Handsome Ceo's Secretary of Choice

Handsome Ceo's Secretary of Choice
Chapters 161. What If He Leaves Me?

Rania smothers her mouth involuntarily as she accidentally sees the figure of the man sleeping on the hospital bed with the door slightly open.

Really, he did not expect to see this as he followed the footsteps of mama Adelin and Davina. He hoped that what he saw right now was not true. Because he believes that Khanif is currently outside the city as his mother and Dian said a while ago.

Not Khanif who was asleep in a hospital bed with many tools attached to his body.

Not wanting to wait any longer, Rania rushed into Khanif's room.

Mama Adelin and Davina who realized that there was someone who entered this room, then turned their faces and simultaneously and unexpectedly, mama and Davina also mentioned the name Rania.

"Isn't Mr Khanif out of town?" ask Rania slowly.

Mama just tear up. The reason he told Dian and mama Dahlia if Rania asked them was now in the end useless.

"Ra," call Davina slowly. "We don't mean to boo ..."

"Why didn't you tell me the truth?" cut Rania fast with a loud voice.

"Ra, we ..."

Again Davina's speech was cut off with Rania's next speech. "You know, by lying, it makes me feel even more guilty than Mr. Khanif. What if something happens to her and I still live in peace? Can I be happy?" rania started to get hysterical with tears coming out of her cheeks.

Mama Adelin who felt Rania's condition began to be unstable, as soon as possible approached her.

"Son, calm down. We sit on the sofa, yes," said mama Adelin to calm Rania by inviting her to sit on the sofa first.

"I don't want to!" he said quickly without considering who he was talking to at the moment.

"Rania, brother Khanif is fine now. He has gone through a critical period" Davina said.

"If it's okay, why are there so many tools attached to his body?" rania's question made both Mama and Davina fall silent.

"You can't answer because Mr. Khanif is still in a bad state" he said.

"At least you should pay attention to yourself, Ra. Brother Khanif definitely does not want to see you until like this," said Davina again.

Rania sobbed slowly. He knows Davina's words are true. But would he be able to live a quiet life if something happened to Khanif? Can he live like he used to?

Already, Rania can no longer bear to be here by looking at Khanif's condition that looks not good. He passed away from there without saying anything more to mama Adelin and Davina.

"Rania," call Davina after her before she stops her footsteps.

"Let Rania alone, baby. Mama is sure that she will be fine and she definitely needs some time to be alone" said Mama Adelin, holding Davina's arm.

Inevitably, Davina also followed the words of the mother. In any case, you must know what is best for Rania at this time.

Rania did not walk to her room. He walked in no direction, until he did not realize that he had reached the small garden behind the hospital.

Rania then spread her eyes looking for a place to sit. After getting it, he walked towards the chair in the middle of the park.

Just as he was sitting himself, a man in doctor clothes approached him. Rania then loosened her face to see the figure of a man who was none other than Zaky.

"I guess who, it's true you, Rania," Zaky said as he sat himself in front of Rania's chair.

"Why are you here alone?" asked Zaky then who did not get any response from Rania.

Zaky knows, Rania wants to be alone. But he won't let it. Although Rania remained silent, Zaky would continue to be beside her before Rania would return to her room again.

"You're worried about Khanif?" zaky's question made Rania look at him.

"He's all right. He is currently in recovery."

"But he is still unconscious" said Rania slowly.

"It's common. So you take it easy, yes," said Zaky. "alright. You seem to have been wandering around here for a long time. Then I'll take you back home. Come on," take Zaky.

Weakly, Rania nodded her head slowly at the sign of assent.

Zaky escorted Rania back to her room.

At night, Rania was feeling better. He again inched back down from his bed to go visit Khanif who is still unconscious until now.

When he was about to open the door of his room, the brown-painted door opened first - displaying the figure of a handsome strapping man in front of him.

"Where's she going?" ask Reyhan.

"Rania wants to go see Mr. Khanif, sis."

"Son't finished from there. Khanif's situation is somewhat better his mother said."

"Then Rania wants to go see it."

"Adik. If you keep going to see Khanif without thinking about your own health, what should you tell papa later. Khanif also certainly did not want to see a sister like this," Reyhan told Rania who had seen Khanif several times in one day.

"This is the last one, Rania promised."

"No. If you want to go see her, you can go see her tomorrow. It's already night anyway. It's not good if you go there again."

Then with no interest Rania replied, "alright." He went back up to his bed.

Unlike Rania who had been conscious since morning, Khanif had only regained consciousness at night.

All was visible from his fingers that slowly started to move and eyes that were slowly starting to open.

Just like Rania, the first thing Khanif felt was the pungent smell of medicine in his nose and eyes that slowly opened to feel the glare of light entering the retina of his eyes.

Mama who first found Khanif unconscious was smiling. Mama Adelin even to shed tears of happiness to see her only son was conscious.

"Honey. Thank God you have realized," said mama so haru while stroking Khanif's head full of tenderness.

Mama then pressed the red button right above Khanif's bed to tell the doctor who treated her son, if his son was conscious.

Khanif who felt very thirsty also called his first word with a raucous voice.

"Air," said.

Mama then took the water on the nightstand next to her bed. Then began to pour the drinking water on Khanif.

"This, darling. You slow down, hem."

After helping Khanif drink, Mama Adelin also put back the glass used to drink Khanif. Then not long after, Zaky who was still wearing his white suit entered his room.

"Finally you are aware as well, Khanif, " said Zaky with a smile.

"Yes, Zaky's son."

"Then I check it out."

Mama Adelin nodded. He then retreated back to give Zaky the freedom to check on his son, Khanif.

"How about Zaky?" mama Adelin asked when Zaky had checked on Khanif.

"Khanif is getting better, tan. Auntie doesn't have to worry anymore."

"I want to go home" Khanif said, surprising Zaky, let alone my mom.
