's efforts were not in vain. After nearly an hour the three sat on the floor, Deepa finally began to receive the presence of San Hyuk. Slowly the little boy began to get curious and progressively began to recognize San Hyuk. Starting with the hand, now Deepa was standing in front of San Hyuk and tracing the line of the man's face with his tiny fingers. San Hyuk even closed his eyes to enjoy the introductory process.

San Hyuk felt peace envelop his inner self. The touches and smells typical of babies from Deepa make it craving. He hugged the boy into his arms. Not long ago San Hyuk promised his wish, it was Deepa who now hugged his neck tightly.

“Now I know, hugging her like this makes our body and mind feel comfortable and safe,” whispered San Hyuk while replying to Deepa's embrace.

The sight before Aleya made her heart feel strange. On one hand he is happy that Deepa has other friends besides him and Mbok Sari, nor does he need to hide his circumstances. But on the other hand Aleya was feeling sad. He did not want to dissolve with this momentary happiness. He did not want to bring forth seeds of hope let alone prayer to make this moment last forever.

Aleya was self-conscious.

Who is his priority at the moment.

Aleya was also aware that she was a girl with special circumstances that were not the same as the average person. He can't expect too much about the future of his romance. There are people who want to share their lives with their circumstances including special things. He did not want to be too greedy by wishing more on San Hyuk.

There are so many differences.

There are so many pauses that cannot be cut by effort. Even if its presence is like the importance of water in our lives. No matter how much it gives coolness and life in the aridness of the body soul. I must not forget the fact that he is water. How important he is, the clutches of my hands will never be able to hold him.The tighter I nodded to him, the more I lost his form.
