"Where are we?" Catalina rests her head on Claude's shoulder. They're on their honeymoon. But what makes him confused, now they are driving on the streets of the city where his birth.
"I'll give you a wedding present. You haven't received a gift from me."
"But ... This is the road to Love Rays ...."
"There is the prize. I'm putting it on Sister Rebecca."
The car then swallows, Claude goes down first then turns and opens the door so Catalina can get down.
They stood side by side in front of the Love Rays orphanage. Catalina frowned. The front of the home did not change too much. But the new building towering at the back looked striking. Catalina involuntarily stepped foot with widened eyes. He walked away leaving Claude smiling at his wife's expression.
Catalina walked quickly towards the large, sturdy new building at the back. He went in and found a room with chairs and a sofa. Then his feet like led to come to every room. The study room, spacious and full of shelves containing books attached to the wall. In the middle, the table and chairs are neatly arranged. Her hand touched the surface of the new table, as Catalina's eyes glazed over. Then his feet stepped again, taking him down the hallway and arriving in a very spacious room with long tables lined up. The chairs are also neatly arranged on the sides of the table. Dining room .. which seems to be connected to a kitchen. Catalina entered the room and was amazed. A very large kitchen .. will be able to process food even for hundreds of children.
Catalina's fingers touched every surface of the thing she passed, as if it were the most precious thing given to her.
After wiping away the tears on her cheeks, Catalina stepped up and headed for another room. Many people he passed by, smiled and even some had cried when they saw him coming. But Catalina doesn't seem to see. He stared around with tears melting.
Catalina went upstairs. Entering one room after another filled with two-level beds with bright and colorful new sheets. As if to make sure that each room had the same condition, Catalina's feet stepped tirelessly looking at the one bedroom after another of the children living in the parlour.
A new building with many rooms, of course the children no longer sleep crowded. Arriving in a bedroom overlooking the garden with its glass windows open, Catalina stepped slowly, stopped by the window and let the wind blow away the strands of fake hair she was wearing. Her hair had already started to grow, yet she still felt strange not to wear fake hair.
A gentle breeze blew on Catalina's face, cooling her tear-filled face. If this was the wedding gift Claude meant, then Claude had given something very, very special ... his dream is to be with the mother he loves so much.
A faint shadow of her mother's face flashed across Catalina's mind, she stared at the sky outside the window, bright with several wisps of thin white clouds. Her mother's face formed in the sky, smiling widely in Catalina's shadow, making her longing burst forth and her tears flowing again. His shoulders shook, he sobbed with his face looking up at the sky.
Outside the open door, Claude stood side by side with Sister Rebecca. Claude accompanied Catalina every step, keeping a distance of several meters and enjoying every expression formed on his wife's face. Catalina's view is only fixed on all the objects he stuffed in the new building. His fingers touched every surface he passed, tears dripping down the woman's cheeks, something Claude hoped was a reflection of the happiness that filled his Catty's heart at this moment.
Claude stepped slowly into the room, approaching his wife at the end of the room. After putting the coat he was holding on a bed, he stood beside his wife.
Catalina turned her head, looking at the figure of the man standing next to her with both hands in his pockets. He slowly moved to face Claude.
"Thank you" he whispered.
Claude looked into his wife's eyes, he wouldn't trade this sight for anything. The blue eyes that looked at him were as deep as the ocean that was illuminated by the sun during the day. Warm, lustrous feeling, loving, loving, full of gratitude.
Claude was at a loss for words. He was happy, his guess was right. Any reward would mean nothing to his Catty. But this ... a very decent new residence with great facilities for children living in Love Rays, something that would be a surprise full wedding gift for her Catty. Claude cleared his throat slowly before finally managing to say something.
"I am the one who thanks you. You've come into my life and decided to stay, tie yourself to me... accompany me ...."
Catalina approached and stretched out both her hands, hugging her husband with tears back breaking.
"I really love you, Claude. This is the most beautiful gift for me .. You have no idea how often I dream this ...."
Claude took a breath, relieving his chest that felt tight to see Catalina again crying.
"Shhhh .. don't cry, Catty. I give you this so you're happy. Don't want you to cry like this."
Claude grinned happily at Catalina's words.
"Oh, well then .. I'll let you cry in a moment ...."
Then the couple hugged, Sister Rebecca wiped away the tears on her cheeks. He stared once more at the couple standing at the end of the room before pulling the door and closing it slowly. Letting the couple share their happy feelings without being disturbed.
After Catalina's sobs subsided, Claude kissed the top of his head and looked towards the sky. He felt his wife's head move, looking out the window. Together they looked at the blue sky, grateful for the happiness that was approaching their lives at this time. Thankful they finally met and fell in love.
"You tired?"
"No."
"Do you like the gift?"
"Mature is very. Thank you." Thank you."
"Now, may I ask for my gift?"
Catalina slightly moved away from Claude's chest, then looked up at her husband's smiling face. From the look in her husband's eyes, Catty knew exactly what the man meant.
"You've got it" Catalina said with blushing cheeks. Recalling that while the party hosted by Joanna was still going on, Claude took her to sneak into their bridal room.
"I decide, I'll ask for that one gift often" Claude teased.
Catalina is more blushing, the wedding night is fun, satisfying, beautiful .. he decided he liked the activity on that one. But he would feel very embarrassed if Claude knew his feelings about it. So she pretended to pursed her lips and tried to flirt with her husband.
"And where do you want to start? We're locked up in the children's room. Someone's gonna open that door any minute, kids or maybe sisters. You dare?" catalina Goda.
Claude smiled, he held both of his wife's cheeks with the palm of his hand, then began to look down, bringing his face closer to Catalina's face.
"I'll start with this, Catty. Then the rest, we'll spend it at our honeymoon. For now ... I'll be satisfied with this ...."
The kiss began with a happy feeling that rose from the hearts of the two. The tender caresses on the lips and tongue, the strains of love they convey through the song of the deepest heart. A word that embellishes human life from time to time, giving meaning to the life lived in every second. Love ... and now, wholeheartedly .. though unspoken, both know, and, only that word can describe the meaning of the bond they have lived and will continue to live, until later.
