Chapters 137. Ultrasound
Rania's pregnancy is three months old. This morning, she and her husband set out to do an ultrasound, make sure the baby in her stomach is twins or not.
Along the way, Alvaro seemed beaming, convincing himself that the child conceived by the wife was twins. Alvaro's expectations are great because given that he and Alvira are twins, usually if there are twins there may be offspring of them as well.
Along the way, Alvaro always smelled his smile, as if today was really a happy day for the man.
Rania glanced at her husband. The woman chuckled to find Alvaro who was smiling earlier.
"Why are you, Mas? I noticed that you seemed to be smiling to yourself. Is there something that makes you so happy?" ask Rania.
"I can't wait to see the results of the USG later whether our children are twins or not. This time, can you see the results?" alvaro asked occasionally glanced at his wife.
"It should have been seen, Mom. Do you really want twins?" ask Rania.
Alvaro nodded, "Of course, but if not any twins it's okay. Hearing about your pregnancy, I feel so grateful" Alvaro said.
Alvaro grabbed Rania's hand, controlling the steering wheel with his next hand. "Thank you dear, because you have been present in my life," continued Alvaro sincerely.
"Either. Can you just focus on driving? I don't want the events that happened yesterday to repeat again" said Rania who reminded when they were almost in an accident because Alvaro was busy holding his hand.
"Ready, Honey." Alvaro releases Rania's hand and returns to control the steering wheel with both hands .
Shortly after, the two arrived at the hospital. Rania and Alvaro soon see obgyn's doctor. The beautiful doctor welcomed their arrival very kindly.
Rania is directed to lie on top of the gurney. The doctor begins to prepare the equipment, attaching a special gel to the skin in the examination area.
"Have you had breakfast?" ask the doctor while applying the gel over Rania's skin.
"We'll start ma'am, yes" said the doctor.
Rania nodded her head. The doctor starts attaching the transducer to a specific area. Seen on the screen monitor the movement of the fetus in the womb Rania.
"Well, congratulations ma'am, sir, you have twins. It looks like there are two baby bags" said the doctor.
Alvaro immediately smiled widely. Now the assumption is true, that Rania is pregnant with twins. A burning sense of happiness enveloped the two married couples who glanced at each other. Alvaro clasped his wife's hand, throwing her best smile and gratitude for being given two children at once.
"Thank you, God." Alvaro bathed, his hands wiping away the tears of Rania that were dripping just like that.
After the examination, the two are now on their way home. Rania and Alvaro smiled happily. Rania's hand was still holding the photo of her ultrasound earlier.
"Mas, will he be identical twins or non-identical twins like you and Alvira?" rania asked still looking at the photo in her hand.
"We'll see later. Really am! I was really happy when I heard our twins. I had a feeling from the beginning that our children were twins. From your diet that is very much, and the stomach that looks bigger. When Diara was pregnant, it wasn't that big" Alvaro said.
Rania immediately chuckled, she could compare her stomach with the stomach of her previous wife.
"It turns out the memory in your brain records perfectly huh, Mas. Even the size of Mba Diara's stomach you still remember until now," said Rania laughing.
"I'm sorry, but it's true" said Alvaro as he rubbed his non-itchy nape.
