Seti was sitting near the entrance, watching the small alley in front of him, when Linda and Tyas came to the Mantrijeron boarding house carrying Sarimie's dus out of nowhere.
Linda pokes Tyas, recognizing Seti who is watching their arrival. Intrigued by Linda's story last night, Tyas approached Seti. Introduce yourself followed by Linda.
"Seti" the young women's arms greeted Seti.
"Have you met Asri ?" Ask Linda.
"Mbak. Change clothes again. We're going to go fishing."
"Asiatic. Ask if you can get a lot." Tyas. Still noticing Seti's figure, her little heart confirmed Linda's words last night about Seti.
"Ma definitely Tyas. May it not rain." Respond Seti timidly.
The two women in front of him, who were equally attractive, made Seti feel happy to start getting to know some of the residents of the Mantrijeron boarding house.
The two women then went inside after a brief friendly introduction.
...----------------...
"It's been waiting for the handsome guy," Tyas mocked Asri who was closing the door to his room.
"Ah mbak Tyas," Asri blushed shyly.
"Beautiful who wants a morning date," Linda joined the mocking Asri who rushed out.
"I'm walking first."
"Yes, be careful." Linda and Tyas answered almost in unison. Both of them looked at Asri.
The white softball hat, with white t-shirts and knee-length jeans matched the beauty of Asri that morning.
The white cotton jacket looped around her waist made little hearts of Tyas and Linda praise Asri's cleverness in dressing up.
...----------------...
The slightly cloudy sky slightly alarmed Seti when he arrived at Timoho fishing.
"Can I catch As ?" Ask Seti.
"Can't ..hihihi...." Asri Laughter. Softball hat and short hair make Seti want to linger looking at Asri.
"Same. I don't know how either" Seti said honestly about his first fishing experience in a fishing pond.
Seti used to fish in the river near Grandma's house using worms. Fishing in fishing he does not know the bait used.
Fortunately hooks and lures are provided in that fishing. Renting two fishing rods and buying bait, Seti and Asri choose a place that feels comfortable.
"Where is the bait set ?"
Glue tightly to the eye of the hook, a bait like a stiruk try to pair Seti as much as possible. He told Asri to throw into the pool and pay attention to the buoy.
Waiting for a while. Asri buoys moving. Surprised to see the buoy coming into the water. Asri pulls the hook hard,
Asri's loud jolt made Seti laugh. The hook's eyes slammed upwards, passing through Asri's head and stuck on the roof of the palm leaves of the fishing club.
"There's an As wind." Seti teases Asri. Stand up releasing those hooked eyes. Asri laughed in response to Seti's temptation.
"Can Set... can be !!!" Shouted Asri puzzledly lifting the tightly clasped joran a moment later. Spattered by Seti's hand grabbed the fishing rod in Asri's hand that almost missed. A bit of shouting told Asri to roll up the fishing string rollers.
"Pull the strings slowly As." Seti took the serok nets, closer to the big enough fish that began to be interested.
Asri pranced to see a fish as big as two palms raised Seti to the edge of the pond.
"Nearly a kilo of As," Seti guessed the weight and put it into a small net followed by the happy gaze of Asri who was still in disbelief managed to get a fish
There was an hour of Seti and Asri fishing as the drizzle began to descend. Seti raised the fishing net. Some of the fish are seen in the fishing nets.
"Wake back before it rains." Seti hastily packed the fish. Nearly six kilos of fish were fished by Seti and Asri when weighed at the fishing cashier.
Drizzle increasingly heavy in Timoho. The Denok. rushed to the Samirono boarding house.
...----------------...
Heavy rain fell just as the Denok entered Samirono. Not having time to take shelter, Seti directed the Denok to the boarding house.
Seti wet open the door of his room. Tell Asri to come in.
"Well you wet all As," said Seti.
"Wear a towel in the As closet. Replace your shirt with my shirt. There's training pants too."
Closing the room door, Seti left Asri towards the bathroom behind. Take the hanging towel and take off all his wet clothes.
Fortunately his mountain wallet made of waterproofing, his letters protected safe.
Wearing a wide caping that is next to the boarding house. Seti turned towards his room. Didn't expect this rain to fall.
