Chapters 15. Caught!

Shortly after the departure of the maid, from the back there was a man who recognized Rania.

Then the man who saw Rania called her, "Rania."

Rania turned her head back. He was so surprised to see the figure of the man who was currently walking closer to him. Instantly stand up from his seat and turn around completely. Then awkwardly, he called her softly, "Papa."

Zaky was also as surprised as Rania. But already as experienced, Zaky responded to him casually. Rania squeezed her fingers. He did not expect to meet his father here.

It was not because of what Rania could be surprised, it was just that - something like this was her first time. He met his father while he was with a man. Even meet at the dining.

Papa Rudy, who knows how Rania feels, immediately smiles to relieve his child's worries.

"Continue your lunch. Papa wants to go home too" said Papa Rudy.

"Rania," Zaky said as she touched Rania's hand, which made Rania flinch again.

"You're okay, right?"

Slowly Rania and Zaky sat down. Waiting for their food orders. Not long after, their order came.

Rania ate her food in silence. And so did Zaky. They are running out of words to talk short. So, until their lunch was over, not a single word could be heard from their mouths. All that is heard is the sound of the clinking of spoons and forks that are mutually disjointed.

"This time let me pay for your food" said Zaky, breaking the silence between them.

"No, thank you, Zak," rejected Rania subtly. Because according to him, he had no rights to Zaky, so Zaky had to pay and eat. "I know, you'd love to pay for my meal every time we eat together. But sorry, I can't take it."

Zaky nodded. She knew that no matter how much she persuaded Rania, Rania would not make her pay her lunch bill.

"Well, I hope next time I can."

Rania smiled in response. He walked first to the cashier and was followed by Zaky then behind him. They paid their bills. The cashier's woman was not surprised anymore, when Rania and Zaky first ate here and paid the bill for each meal.

"You're still thinking about your papa?" ask Zaky after they get out of the restaurant.

Without hiding anything, Rania nodded confirming.

"But it's okay. Lunch time by everyone. So, no harm," comfort Rania when her heart is in turmoil.

"Wait here, I'll get the car first."

Not yet Zaky got an answer from Rania, he had passed leaving her to a car parked sweet beside the restaurant.

"Wait," Zaky once again said. "I'll open you the door."

"No, I'm going in right now."

Just as Zaky was about to get out of the car to open the door for Rania, Rania had already opened it and took a seat beside the wheel. Zaky drives his car to the company where Rania works.

On the other hand, Khanif who had just had lunch at his home, he had now driven his car to the office as well.

Again, without anyone expecting it, again Rania and Khanif accompanied the vehicle at a red light to the office. But the difference is, Rania is currently in Zaky's car, different from this morning. When he was driving on his own two wheels.

Even more different, when this morning only Rania knows the existence of Khanif. But now, Khanif already knew that as well. Even unexpectedly, Rania's current brown iris is directly stared at by Hazel Khanif's iris.

The meeting of the two irises made the two people equally surprised. But Khanif could still control his shock. While Rania, just wrong. Due to her misdeed, Rania immediately severed her eye contact with Khanif and hurriedly raised the window of the car.

"Why you?"

"I'm fine," Rania smiled so that Zaky didn't ask further.

"Is it because you're still thinking about your meeting with your father?"

Rania answered briefly, "no,"

The red light has changed to green. Zaky drove back to Rania's workplace. During the trip, no conversation took place between them. Until the car arrived at Rania's workplace, then there was a conversation. It was just a short conversation.

"Thank you" said Rania.

"Yes, you're welcome."

"Alright, I'm going to work first."

Afterwards, Rania opened her seat belt and passed out of the car. At first Zaky again wanted to open the car door for Rania, only Rania held him back. Rania doesn't want to be flashy when the office guys have returned from lunch.

It was different before we left. He did it on purpose, so that Lisa believed, if she had indeed been waiting for Zaky's invitation and for Lisa to believe, if she did not really expect Khanif to offer her a ride for the second time.

When he got out of Zaky's car, he saw Khanif's car had just entered the office yard. Without a long wait, Rania immediately left from there. He doesn't want an elevator with Khanif for now. But it seems like that intention should he put it as deep as he had to cross paths with Lisa again.

"I saw Mr. Khanif's car just entering the office yard. Did you deliberately avoid her because you felt guilty for her?" ask Lisa who is not so important to Rania.

"I saw it too, but baby. I don't have such strange thoughts," Rania said, not seeming to have to explain any further.

"Oh, look Khanif sir is coming."

Khanif was seen entering the office building. Lisa also bowed respectfully as well as Rania who had just turned her body.

"Print sir," said Lisa with a smile that he deliberately made charming, so that Khanif could glance at her a little.

"Siang," replied Khanif to see Lisa at a glance. Although only a glance, Lisa was very happy. Unlike Rania who saw Lisa's expression, she smiled funny. How not, Lisa's like a kid who gets candy.

Thinking of that, made Rania quickly take part in the heart. He really has no such intention.

Rania's daydreams were broken, as Khanif called her, "Rania, what are you waiting for. Come with me quickly."

Always, Khanif surprised him. He himself was astonished by this. But without thinking about it further, he followed Khanif's footsteps that had been seen away. After arriving in front of the glass elevator, Rania stepped forward and pressed the password of the elevator which would take them up to the twenty-first floor.

When they opened, they went inside. The situation was silent for a few seconds before Khanif said, "tomorrow we leave at 9 am."

"A ... What sir?"

"Prepare for your other needs when you go home from work. The rest, leave it to me."

Before Rania could speak, Khanif had already stepped out of the elevator. While Rania breathed a heavy sigh. He forgot that he had to go to the city of M with Khanif this Wednesday.

Rania patted her head. Not one problem yet, another problem has arisen. I don't know what he'll say to his parents. Moreover, his father had found himself having lunch with a man.

"Strong Rania. You must be strong" he murmured inwardly.

Rania is busy at her job.
