Mojokerto.
A gentle breeze greeted a girl who was pensive on the porch of the house. From the look of his eyes it was obvious that the girl was losing spirit within. His face looked glum with a straight forward look. Only the sound of the night animals accompanying him in the middle of this quiet night.
"Haaahs. Why try I expect news from someone who is uncertain," muttered Nisa in a soft voice, "stupid at all! Why am I so naive and confident if that guy has a taste for me. Nisha! Nisha! Conscious, Nis. You are just asked for help! Not more!" The beautiful girl rebuked herself.
He massaged the head without the hijab because he felt dizzy and throbbing. When expectations do not match reality. Angan only become a memory because the expected never returned. Yes ... The beautiful girl was being riled up because of her own feelings.
"Don't come to meet, just send a message is not done!" grunt again when looking at the phone located on the table.
"Is he probably dead?" Nisa muttered as she thought of the worst option that befell Ardi.
Only a heavy sigh could be heard there as there was no definitive answer to the worry of his heart. Nisa turned to stare at the village streets that were quite quiet because it was almost midnight. Being in the house does not make him calm because he keeps thinking about the strange man.
"That's three months! In time he didn't come to see me. At least he had to explain all the puzzles left behind, not disappear like this!" his grunts again when he remembered there were many questions that made him curious. Especially who his father is.
Until now, Nisa has not dared to ask Badiah about her family's past. He is still hesitant because he does not have enough evidence to review his father's past. It can be ascertained if Badiah can certainly avoid if there is no corroborating evidence.
"She, why are you still outside?" Suddenly a voice Badiah appeared from behind the door of the living room, "let's go in! It is not good for girls to be outside at hours like this" said Badiah while looking at his daughter. The middle-aged woman seemed to have woken up from her deep sleep.
"I can't sleep, Mom. It's nice here, the air is fresh" Nisa replied as she developed a faint smile. He tried to hide his heart from Bradiah.
"Already, don't argue! Enter, Nis! It is too dangerous to be outside the home. Moreover, outside is quiet like this. Come inside!" take Badiah with him and pull his daughter's hand, "Nisa!" The middle-aged woman gave her first warning because Nisa never left her seat.
Inevitably, Nisa also entered with her mother. Not to forget that Badiah locked the door after his daughter entered the house. Badiah prepared to return to his room, but all that he paused after hearing the sound of a motorbike stopping in front of his house. The middle-aged woman immediately sat on the floor right by the side of the window. He looked for a window curtain to see who was stopping on the street in front of his house.
"Who is he? Seems like you're observing this house?" batia was observing the middle-aged man standing on the shoulder of the street right in front of her house.
Badiah did not immediately move from his place before the person left. He saw the middle-aged man calling someone, like he was giving information about this address.
"What was the purpose of that man spying on my house?" batih without taking the view of the figure
The middle-aged woman was pensive in her place as she was thinking of a way out for the man to leave immediately. He got out of his place and after that walked towards the family room. Badiah pressed the light switch button and the living room was bright. Shortly after the sound of the roar of the motorbike was heard there and in the end the man left from the front of the Badiah house.
"Mom, why are you still here? What's up ahead?" nisa asked after patting Badiah on the shoulder.
Of course Badiah was surprised after Nisa was there. He immediately turned around and put on a facial expression if he was okay, "nothing, Nis. Let's rest!" bring Badiah before leaving Nisa there.
"Nis, have you ever seen someone look at our house?" Badiah's question managed to stop Nisa's steps towards the room.
"No, Ma. What the hell is going on?" Nisa is getting curious.
"So like someone is stalking our house," explained Badiah while sitting on the sofa of the family room. It seems the widow of the two children is starting to fret.
"Maybe accidentally stopped, ma'am," denied Nisa so her mother wouldn't worry too much.
"It's impossible. Our house is in the village and into the alley, Nis. Where people might accidentally stop watching our house. Yes, if this house is near the highway, it is natural. This wong lah is in the village! You don't know about the surveillance!" cerocos Badiah without looking at Nisa. He stared at the old photos in the family room that were none other than Hasanuddin's photo.
Nisa frowned after hearing her mother's explanation. It's not usually that Brad behaves like this. Nisa knows that her mother is not calm right now, "does she understand the problem of surveillance?" nisa's fishing rod with a plain pretentious face.
Gadiah woke up after hearing her daughter's question. The middle-aged woman suddenly misbehaved because Nisa's gaze seemed to intimidate her, "Mother ... I'm .. I obviously don't understand!" badiah replied firmly, but in a stern tone. He is not comfortable with this situation.
"I think I understand" Nisa muttered without taking her eyes off her mother's face.
"Which layman understands such things, Nis. I'm just worried that someone is mean to us," muttered Badiah without daring to look at Nisa, "you why haven't you slept? Isn't tomorrow an invitation to the tadarus from the lodge?" The middle-aged woman tried to divert the conversation.
"Not sleepy, Mom," replied the beautiful girl while leaning on the back of the sofa.
"What are you thinking about?" This time she stared at Nisa. In fact, his facial expression could change in an instant.
"According to Mom, falling in love is wrong, isn't it, Mom?" Nisa throws a question to her mother.
"No. Just at the right place and time," replied Badiah with a faint smile, "which man has made this mother's child fall in love to the point of not being able to sleep like this?" search Badiah.
"May I fall in love with a soldier, ma'am?" asked Nisa again while looking at Badiah closely.
"No!" badiah firmly without thinking long. The middle-aged woman was stunned for a moment, "meaning Mother, if you can not fall in love with an officer or who is far from us," added Badiah.
No more talk after that. Both are silent with their own minds. Nisa's increasingly convinced that there's something her mother's been hiding. The bait he gave turned out to be right about the victim. Badiah disagreement with having a son-in-law of an officer, certainly has a big reason behind it.
"Mommy must be hiding something about her past," Nisa's inner self observes the anger emanating from her mother's eyes.