Knocking door. Struck with maleness Seti looked at Asri who was face to face in front of him when he opened the door. Seti went inside, leaving the door open. The rain is getting heavier. Occasionally the sound of lightning strikes.
Asri looked at Seti's naked, clay-trained body that picked up the t-shirt in the closet. Baldness on Seti's chest while wearing his shirt makes Asri's blood flow feel unnatural.
"Where are your wet clothes ? let me air in the back." Seti's words startled Asri's view. Embarrassed she handed her wet clothes to Seti.
Exit the room again Seti brought wet clothes Asri to the clothesline near the bathroom. Somewhat surprised, when he saw there was Asri's underwear among the wet clothes to be aerated .... Understand why there is an embarrassed face Asri.
----------------
Sitting against the wall. Seti looked at Asri who was wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt that read *** his gun and training.
Mixed taste is in Seti's mind. Didn't expect heavy rain to leave him stranded in a room with a woman he admired.
"My room is like this." Seti's voice was a bit awkward.
"Asik. Not too crowded like my hostel."
Relieved Seti heard Asri's words. Moreover, Asri wants to change his wet clothes with his clothes.
Seti stood making coffee milk for Asri and coffee for himself. Then remember the fishing fish that is still hanging on the side wing of the Denok.
"Wear that blanket if it's still cold. Drink coffee milk to be warm .... I'm gonna clean up the fish for a second." Seti turned out of the room.
...----------------...
The rain began to subside as Seti finished the last fish that was washed clean. It's only eleven in the morning, but it looks like an afternoon in Samirono. The clouds still claw in the sky.
Put a bucket of fish in front of the door. Seti went back into the room. Glancing at Asri who was covered in a blanket holding a glass that lived half its contents.
"Wasn't it cold ?" Seti took a coffee cup. Closer to Asri, accompany him to drink.
"So, thank you, Set" replied Asri.
"Thank you what ?"
"This is your dress" said Asri. Smiling shyly at Seti, her cheeks felt burning realizing she was not wearing underwear.
"Ahaha. Later I can even be banned to Mantrijeron mbak Yem."
"But the one with the angry hostess is not Set, I'm in your room" a worried tone came out of Asri's mouth.
"I'm angry that the door is locked and you're both here with me" Seti laughed asri.
"I'm serious Set. Mending you take me home now instead of getting angry."
"Look off. It's raining anyway, and we're not doing anything." Seti said to appease Asri, "Yuk we cook the fish." Take Seti to Asri.
...----------------...
"Sopo iki le ?" Ask Mbah Jum when Seti introduces Asri.
"Friends Mbah. Go rain on the road."
"Wah mesakke, ayu-ayu kudanen."
"The fish mbah. Muji said the Mbah was smart for mangut,"
"A lot of fish ? Fortunately there is still coconut leftover for coconut milk," said Mbah Jum saw the fish brought by Seti. "Fry in the wasp le sampe dry use klentik oil,"
"I'm the one who fried Mbah." Asri retrieves a bucket of fish from Seti's hand.
"Well, can I cook in a wasp ?" Mbah Jum chuckles in disbelief Asri can cook in a wasp. "Waraige tunggoni Sets. Mbah want to make your pesenan mangut."
"Yes mbah." There is a sense of pleasure Seti saw the joy of Asri blend in the simplicity of the Samirono boarding house.
...----------------...
Asri poured the klentik oil into a large cauldron that was on top of the wasp. The smell of oil mixed with firewood smoke from between the cauldron.
Carefully Asri's hand inserted two large fish pieces into the cauldron. Mbah Jum set the torch keeping the fire small.
The difference between fire and gas was felt by Asri. There was a good aroma in the wasp while grating coconuts to make coconut milk waiting for the fish in the cooked cauldron.
"Have you been with Seti nduk?" Ask Mbah Jum .... His hands were busy stooping the seasoning.
"Since SMA Mbah,"
"Oh it's been a long time," said Mbah Jum, "That's good, that's good, the same mba as the host, too,"
The more unstoppable the heart of Asri heard the words of Mbah Jum.
"Yes mbah. A lot of talk about Seti." Asri said.
