Duren Mateng's
Chapters 158. Because of You

Shinta was getting ready to come out. The girl will go to a minimarket not far from the apartment. Walk while enjoying the air at night.

Shinta just got out of her unit. The girl was waiting for the elevator door to open.

Tingg ...

The steel door was open. His sense of sight caught the figure of Jun who was in the elevator. Shinta immediately widened her eyes. Turning his face away, he was still embarrassed because of the mascara thing said by June yesterday.

Too expecting Jun will shoot him, and it turns out unexpectedly, June actually makes Shinta embarrassed not dumbass. Even Shinta did not want to show her face in the next few days with her neighbor.

June sees Shinta's strange girly. He frowned, noticing Shinta's slightly strange demeanor.

Shinta was very hopeful that the man would leave as soon as possible. However, Shinta's hope is again not right. June is getting closer to him.

"What's wrong?" tanya Jun was right in front of Shinta's ears, making the girl jump in shock.

"That's okay," Shinta stammered.

Vushhh ...

The girl was like the wind, passing quickly from the front of June. He did not want, the man again commented on his appearance which eventually made Shinta embarrassed.

Shinta seemed to rush to push the button to close the elevator door. And until finally, the steel door was closed, making the girl sigh with relief.

"Huffttt .. why does she always surprise me" Shinta muttered as she rubbed her chest, relieved to escape June.

Meanwhile, Jun, the man was stunned to stare at the elevator door that was already tightly closed. His mind wondered, what made Shinta suddenly behave like this, had not yesterday they started to get familiar again.

"It should have made up yesterday, but why did he avoid me again? Did I make a mistake?" june muttered monologue.

When the man was about to leave the place, he accidentally kicked something. Jun looked down, looking at the tiny pink wallet.

"Is this Shinta's?" he murmured while staring at the elevator door.

....

Shinta walked towards the nearest minimarket. The girl paired her hoodie skulls, then scrunched the two hoodie ropes.

"It's cold" he muttered as he rubbed his hands together, then put them in his pocket.

"He asked, what's wrong? The man is completely insensitive. I can only comment on my appearance! Doesn't he know? After he spoke like that yesterday, I only had a thick face to cover up my shame." Shinta continued to grumble, talking about June which embarrassed her.

Shinta keeps remembering the incident every time she crosses paths with Juni. Although the man who commented on her appearance yesterday acted as if nothing had happened.

After spending 10 minutes walking, the girl arrived at the minimarket. He immediately bought some snacks and canned drinks.

His eyes stared at the shelf that was composed of sanitary napkins. He took one of the ones on the shelf and took it straight to the cashier's desk.

The cashier scans Shinta's groceries one by one. When finished, he also mentioned the nominal price of the goods spent by the girl.

"The total is one hundred and twenty-two thousand rupiahs" said the cashier.

Shinta began to put her hand in her pocket. A moment later, the girl widened her eyes. "Where was my wallet?" inner Shinta.

"Wait a minute, Ma'am." Shinta said to the cashier, still looking for the whereabouts of his wallet in his pocket. His hand touched Hoodie's pocket and also the jogger pants he was wearing.

"My feeling was, I've brought my wallet and put it in my pocket. Did my wallet fall?" shinta Inner with her panicked face.

"Just use this, Ma'am."

Shinta was stunned, hearing the baritone voice that was beside her. That voice, Shinta knows the owner very well. With a sense of shame, he tried to turn to the owner of the sexy voice.

"Hehehe ...." Shinta laughed wryly looking towards June.

"I'll change it later after home," continued Shinta who did not refuse help this time from June.

After making a payment transaction, Shinta also brought her shopping bag. Walk tailed June to get out of the minimarket.

"I'll pay you when I get there." Shinta spoke again, making Jun immediately stop his steps, turning to face the girl next to him.

"You mean?" Shinta asked back. Because he has a rather slow capture, of course, requires the person who asks to further clarify the question.

"I mean ... I noticed you always avoided me. Do you feel uncomfortable? Or have I made a fatal mistake?" ask June again.

Shinta was silent for a moment. He could not possibly say that he was angry because his wish had not materialized. He could not have said that he was angry because Jun corrected his performance yesterday.

"I don't think I should be selfish. After all, this man was insensitive, not that he was evil. Moreover, I am already indebted to him a lot, coupled with a debt of money because of this groceries," his mind looked at the plastic groceries in his hands.

"I'm not angry, nor am I disturbed" Shinta said, expanding her smile.

"But why did you suddenly dodge me?" ask June again.

"Oh that .. don't need to be discussed anymore. I was badmood just now," said Shinta.

"Badmood because of what?" ask June again.

Shinta was dumbfounded, for some reason she thought Jun was a bit chatty and annoying. She screamed and asked the man to stop asking. However, recalling that he had just used June's money to pay for these groceries, Shinta of course abandoned his intentions.

"It seems you don't need to know the details" Shinta said. June immediately filled him with a slow nod.

June walks a little slower, aligning her steps with Shinta. The man put his hand in his pocket, then gave Shinta's pink wallet which had fallen.

"It's yours, right?" tanya June gave me the wallet.

"Yes, right. Where did you find him? I thought my wallet was left at home" said Shinta, taking it out of June's hand.

"In front of the elevator," reply June briefly.

Shinta stopped her steps, took the money in the wallet and handed it over in June.

"This .. I returned your money earlier," Shinta said, offering the money to June.

June frowned, staring at the money in Shinta's hands. "Take it, assume I'm buying you," said Jun refused Shinta's money.

"But ...."

"Are you honoring our friendship with some money?" ask June.

"What?"

"You're appreciating our friendship with nominal numbers." Jun explained this again, so that Shinta understood.

Unknowingly, Shinta's face suddenly turned disappointed. It's not offended that Jun just turned down the money. However, he was disappointed by what the man had just said. As if to emphasize to Shinta that they are just friends, nothing more.

"Haha .. yeah, we're friends." Shinta gave a crisp laugh, trying to neutralize the disappointment that plagued her.

He put the money back in his wallet. Then put the wallet in his pocket.

"In that case, I thank you for your transaction and also because you have found my wallet" Shinta said.

"Yes, you're welcome." Jun chimed in Shinta's words while developing a smile. He was happy, because Shinta no longer avoided him like before.

Both go hand in hand. Just the sound of footsteps, without saying anything. Upon arrival at the apartment, they went straight into the building, got into the elevator and occasionally threw a smile.

"Why do I feel like you've been quieter lately than ever?" tanya June who started to open her voice.

"really? Maybe that's just how you feel" Shinta said.

"You're the one who made my smile fade away. Didn't you notice it?" inner Shinta.

Tingg ...

The elevator door was open. Shinta and Jun walked out of the narrow room. Both of them saw someone leaning in front of Shinta's unit, while carrying flowers in his hand.

"Daren," Shinta muttered.
