EX (SHACKLE OF FIRST LOVE)

EX (SHACKLE OF FIRST LOVE)
163. Ghost or ...

In a life that Sky believed was the world of death, he felt extremely exhausted. Go through the sandy field to find a way out and a way to get home.

Sky felt like he had been stuck here for too long. I don't know in how long but clearly he still survives to this point.

Her dry throat felt like it was burning. He was very thirsty, but never once found a puddle of water to quench his thirst.

If this was the realm of death, why did Sky continue to walk in such an uncertain direction?

Will he continue to do so until the day that his reckoning of sin comes?

Sky is no longer strong. Weary. Slowly, the man sat on the same side. Barren, dry and sandy.

It felt like Sky had already surrounded this place and walked so far that it drained all of its energy. But, why did it feel like he didn't budge in the least? He felt he was still in the same position.

Until he sat down, he heard someone calling him.

"Gr ..."

Sky knows this voice. The voice that always calls his name is the voice of his wife. The woman he always wanted to protect and loved. Yara's.

Sky lashed out at Yara's name many times, but as before, every time he made a sound, nothing came out of his lips. He was like muttering, when in fact he had shouted to call the name of the wife with the remnants of her strength.

On the verge of exhaustion, Sky resigned. He was no longer looking for a way out, but on the other hand, he had heard another voice that was very foreign to him.

"You shouldn't be here. This is not your place!"

The voice echoed. Makes Sky shiver in his position. Even the wind did not dare to blow as fiercely as if disinclined and impersonal to the owner of the voice.

With the bit of courage that Sky still had, he finally made a sound. "W-who?" ask the man. Sky's voice that was not heard, now actually echoed there. However, there was a clear vibration from the man's speech.

There was no answer, as if Sky's question simply disappeared from the wind.

Then, for some second, Sky felt the sight of a glowing shaft. He approached it because he was intrigued.

Sky looked up to see what he now saw from that spot of light. There, Sky like watching a documentary from a big screen that feels very real as if it really happened in front of his eyes. But Sky knows this is not a happening that is happening live, but it is presented as intentionally for him to witness.

In Sky's view at the moment were two places consisting of high and low positions. Where the people below are undergoing torture. Some were on cam-buk, tied up and given to drink boiling water. Sky grimaced and wanted to scream when he saw that. The scene is difficult to express in words. So suffocating.

While the people who are in the top position are those who are enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Relax. It's like it's easy to get everything. Even there are happy shady faces. There is no violence. It feels inversely proportional to the scenery that occurs in people who are at the bottom. It's a huge contrast if it's juxtaposed like this.

"This is a comparison of heaven and hell. What you see now is only part of it. If you go deeper, you will know the pleasure of heaven. And if you look any further then you will understand the pain of the torment of hell."

Sky searched for the source of the voice. The same foreign voice as earlier said that this was not his place and that he should not be here.

In those extremely painful times, there was a curiosity that coiled with a stifling feeling from the spectacle he had just witnessed. Sky who had also felt thirsty since the beginning of being in this foreign place, suddenly he felt hit by an overwhelming sense of dizziness.

His soul seemed to be driven by something extremely powerful. Aware of not being able to fight back, Sky finally kept quiet and went with the flow. He resigned wherever this terrible wave would take him.

...*...

Beno just followed the nurse to get inside the mortuary. Beno also took the initiative to open the covering cloth that had covered the body of his friend who was lifeless.

In the activity, Beno noticed the pale face of Sky who had been declared dead an hour ago before his arrival.

Once again Beno regretted why his best friend left so soon. He could not help his sobs, remembering all of Sky's kindness and how close their relationship was.

Suddenly Beno's eyes bulged, he rubbed his eyes repeatedly. Astounded. Who just coughed?, he thought.

Beno even barely escaped from there when it turns out he actually saw the body of Sky began to move slowly.

"Astagfirullah ..." Beno to beristigfar, he was surprised.

What was Beno crying over Sky's departure, now his cry turned roaring from fear.

"Se-Sekai .. I know I'm wrong a lot with you. You often say behind your back because you like to argue with me. But, don't flirt like this, Sekai. Don't be a ghost even if you take revenge on me!" lamenting Beno while closing his eyes tightly.

Beno was almost upset, when suddenly Sky's hand pulled his wrist to prevent the man from leaving.

"Ben .. I'm thirsty" said Sky at the time.

Beno is getting slacker. He was speechless but his logic made him realize that this was really Sky the friend and not a ghost as he expected.

"P-please, you answer first, are you a ghost or a Sekai?"

"Did the ghost know that you had passed out in the hallway of the campus because of the nahan mules?"

"Sekai?"

"Hmm, ghosts also will not know that you often do not pay for food after meals in the office cafeteria!"

"Huh? The sekai? You're alive again, Sekai?' Beno who was afraid, immediately crunched and approached Sky there.

Hearing Beno's utterance, Sky clucked his tongue, "What did I die for?" tanyakanya. He felt that he was sleeping and had a very strange dream. Heaven, hell and a strange voice.

"Yes, you died an hour ago, Sekai."

In a moment Sky also rose from his lying position. Look around and it's true he and Beno are in the morgue.

...***...

Anton was shocked to hear Beno's story. He ran towards the VVIP room where Sky was at the moment

Anton stared in amazement at his sister-in-law who looked as healthy as ever. There were no signs of disability or excessive pain from a Sky Lazuardi. The man looked ordinary and fine, although there were some parts of his body that were injured and re-clad in bandages that had previously been released.

While entering there, Anton met several nurses and doctors who from the beginning handled his sister-in-law. The doctor immediately explained to them all that Sky had just experienced was the near-death experience; (NDE).

The heart that stops beating, blood circulation and oxygen are also stopped so that the organs of the body fail and death is certain. Sky had been declared clinically dead, before finally coming back to life. In the language we often know is the term suspended animation and Sky experienced it.

Anton noticed Sky, from his movements the man did not mind some of his injured body parts, only Sky more often thirsty and asked for water repeatedly.

"Mas, where's Yara?" It was the first question Sky asked Anton as the doctors and nurses checking his vitals were out of the treatment room.

Anton massaging forehead at a glance. "Yara fainted, when you were pronounced dead."
