The next day, Alvaro went through the routine as usual. Preparing breakfast for her son and now growing members again, the next-door neighbor who has officially become her lover.

Bima just came out of her room. The boy began to approach the dining table. Sniffing the scent of food that pierced into his sense of smell.

"Pa, papa often cook crabs," said Bima while pointing at the large which contains crab soup.

"Papa likes it, Aunt Rania likes it too. Don't you like it?" ask Alvaro.

"Bima likes it, Pa. Doctor Ma'am is going to join Saralany with us, right?" ask Bima.

"Yes, Son. Bima sit first, papa want to call the Doctor first," said Alvaro. Bima also responded to her father's words with a slow nod.

Alvaro came out of his house, then walked right in front of Rania's door. The man pressed the bell several times. Soon, the beautiful girl opened the door for him.

Rania threw the best smile at her lover.

"Good morning" said Alvaro.

"Morning," timpal Rania.

"Have you not had breakfast?" alvaro asked the girl.

Rania nodded her head, while making her smile.

"Then let's have breakfast at home!" bring Alvaro.

"Wait a minute." Rania went back inside her house, took the bag she used to work with, and then went back to meet Alvaro who was still at the door.

Alvaro stepped his foot first, went inside the house. While Rania, tailed behind the man. Upon arrival at the house, Rania smelled the aroma of her favorite dishes. The girl's eyes immediately sparkled, along with her stomach that was rumbling to ask for fill.

"Just sit here, Doctor." Bima patted the empty chair next to her.

Rania developed her smile, then dropped her butt right next to Bima. Alvaro is happy because Bima looks very fond of Rania. Indeed, from the beginning, the boy had asked Alvaro to make Rania a surrogate mother. Only yesterday Alvaro was still hesitant to grant his son's request.

Rania nodded her head. The three people immediately ate the food in front of them quietly.

After breakfast, they prepare to leave. While in the parking lot, Alvaro and Rania head to their respective cars.

"Mother Doctor, why not come with us, let papa who brought the Doctor to the clinic," Bima bargained while looking at Rania.

Again and again, Rania's face was met with red. Seeing her lover who often blushed embarrassed made Alvaro feel anxious.

"Let's go inside!" Alvaro.

Rania walked towards the opposite door from her position. The girl got into the car while holding her hot and slightly flushed face. After making sure Rania got into the car, Alvaro immediately drove the vehicle to the road.

The car driven by Alvaro arrives at Bima's school. Rania took the initiative to bring Bima inside. Tell Alvaro to stay in the car.

After driving Bima, Rania went back into the car. The girl frowned when she saw the smiling lover staring at her.

"What's wrong? Is there anything funny? Or is there something on my face?" asked Rania who saw herself from the rearview mirror.

"It's okay. I was thinking, why are you getting so beautiful all the time" Alvaro teased.

"Stop bragging! Means all this time I wasn't pretty" Rania grumbled.

"You're beautiful from yesterday. But today we are more beautiful than ever" said Alvaro who deliberately teased his lover. He felt anxious to see Rania with a reddish blushing face due to the embarrassment.

"Are we going to stay like this? Get the car and stop teasing me!" rania said while smacking her smile, feeling embarrassed because Alvaro had been seducing her.

Alvaro chuckled, then drove the car to the clinic first.

Elsewhere, Hilda glanced at her watch. Usually Rania has arrived, but until now the girl has not been seen the trunk of her nose.

"Normally he came early, but until now he hasn't come either" Hilda murmured.

"Did something happen to her on the street?" the girl who panicked.

Hilda took the phone in her pocket. The girl looks for Rania's contact, then attaches the flat object to her ear.

Shortly after, he saw a car that had just arrived at the clinic. Hilda looked at Rania who had just gotten out of the car. When the driver lowered the windshield, it was clear that the man who was with Rania was Alvaro.

"It seems like something happened, indeed" muttered Hilda who again kept her phone.

"I work first, you go to the office!" rania said as she waved her hand.

"Happy work, sweetie." Alvaro developed his smile.

"What's? What did you call me?"

"Dear."

Again and again a tinge of red appeared on both of Rania's cheeks. "Be careful on the road .... Ayang," said Rania who immediately ran into the clinic.

Alvaro saw his lover like that could only shake his head while giggling amusedly. The man drove his car back to the office.
