Chapters 146. Khanif 2 Seriousness

Rania woke. He was very surprised to find that his head was now slung on Khanif's shoulder.

He did not know how long he had been asleep on the plane until he did not realize that Khanif's shoulder became the soft back of his head when he fell asleep.

Shame, of course. Rania slowly opened her eyes. Then a second later he pulled his head away from Khanif

"Sorry, sir. I didn't mean it" he said, which was bad. Khanif's shoulder must have felt sore, he thought in his heart.

"What's wrong. Seeing you fall asleep so well, makes me uncomfortable to wake you up just because your head is resting on my shoulder" Khanif said.

Rania smiled awkwardly. He then circulated his gaze to see Khanif's coworkers and family who came home today.

But instead of feeling relieved, he even felt panic instantly.

"They're all going?" tanyakanya.

"They just came out. Our plane on this has landed."

"What!" peekik Rania's.

"He'em. Then we're out now. Come on, you get out first."

With no interest and lips bent, Rania stood up from her seat, then walked out of the plane followed by Khanif behind her.

After picking up their suitcases, Rania and Khanif walked into the pickup room. But when she gets there, Rania gets word that her papa will be late to pick her up.

Inevitably, Rania also circulated her gaze once again to find a bench that she could sit on.

After getting what she was looking for, Rania began to move her legs towards the empty long chair on her left.

Just a few steps, Rania was astonished when Khanif was still following her. He then turned his face to Khanif.

"Why haven't you come home yet?" tanyakanya.

"I want to keep you company until your papa comes to pick you up."

"Brother doesn't have to accompany me here. There are a lot of people passing by, really. So you can calm down and go home feeling relieved."

"What's wrong. I don't have a job today either."

"Mr go home first. Papa will definitely arrive soon," he said a little forcefully because he felt bad for Khanif.

"I said it's okay" Khanif said. He then continued inwardly with a funny smiling face, "what is taking care of a future wife not to be?"

"Why are you smiling?" rania's question made Khanif flinch in shock.

"Oh! It's okay." He then switched their conversation to say, "I'll go for a while. You're not going anywhere."

I don't know why Rania nodded her head which she didn't really want.

"All right, let me go first."

"Yes, sir."

Khanif stood up from his seat, then began to move away from Rania.

Rania, who was left alone, again checked her phone notification. He wanted to see if he had sent another message or not. But hope is hope when he does not get any message from papa. He then took a short breath.

As he was daydreaming, he was surprised by Khanif who was thrusting a bottle of mineral water right in front of him.

"Drink this first" Khanif said, giving it to him.

Rania's hand was stretched out to take it, then said "thank you, sir."

"Hem. You're welcome."

"If you want to go, please. Papa will be here soon."

"What's wrong. It's not good to leave you here alone. What will your father say about me" Khanif said while sitting next to Rania. "Again, mama and Davina also went home first and mama also already knew that I accompanied you here. So you must not be worried that I'm coming home late."

Rania nodded her head in a soft sign of understanding. "Then thank you."

"So how?"

"How's what?"

"Forget it," said the short Khanif who actually wanted to inquire about his proposal a few days ago, but he did not want to continue because he was afraid that Rania would feel awkward afterwards and might try to get away from him.

"What about, sir?" rania asked so curiously. Because, Khanif so suddenly asked and so suddenly also decided the conversation.

"What?" rania asked increasingly did not understand the direction of Khanif's conversation.

"On the plane, your face was so pale."

"Oh that." While nodding his head a sign of understanding. "I'm okay, sir. Even I can fall asleep soundly afterwards," little Rania kekeh.

"Thank God then."

"Like papa soon to come."

Just a few minutes said that, now the middle-aged figure he had been waiting for was already seen walking towards them.

Looking at him, suddenly making Rania stand up, then the next second, he ran towards the figure of a middle-aged man who was none other than his papa.

"Sorry papa came late to pick you up, baby," said papa.

"What's wrong, pa. Rania is not alone. Mr. Khanif accompanied Rania waiting for papa to come."

Papa's gaze then shifted to see a figure approaching them.

"Assalamualaikum, um," said Khanif.

"Waalaikumsalam, son of Khanif. Thank you for accompanying your son here."

"Sama-sama, om," Khanif said with a smile making papa also smile.

"alright. Om and son go home first."

"Yes, um."

"Thank you" Rania said sincerely to Khanif.

Khanif nodded his head. Then, Papa and his daughter passed from the waiting area at the airport. No exception with Khanif who also came home.

The next morning, Khanif woke up so early with a warm smile rising on his face like this morning's sunshine was so earthy and brought warmth.

After completing all his duties and having breakfast, he went to the office. Start the day with his new secretary.

When his car just entered the office delivery, from a distance he could see Rania who was delivered by the papa. Khanif then accelerated the speed of his car to immediately overtake Rania who had first entered the office.

After parking his car, he immediately passed from there.

"Rania," called Khanif as he had just set foot inside the office.

Rania, who was a little more, reached the elevator, turned around. He looked at Khanif with astonished eyes. But all did not last long when he accidentally saw his coworkers who also saw him. Really, he was so surprised.

Rania was as fast as possible to get close to Khanif. So that Khanif does not make another act that can make him feel embarrassed.

"Good morning" said Khanif after Rania got near him.

"You know what, hell!" rania Exclamation.

"none. Just wanted to call your name."

"Mr must be kidding!"

"alright. I call you because I want to be closer to you. What wrong?"

Rania's footsteps stopped. He did not expect Khanif would continue to pursue him even though he had rejected him for reasons he made up.

"Save the words of the Father to others. Because I won't have any effect."

"It's okay if you don't believe right now, but as much as possible you will make you believe."

Rania fell silent. Khanif calls himself brother? What is this, instead of Khanif himself saying that he can be called like that if not in the job? He has not approved the call yet.

"Why are you standing there?" tanya Khanif made Rania wake up.

He then walked closer to Khanif again. Ah, no! He walked because he wanted to go to his study soon.

When he was in front of Khanif, Rania again said, "just do it if you can!" He then left Khanif with a smile of his own.
