Kala Boss Teases
Part 53 'Attractive Recognition

Both arrived at the apartment. Haura immediately put her bag on the dining table and walked towards the kitchen and looked for what ingredients could be made for cooking.

Unexpectedly Alden walked following Haura then wrapped his hands around her lover's slender belly. "You said you bought something, what?"

Haura flinched when she was treated like that, as if an electric shock had hit her skin creating a strange flare for Haura.

"I'm– I was looking for something, but didn't find it," he replied, trying to stay calm so as not to look nervous in front of the man.

'Is that going to happen to the song? Are we going to enjoy that struggle again, here?'

Haura spoke inwardly, questioning about what would happen next after Alden hugged her from behind.

"Why every time I smell you, I feel like I've always been by your side, like you're really opium to me, you should know that, Haura," the man murmured. "Why getting you is so hard for me, how much I want you, you always have a million reasons to refuse my presence" Alden said.

Haura knew her lover's indignation, she held Alden's hand that was coiled around her stomach, and gently stroked the back of that sturdy hand.

Alden twisted Haura's body until they faced each other, their eyes rubbing against each other as if from there they were speaking from heart to heart.

Haura lowered her head, then a second later raised her head again.

"I love you, I've really opened my heart to you. Even from school days, I've always approached you because I put a lot of sense on you, Al." An astonishing confession came out from Haura's lips, something Alden had never expected before.

"You... You put your heart on me?"

Haura nodded. "You remember when you wanted to meet me at the corner of the school? You said you were coming, I waited for you even until the break bell came in."

Alden held both of Haura's cheeks, unconsciously his tears slightly out making Alden not believe if Haura had also kept the taste for him.

"Then why didn't you admit that you liked me back then? And even when I confess to you that I'm Alden Walsh!"

"I was beaten by the man who always chased you." Alden threw away his face, dodging Haura's eye gaze, deftly Haura scooped up Alden's cheeks, for the man to look back at his face. "When grandparents saw me like that, they were actually going to teach those people a lesson, but I prevented it, because I was afraid you'd get in trouble, and I decided to fly abroad after I recovered, during that time I also looked for you when I came home, but you seemed to be lost to the earth, Haura."

Haura was still staring fixedly at the man before her. "You're such a different man that I don't recognize you at all, Al."

Alden chuckles. "Am I like someone who runs out of plastic?" ask Alden teasingly.

"Did you do it?" Haura was surprised to cover her own mouth with her hands.

"Of course not Haura!" Alden was upset by Haura's reply, and slightly pushing the woman's forehead made Haura bend her lips. "Before I went abroad, my grandparents deliberately changed my appearance, so that bullying in school did not happen again in my college days."

Haura nodded in understanding.

"If you like me, why don't you wait for me?!" Alden's waist-rigged to hold his lover accountable.

"Because I thought you broke your promise, then I forgot you—and I met that guy when I was in college." Haura's gaze was nyalang when she remembered about Theo.

"Theo?"

Haura nodded, recalling every pain Theo inflicted on her heart.

"God purposely separated you from that man, so that you might be reunited with me, dear." Alden grabbed Haura's body and hugged the woman tightly.
