Part 21 - Former Mama-in-Law

"What did you guys do to my girlfriend?!" hardik Alden, clutching both arms of Haura, the woman's body seemed to stagger due to the force of the pull of Delarosa in Haura's mane.

Haura actually felt a pain in her head, the brutal ramming marks of her former mother-in-law who of course did not know herself. Even Haura could see her own hair being pulled out and stuck between Delarosa's fingers.

With a breath of breath, answering Alden's question was unwilling to lose.

"Love?!" The middle-aged woman chuckled, sneering at Alden. "You must educate your cheap lover, so as not to disturb my son—ya, her ex-husband!" he said firmly, his eyes glancing towards Haura who was still grimacing in pain.

"Omong empty! It was precisely your son who begged for Haura's love, even he fell asleep at this door drunk, only to ask Haura to return to be his wife!" erang Alden pointed towards the door of Haura's apartment, as if he did not like to remember the incident where Haura drove the man home.

"Tu–tuan—" The sentence was stamped out from Alila's lips, the woman looked at Haura and Alden in turn, she could not say anything more, when out loud her former handsome boss admitted Haura, saying, the woman he thought was lame, as his lover. Alden was the boss the women coveted, and he never thought why he liked a woman like Haura, who he thought was no better than him.

"Who are you?!" alden's snort responded to Alila's greeting. His expression showed dislike.

"I'm one of your former employees, sir," she replied softly, and contrived as if she were a graceful woman.

"Former Employee?" Alden frowned. "Thank God that my company has lost an employee who isn't as ambitious as you!"

The cold response from his former boss made him gulp. He hoped that Alden would glance at him. Fascinated by her beauty that was not inferior to Haura, but the assumption was misguided, because Alden was really angry now.

Three security men guarding each floor of the apartment came, hearing the commotion from Haura's apartment unit.

"What is this Mr Walsh?" ask one of them.

"Take these two crazy women to the police station!! I'll make a report about the assault and the gouging!" the CEO said firmly.

"What...what? You can't do something like this?! Who are you, 'ha?!" delarosa shouted, starting to wriggle as two security guards dragged her to be taken to the police station. While Alila who still does not believe in Alden who said that he was a lover of Haura seemed silent, and was swept away, without any resistance at all.

"You okay?" Alden touched Haura's head from the strong pull of the middle-aged woman earlier. "Is she your former mother-in-law who always troubles you?" Alden hugged Haura's body tightly, it made Haura feel comfortable, even for some reason she could cry as she held her body. It was as if he really wanted to spill everything in his mind on Alden. "Sorry, I was late to save you. I should have opened that door."

Haura could only shed tears, and impulsively hugged Alden, as the man's actions made her truly feel comfortable and protected.

Delarosa and Alila sat on the sofa. Meanwhile, Haura, accompanied by Alden, complained of persecution and assault by her former father-in-law on her.

"I'm innocent Mr. Police, I'm just saving my son's and my son-in-law's self-esteem!" elak Delarosa, defend himself. Though clearly proven if Alden witnesses, and CCTV in the hallway of the apartment will be additional evidence in the court later.

"You better shut up, madam! Since this is not a matter of playfulness, you have made an assault on master Alden Walsh's fiancee!" hardik police who was receiving Haura's report, to silence Delarosa's mouth that always blabbed.

Footsteps pitting the floor were heard from far away, Theo ran a ridge to the police station, after he got word, if his mother and wife attacked his ex-wife.

Seeing his son coming, Delarosa immediately stood up and hugged Theo, as if he was complaining and turning the facts, if he was the real victim. But when Theo sees Haura whose hair looks messy as if a trace of attraction makes Theo realize that the woman who has given birth is wrong.

"What did Mom do?!" Theo's face can not be covered up, he looks worried and afraid if his mother who is about to enter the age of twilight, must be imprisoned.

"I accidentally pulled her hair, because she had provoked me, Theo," refuted Delarosa in a spoiled tone.

"Omong empty! You've banged on the door of Haura's apartment unit, when Haura opened it, you're directly attacking my lover!" Alden began to grow angry with the drama made by the old woman with the makeup of the menor . "Do you need additional CCTV evidence?" added Alden again.

Hearing the word of the surveillance camera, made Delarosa swallow, what he did must be recorded clearly there. It made him sit up and sit back.

"Haura. Please forgive Mama, remember she is also your Mama!" Theo kowtowed at the feet of Haura who sat in front of the police table, and next to Haura was Alden who was always beside her. "Please let go, Mama, remember! He's your father-in-law too!" babble the man.

Haura who had been silent since then, suddenly chuckled to hear the clumsiness of Theo the ex-husband who had the heart to leave her and make her life destroyed. The woman turned around, and made Theo completely prostrate at Haura's feet, Haura rubbed her tears that had been pouring down her cheeks.

"Your mother-in-law said that?!" hiss Haura, her eyes glanced at Delarosa who had been silent since earlier after Alden threatened her with new evidence. "maybe the former in-law you mean?! I never wanted to have an evil-hearted in-law like your mother, who could separate her son and his wife! Without having a clear reason! I never want to remember if I ever was your wife, '' ''Theo!" said Haura, even in every sentence spoken on the lips of the woman as if it contained a grudge for Theo and Delarosa.

"Continue this inspection, Police Officer! I'm going to issue new evidence to incriminate the perpetrator!" alden, who was immediately taken seriously by the police who were handling them.

"Come, baby. We're getting out of here!" Alden grabbed Haura, and continued to hold the woman as if reluctant to let go.