Finishing the grater, Asri squeezed the coconut from two glasses of water offered by Mbah Jum.
"You used to cook nduk. Not stiff in the kitchen." Praise mbah Jum.
Asri blushed in embarrassment. Flip the half-baked fish in the cauldron slowly so as not to stick.
Drain the half-baked fish into the face. Asri reduces the oil in the cauldron. Put all the ulegan spices Mbah Jum into it.
After fragrance, Mbah Jum told Asri to put coconut milk and add water to boil in the cauldron.
Mbah Jum put Fish that has been drained into coconut milk stew mixed with herbs and spices earlier one by one. Add some orange leaves to it.
...----------------...
It's raining again. This time it's getting bigger. Asri put two dishes containing reddish-fruited fish on the table of the Mbah Jum stall.
"Bah mateng le mangutu. Ndang eat the same Asri, mumpung still hot and rain." Mbah Jum told Seti to eat.
"Yes mbah." Answer Seti. Sitting in front of Asri who was already waiting for him.
"Sets look good Set." Asri tasted his gravy. Somehow he scoops the sauce again, then thrusts towards Seti who did not expect Asri to tell him to taste from his hand.
Tasting the sauce on the spoon from Asri's hand and taste, Seti confirmed Muji's word about the delicious fish mangut made Mbah Jum.
Asri's eyes flashed like monel bracelets in her hands when she heard Seti praising the taste of the tasted mangut sauce. His first Sunday at the Samirono boarding house impressed him greatly.
"Enak mbah." Seti glanced at Mbah Jum who was watching himself and Asri.
"Asri who cook le. Pinter ...." Mbah Jum praised Asri again from sitting in the distance.
Asri's gentle mouthful before him calmed Seti's heart. It looks like Asri is enjoying the new atmosphere of Samirono boarding house. No more awkwardness.
Take dirty dishes after eating. As usual Seti brought and separated the leftovers into a crackle near the dishwasher bucket. Asri is seen wiping the table from the rest of the meal scattered.
Mbah Jum watched with love for Seti and Asri who are good at carrying themselves. As if they were hoping to accompany him more and more.
"Asri sat in the room until the rain stopped." Seti asked permission to Mbah Jum.
"Yes, but take care of yourself.take a demon passing by," Mbah Jum chuckled. Advising adab to be guarded with soothing language.
"Pastake the Mbah." Answer Seti .... Relieved Mbah Jum let Asri into his room.
"That'll be Dibyo as Muji told to eat the mangutnya here, all the bushel gulenya brought." Excite Mbah Jum towards Seti and Asri who left the stall.
"Yes mbah. Suwun gule the chicken last night." Reply Seti while stepping towards his boarding room.
...----------------...
Looking at the rain falling from the tritis tile room. Seti let Asri lie next to him sit down.
From the door of the room that opened sapodilla and banana trees that were seen dancing gurgled swept in the wind as if to lure Seti to reveal his heart dance.
Clasping Asri's hand. Finally, Seti said a series of soft words.
"You remember your question, As ?" Seti started to put the word together.
"About what ?" Looked at Seti. The tight grip of Seti's hard hand gently reciprocated Asri. Slowly his woman felt more.
"Henning ...." Answer Seti calmly.
"You mean ?"
"I consider him a sister .... Don't want me to burden myself with a greater sense of him .... Either he ..... Therefore do not burden me also with your conjecture about him,"
"Then ?" This time Asri felt Seti's gentle gaze towards her.
"About you .... " Seti's voice was silent for a moment. Expect Asri to respond.
"Tell me first about Set," replied Asri slowly. Want to know more about Seti's series of words about him... His heart is pounding more and more.
"You're my dream. From the beginning I saw and knew you. I don't want that dream to end." Seti's words set Asri. "Will you accompany my dreams and when I wake up you are by my side ?" Seti again.
Silent for a moment. Finally the expected word Asri came out of his mouth. "I love you As..."
"I love you Set ..... Don't ever leave me again for no reason."
The two smiled at each other .... This time with a warm smile. Asri leaned against Seti's shoulder. The romance story of Seti and Asri terpatri in Jogja.
