Duren Mateng's
Chapters 185. First And Last

Lunch time has arrived. June remembers her promise to meet Daren on the roof later. When he was just about to get out of his seat, a short message notification from his phone rang. He reached into his pocket, pulled out the flat object and saw the name of the lover on his phone screen. Shinta, send her a short message.

Jun, where are you eating?

June smiled at her smile. The man replied to a short message sent by his girlfriend.

I have an appointment this afternoon. For then noon, I have ordered it for you.

June walked to the roof with stairs. It was deliberately done so that he would exchange messages to Shinta while on the trip. A moment later, he returned to get a reply from Shinta.

All right then. I'll wait for your lunch.

June smiled again. He wants to return a message from Shinta. However, the man abandoned his intentions because he felt sorry for Daren if he had to wait too long up there.

June put her phone back in her pocket, then walked faster than ever to catch up with Daren who was waiting for her on the roof.

Upon arriving there, it was true that he saw Daren who had been there first. Jun stepped his feet closer to Daren, but a moment later the man clucked bitterly because the sun was so stinging.

"Ashh ... Damnit damnit! How could he bring me here when the sun was about to burn the skin" grumbled Jun as he stepped closer to Daren.

"Hey! Are you numb? How can you stand to bask in the scorching sun like this. You should have taken me to a slightly cold place. Do you want to make my skin burn?" tukas Juni who was standing right beside Daren.

"You'd better keep your mouth shut. Just enjoy, besides, this sunshine is healthy," replied Daren closed his eyes as he spread his hands.

"Healthy? I don't know where he learned about the sun during the day. Can't! Come with me!" take Juni who directly dragged Daren's hand just like that.

"Hey!! Here alone," Daren refused, but the man's words were not heeded by June at all. He still took the man who had been his rival to where he wanted to be.

....

At the same time, Shinta was waiting for food delivery from June. He thought that the man would send it in person.

Shortly after, an office girl brought plastic containing food while reviewing her smile. Shinta was surprised, because it reminded her of Daren, the man who always left her food with the office girl and also the plastic food logo was also the same as what Daren had bought for her.

"There's another deposit for Ms. Shinta" said the woman, putting her plastic on Shinta's desk.

"This ... did Daren send it?" ask Shinta.

"Mr Daren?" The woman frowned.

"No, Miss Shinta. This is taken from Mr. June," he continued.

"June?" Shinta opened the plastic. And sure enough, all the food inside was the same as that delivered by Daren before.

"Did Jun imitate Daren," muttered Shinta who was caught by the hearing sense of the woman who was in front of him.

"Sorry, Miss Shinta. I heard Ms. Shinta speak earlier. But ... Mr. Daren never leave anything to me" said the office girl.

"Never? Who's always putting lunch on me?" ask Shinta.

"Everything is by Mr. June, not Mr. Daren."

Deggs ...

Shinta was stunned to hear the sentence she had just heard. It turned out that all this time, the lunch he ate lovingly and happily from June, was not Daren. However, how could June just be silent without making a protest at all.

"Then excuse me, Miss Shinta."

"Thank you," said Shinta who was still stunned by the fact she had just obtained.

"Together."

The woman also left from in front of Shinta. While Shinta, looking at the food in front of her. The girl began to taste the food with teary eyes.

"So long he's been away from me doesn't mean he hates me. He was secretly watching me. And I think the attention given to him is from someone else. How could I be so foolish as to not be able to realize such a small thing" Shinta muttered back to eating the food.

Shinta ate her food voraciously. He finished the food given by his lover. He occasionally commented on her smile, happy for the attention given by June.

June takes Daren to one of the restaurants not far from the office. Daren always refuses, but June still forces him.

"Didn't I tell you, I don't want to come here because I'm not hungry" said Daren, dropping his butt in the wrong seat.

"I know you don't want to eat because you fall poor after you become unemployed. Just choose, I will treat you," said Jun as he opened the menu book in front of him.

Jun glanced at Daren after the man spoke like that. He also cleared his throat slowly, "Don't be expensive, if it's too expensive you pay yourself," said June.

"Basic stingy," cecar Daren.

They called the waiter and pointed to the food he wanted to order. The waiter recorded all the orders of the two men, then walked to the kitchen to prepare the food.

"My goal is to meet you to apologize" Daren said.

"I'm sorry I made a big mistake before" the man continued.

"It looks like you just realized it" Jun chirped with a smile.

"Ck! You should have listened to me until I was done. It seems like it is your habit to cut off other people's conversation just like that," complained Daren looking at the man before him with a cynical look.

"Can we end this hostility? I'm too tired to argue with you, adding a few lines of wrinkles to my face" said Jun.

Daren laughed at June's words just now. " Don't your face look old? It's just that Shinta's taste is difficult to guess, choosing an ugly widower compared to a handsome virgin like me," said Daren who still had time to give a mockery in June.

"Okay, you're a handsome virgin. But I am a sweet cool widower, not bored when viewed even if it uses a magnifying glass" chirped Jun who still prides himself.

"I don't want to talk too much into saying goodbye that ends with a loss. Honestly, being next door to you is very disturbing, but seeing you like this, I feel sorry for you" said Juni.

"Don't feel sorry for me. Have mercy on yourself." Daren interrupted June's speech.

Shortly after, the food they ordered came. June and Daren start enjoying the food on the table.

"Please take good care of Shinta" said Daren.

Jun was just about to feed food into his mouth was immediately restrained because of the sentence thrown by Daren.

"of course. My love is bigger than my affection for me. You don't worry about that. From now on, just focus on yourself. I heard you're getting married. I hope you won't hurt your wife because of my lover's shadow" said Juni.

Daren only responded with a smile. The man went back to eating the food in front of him.

....

June paid for all the food they had. He keeps his promise, treating Daren to a meal for the first and last time.

Both of them came out of the restaurant, walking towards the parking lot. Where Daren parked his car.

"Thank you for your deal. This is a treaty for the first time" Daren said.

"Once again the last time" june chirped.

"It looks like you're really scared if we meet again. Are you we I'll take Shinta back?" tanya Daren while chuckling amusedly.

"I'm not afraid of it anymore, because you're married and Shinta has chosen me. It's just that, if we meet again, I hope you're the one who treats me. At least the reciprocal formula is still valid," said June pat Daren's shoulder.

"I hope Shinta doesn't regret choosing a man as calculating as you are" Daren replied, grieving.

The two fell silent, then returned each other a smile. "Then I go first. I hope your relationship reaches the marriage stage" Daren said.

"Do you sincerely pray for us?" fishing tackle June.

"of course. The happiness of the woman I love is also my happiness. It's called pure love without expecting anything in return to be loved, too" Daren said.

"You too Hopefully, by choosing that woman to be your wife, you change for the better. Your lives get along well and are blessed with several children" said Jun, who also prayed for Daren.

"Thank you, then I'll say goodbye." Without warning, Daren hugs June. Both men seem to forgive each other.

"Be careful on the road" said June. Daren nodded, the man loosened his embrace then got into the car.

From a distance, Shinta saw the two men who often quarrel had reconciled. The girl smiled, happy to see that Jun and Daren had made up.

"I'm so happy to see those who have forgiven each other. Hopefully, in the future, there will be no more disputes and after this our relationship will go well" Shinta murmured.

"And as for Daren, I'm sorry and thank you for being a part of my life even if it's for a moment" the girl continued.
