Chapter 39. Doctor VS Secretary
"Sit down!" rania invited Shinta to sit on the sofa. The girl dropped her ass on the object, while Rania walked into the kitchen.
Rania returns to meet Shinta with a face that has been free of masks. His hand brought a can of drink to his guest.
Shinta sees Rania's real face without a mask. He was quite amazed by Rania who had a sweet face and did not look boring when seen many times.
"What's wrong?" rania asked aware of Shinta's gaze.
"I admire your face, sweet and not bored in the eyes," Shinta said giving praise to Rania .
Hearing this, Rania immediately smiled. He felt a little elevated with the praise that Shinta had just thrown.
"You are also beautiful" said Rania while blushing in shame, making Shinta chuckle at the expression of the woman.
"Now I know, which woman Alvaro asked to tease him. And it is certain that my guess will not be wrong" Shinta murmured softly.
"Did you say something?" rania asked who had heard Shinta's voice, but the girl did not know what the woman in front of her was talking about.
"It's okay," Shinta said briefly.
"Ah yes, introduce my name Shinta," continued Shinta as she extended her hand.
"I'm Rania." Rania shakes Shinta's hand.
After a long conversation, Rania invited Shinta, showing the room to the girl. Rania takes Shinta to the guest room.
"You'll occupy this room. Think of it like your own home" said Rania.
"Thank you" said Shinta.
"Either. Then get some rest!" Rania.
Shinta befell him with a slow nod. Rania comes out of the room, allowing her guests to rest.
Rania did all this not without reason. He tried to make Shinta as comfortable as possible, for fear that the next day the girl would choose to sleep in the hotel, and tried to tease Alvaro, making the widower of one child unable to resist his desire. Rania doesn't like it that way. Just imagining it makes Rania jealous, especially if it does happen.
Elsewhere, Alvaro was on his way to the main house. The man occasionally rubbed his forehead because of the impact caused by his neighbor earlier.
"The girl was really disrespectful. My forehead is a little swollen from her actions" Alvaro grumbled.
Shortly after, Alvaro arrived at his destination. The man got out of the car, stepped inside his parents' house.
Alvaro saw Bima and Alvira watching television in a large bowl of ice cream.
"You just got home?" alvira asked who was aware of the existence of her twin brother.
"Hmmm ..," said Alvaro. The man dropped his ass right next to his son.
"Well, why would you like some ice cream?" ask Bima.
Alvaro shook his head. "Don't eat a lot of ice cream, son." Alvaro commemorated his son.
"Why? Will it be fat, Pa? Like Aunt Vira," said Bima, pointing at Alvira's belly, which was swollen due to her pregnancy.
Alvira immediately chuckled at Bima's words. And so did Alvaro. "Bima eat ice cream later tonight stomach pain, his teeth will also hurt again" said Alvaro.
"Good, Pa. But a little more yes Pa," said Bima who tried to negotiate with her son.
"Your son is very funny, I can't wait to see my son as big as Bima later" Alvira said as she stroked her stomach.
Alvaro smiled bitterly, he was very concerned about the condition of his twin brother. Alvaro tries to cover up the incident at Shinta's house, so that Alvira is not burdened just because he thinks of a lowly man like Andre.
"Have a son, let's go home!" bring Alvaro.
Bima immediately moved from her seat. He returned the spoon in his hand to the kitchen, then took the bag he left in the room. After a while, Bima came back to his father.
"Come Pa!" bima said.
Bima grabbed the back of Alvira's hand, and then kissed her. "Bima go home first, Auntie."
"Yes, honey." Alvira rubbed the little man's curls.
"Where are mom and dad?" ask Alvaro who did not see the whereabouts of his parents.
"Mom and Dad are asleep."
"Then we go home first, you go to sleep and don't stay up late" Alvaro warned his twin brother.
"Yes. You guys be careful on the road" Alvira said as she waved her hand at Bima.
The loneliness that disturbed Alvira was slightly treated because of Bima. The pregnant woman chose not to think too much about the household problems that were happening to her, even she herself who also reported her husband by filing charges of embezzlement of company funds.
It's impossible if Alvira doesn't feel sad about it. But he tries to stay strong. A man like Andre doesn't need to be defended. Now, he must take care of his mental and physical only for the fruit of the baby who lives in his womb.

This morning, Alvaro again pressed the doorbell of his neighbor, woke Rania up in the morning blind. "Is he still sleeping?" Alvaro.
His hand was about to press the bell again, but suddenly the door opened. Showing a woman who is smiling thinly towards him, with a make up that is more shaky than usual days.
"What's wrong?" asked Rania who slightly raised her chin, but seemed a little tempting.
Alvaro immediately chuckled at the unusual look of Rania. Making Rania frown.
"Why are you laughing at me? Is there anything funny?" ketus Rania's.
"Of course, you're not as usual. Your appearance today seems strange. Patients at the clinic will laugh at you" said Alvaro.
Rania snorted in annoyance. He wanted to pull the hair of the man in front of him. He looked like this to attract the attention of Alvaro. Transforming himself by slightly imitating Shinta's style. He did not want to lose competition with Shinta.
For two hours he tried to imitate Shinta's appearance which he thought was a little strange. And in fact, Rania also added her br*a buffer foam, so that her chest looks more contained like Shinta's.
Alvaro laughed at him. Make Rania stomp her feet and go back inside her room.
Rania left the door open. The man ventured in, then looked around the living room in Rania's place.
Alvaro stared at the photo attached to the wall, the man smiled faintly at the photos of Rania displayed in the living room.

The sound of darkness from behind, shocked Alvaro. The man turned his body, seeing the secretary who was reviewing his smile.
"Is she the woman who hopes to seduce you?" ask Shinta slowly.
Alvaro immediately glared, he stared around the place. "Diminish your voice. Didn't I tell you not to interfere in my personal affairs" said Alvaro, who again warned his secretary.
"I'm just asking, sir. Was he not aware of his appearance?" shinta.
"What do you mean?" ask Alvaro.
Shinta slightly approached Alvaro, then whispered something in front of the man's ear.
"She just teased me" said Shinta.
"really?" the smile on Alvaro's face came back. Shinta chimed in on Alvaro with a nod.
In front of the door, Rania saw Shinta and Alvaro who looked close. Even Shinta whispered something that made the man smile. Rania is jealous of that. He is upset to see Alvaro with his secretary.
"Conscious Rania, you are just a neighbor who is nobody" said Rania.
