CHAPTER 51; Robin's Promise

As promised by Aleya, that morning she came to the hotel to meet Luna. He will help Luna and Jagad prepare for all the preweding photo events until their engagement event at the title in Korea.

“Kak Aleya!” Luna welcomed Aleya. He did not think that what his future sister-in-law said was really he did. Unlike her cold impression, Aleya's attitude was very royal and warm to Aleya.

“You want what kind of photos?” aleya asked while looking at the example of the photo brought by the photographer Luna had contacted before she left for Korea.

“Whatever recommendation Brother Aleya I will receive!” answer Luna steady. She was still sitting in front of the dressing table with MUA who would accompany her today.

“You're the one getting married, why should I bother!” aleya's tone was a little joking as she said it. He then flipped through the catalog and in accordance with Luna's wishes he began to discuss with the photographer.

Luna's eyes rounded as she watched the way Aleya discussed and did business with the team of photographers. He was completely in love and amazed by his future sister-in-law. It really looks charming and elegant. That woman was so great, yet why had no one ever told her about her?

“Is there one special place you want to make a photo spot?” aleya asked once more to be sure.

“Gwanghamun, of course!” answer Luna steadily while calling the icon of the famous location in Korea. Aleya simply nodded and began to devise a itinerary by making Gwanghamun one of today's travel destinations.

“Are you ready?” ask Jagad as soon as he goes into the room. He ignored Aleya's whereabouts and immediately greeted his future wife with a light kiss on her forehead.

Aleya who had seen Jagad's arrival returned to focus on her work today. Aleya's intentions were unanimous, she did not want to deny what she had promised Luna and Jagad in front of her parents.

“Here you are apparently?” Jagad walked up to Aleya and rubbed her hair gently like a sister who really loved her sister. Aleya herself chose not to answer and silenced her, “tumben you are not accompanied by your dogs?”

“Dog also needs a break so as not to bite his master,” Aleya was offended by Jagad's remarks even though it was not addressed directly to him, “what can we not go through today quietly?”

“Alright..” The jagad moved away from Aleya and returned to Luna.

Not long after, they finally left for the photo session. All the affairs were already handled by the photographer, Aleya was only there to help with the communication of the two. It does not even do much because everything is done in accordance with the instructions even if only using body language and English as a result.

“Are you not tired?” Robin who participated in the event offered drinks to Aleya who did not immediately receive them, “why? I have not unsealed it..” seeing Aleya who is not flinching, he opened the bottle of the drink and drank it himself, “you are satisfied?” robin said, handing the bottle back to Aleya.

“Very satisfied,” honestly Aleya felt tired. But he chose to wait because maybe it wasn't just him who felt that way.

“I'll do it..” Robin said as silence began to make awkward space between the two.

Aleya just turned her head while looking at Robin not understanding. He did not know the direction of this conversation.

“Apart from him my son or not, I promise you that I will protect him. Even by risking my life if it's necessary.” Robin made his promise. He looked at Aleya and tried to convince the woman that her words were not making it up.

“I know..” Robin admits Aleya's sentence is completely true, even Robin has no right to be hurt just that sentence, “you've risked your life to give birth to her even though you don't know who her father is, so it doesn't matter if it's my turn to do it.” Robin's will is strong. At least he had another reason to live.

“If you are too good, more and more people will use you..”.

“No problem, because not many people know that I am a good person!” Robin pulled the tip of her lips in response to Aleya's funny words. This time someone called it good.

“Kakak is still the same as before.” murmured Aleya softly. His tone was different. He seemed to want to reminisce in their past times together, “people who were always there when I was desperate.”.

“But it's true. So, let me thank you just once for everything that big brother did for my miserable teenage life.” Aleya stared deep at Jagad and Luna who were enjoying their photo session with a friendly.

“I hope the love that Jagad gives to Luna is sincere from her heart.” Aleya's prayer.

“Jagad loves Luna, you don't worry if it's a problem,” insists Robin sure.

“I know..”.

“And he never lied when he said he liked you..Of course as a sister..” Robin added.

“Where do you know? If Jagad's feelings for me are love for his sister?” Aleya was half-assed and half-concerned by Robin's statement.

“You don't pretend to be stupid. You must have known that he was your stepbrother, right?” guess Robin, “you now have the ability to investigate such trivia.”

“If he likes me, why did he do all that bullying to me?” Aleya of course did not accept the defense that Robin had done. He was obviously there when Jagad did it all.

“Because she is also a victim..” Robin again threw her smile as she put away the blown-out brat and disturbed Aleya's gaze. He was very imagining the tragedy that must be passed by these two people to end up hating each other.

The jagad that saw Robin smiling as he looked at Aleya gently felt a wound in his heart. He regretted that the two could not be together as he had hoped.
