"Oh, dare you now!" Sastri looked even more red.
"Yes. I'm not a kid anymore Mama Kasari can. Who's hiding under the table. Which I think when Mama says don't report to papa. I'm not Mama's son. Mama's son is just Karina, not me.
Karina has always eaten well since childhood and I ate the rest. Karina always wears new clothes while I don't. Mama even told me to tell papa that I do not want to be bought.
I'm not a scared little kid anymore, Ma. Especially after I found out I wasn't Mama's real son. I'm no one's Mama now. Consider it so.
I don't care if Mama can't pay the rent, get the debt. I don't give a shit! I used my college savings because Mama asked for everything. He said he pityed Karina for going to school in a good place.
Ma, I always use my money for Mama. That's what makes Mama still think I'm a child, right? Because I still want to be blackmailed. I don't want to anymore!"
While saying all her pent-up feelings all along, Kalula still held back the hand of her mother who almost grabbed her in the air.
Sastri was getting hot and his hands were released. Then he sat down again with a breath.
Kalula is still standing. His eyes are still staring. Edward knew it was time for him to act.
"Bu Sastri, the manager of this cafe can report you to the police on charges of assault and destruction of property. Every corner of this place has its CCTV. Our evidence is strong, our witnesses are numerous" Edward threatened.
Seeing Edward tracing his waist while making threatening words, Sastri looked a little shriveled as well.
"Y-yeah.., let Kalula be responsible. I came here and got angry because of him" he said rather stammeredly and frantically upon hearing the police threat.
Kalula already felt her chest smoldering, burning with anger. Mama could have said that.
"What is the purpose of Mama here? Want to embarrass me? Want to ask for money? Or do you want to do something? I've come out of the house and have cut off the family relationship between us.
Mama once said you want to throw me away when I'm a baby? Now without Mama bothering to throw me away, I've already thrown myself away.
Don't ever see me again or call me again! I'm not Mama's milk cow anymore! I'm not gonna give Mama a dime. That's enough everything! I kept quiet because I was scared. But now I'm not afraid anymore.
Mama wants what? Want to rampage again, grab, kick, want to be rude to me again? Go ahead but I'll fight, Ma. I am not afraid of being told to be disobedient anymore.
And it's true Edward said. Even I'll tell Mama to the police if you dare to come here again!"
Hearing the name of the police mentioned again repeatedly, Sastri increasingly shrieked.
He then looked at Kalula and Edward in turn and hit the table.
"Fucking kids! Karina saw last night you were both with her at the restaurant. Mama report to Edo yes!" Sastri used his ultimate threat which he thought would scare Kalula.
But Kalula laughed. "Report me I don't care, Ma. I'm the same Edo broke up. And one more, Ma. Edo's money is running out. Mama can not borrow alias ask him again.
Now Mama's out of here and don't ever come back. Or I'll call the police!" Kalula had reached the threshold of his patience.
Sastri looked at Kalula angrily but did not dare to fight anymore. He exited the room and left after slamming the door.
Kalula immediately threw herself on the floor after her mother left. Shouting furiously like earlier was apparently quite draining his emotions as well.
"No papa, Kal. No papa. Wakes up. Here sit. You are not wrong. Your stepmom needs to be warned. He's gone too far." Edward then grabbed Kalula's shoulders and sat him in Dika's office chair.
Kalula crying. Even though yesterday was strong enough he was resistant. Oh, it turns out that strong women are not her character. He felt weak and weak.
"Hey, it's okay." While standing, Edward hugged Kalula who was sitting and stroked her head.
"So I said I broke up with Edo. Though not yet. Our relationship is unclear. But when I said that, somehow my heart was relieved.
I want to get away from everything. Edo, Mama Sastri, Karina. I love them. Yeah, well, at least it was. But the source of the problem is them now. I want to get off." Kalula said softly as she wiped her tears.
"Yes, that's good. You finally know what you want." Edward stroked Kalula's head again full of affection.
"It's a mess outside, Ed. There must be a lot of broken things" whispered Kalula lirih.
"When, I mean Mr. Dika will definitely ask for a pay cut. No papa. Let me tell him to cut my pay, too. Don't reject. You'll change the money if you have it." Edward won.

Kalula lowered her head in guilt as she faced Dika. Dika who had previously been briefed Edward so as not to be fierce and say cut the salary just looks awkward. How not, from the corner of the room Edward glared at him.
That afternoon the cafe was closed after the mess was cleared up. Another employee seemed to settle Kalula with concern. Kalula was embarrassed to face them. But he still apologizes in earnest.
They are actually happy. Because of this mess they can go home sooner.
Kalula came home. Edward grabbed his shoulders as he crossed the road. Kalula felt weak.
While all the employees had disbanded, Dika was still in his office at the cafe. Her hands were trembling when the name of Madame Amelia Santono was on her phone screen. The big boss called him.
"H-hello, Miss Amel." Dika answered the call with trembling.
"Pradika, I heard from one of the employees at your cafe that today there was chaos. I need an explanation." Amelia's voice sounded terrifying.
"B-bu, said Mr. Edward..."
"The boss is still me, Dika. No, Edward!" Amelia returned to jerking.
Dika directly flutter.

"Cheers for the new Kalula." Edward held out his glass forward.
Kalula then laughed and did the celebration of tos. Glasses filled with brown soft drinks that they gulp. A half-full box of pizza was lying on the table.
The large television screen was showing a movie, but they did not actually watch it. They have been chatting since.
Kalula is no longer busy checking phone notifications. Edo's number wasn't blocked, but he didn't call her either.
Maybe this is called breaking up but without words.
Usually if Edo without this news, Kalula will be anxious. He must be worried whether Edo is sick or why. But after seeing the photo and video updates on Seira's social media accounts yesterday, he felt that there was no point in caring about the guy.
Edo looks happy. He even seemed to laugh. Kalula saw it all and he thought their relationship was hopeless.
As they were engrossed in conversation, Edward's cheerful face instantly changed as soon as he saw his phone lit up. Someone called.
"Attep, Kal. There's an important phone." Edward stood up and went to his room.
Kalula nodded, although he was a bit surprised as well. Edward is not usually like this.
"Hello, Ma?" Edward answered the call with a lazy face.
"That girl still lives in your apartment? I heard her mom came to the cafe and messed up. Ed, forget about that troubled girl!" Amelia Santono is getting inflamed.
Edward remained silent.
Damnit damnit! How did your mother know about the incident this afternoon? Edward was immediately annoyed and cornered.
