Part 31 - Forgiveness

After a few seconds had passed, Alden let go of his kiss, impulsively Haura biting off the lips of the scuffles from his boss's sip.

"Sorry," murmured Alden softly, he felt bad. Because while he was waiting for Haura's love answer, and whether the woman would answer yes or no, Alden had gone ahead of him in a further way.

Haura's face flushed red, the woman squeezed the end of the nightgown she was wearing, then left Alden without commenting any more.

Haura stood in front of the mirror inside the bathroom, watching the shadow of her face reflected on the large glass before her, her gaze down to the lips, she subconsciously bit the tip of her lips, she was biting the tip of her lips, I don't know why his heart is beating faster.

"Haura what is this? You fell in love with that guy? This fast? Not Haura! You don't know much more about Alden, he's a rich man, what if he's far more depraved than Theo? And now you want to just give up your heart?" haura muttered softly, the inner struggle continued to undermine her mind. Creating anxiety in his heart. Haura had just been knocked down by a man like Theo, could prayer not be twice as alert as not to fall in love again?

Haura for the first time went to the office using a car bought by Alden, at the request of his boss. The woman was driving her car through the streets of Tadpole City, who would have thought that four months ago this woman wanted to end her life on a fast-flowing bridge in the cotton clay river - but now Haura was completely different, this woman turned one hundred and eighty degrees. He was a homeless man who had no place to live. However, now he can live in one of the luxury residences in downtown Tadpole.

Haura chose to park her car in the basement of De Beauty's office building. Unfortunately, the choice was not right. Theo was already waiting for him there as if the man knew Haura was going to park the car there.

As Haura descended, suddenly Theo was already behind her with a nagging look even she clapped for Hauraseolah. The man approached and got closer, as if he really wanted to intimidate his ex-wife, Theo's eyes scanned the metalic blue car parked behind his ex-wife.

"His way of life is now completely changed. I got fired, and you have a job in a luxury building— a well-known cosmetics company, and now you also have a luxury car like this?" Theo's voice looked heavy and raucous, Haura was sure that this man had drunk heavily last night, Haura could feel the unpleasant smell between the smell of alcohol and saliva that had been terresidu - thus creating a very very pungent odor and managed to make Haura hold her breath.

"You fired?"

"Yes ..all this is because your lover's act is throwing a tantrum, he turns out to be the biggest shareholder in the place where I work."

Haura herself did not know about Theo's dismissal, Alden himself did not say anything about the state of her ex-husband.

"I don't know if you're fired, so on Alden's behalf, I'm sorry!" After saying his apology. Haura was about to step away past Theo who was standing in front of her. He hopes Haura's apology can dampen Theo's anger. But apparently not that easy, the man pulled Haura's wrist, and made the woman's body squeezed between the car and the body of her ex-husband who still continues to bother her.

Haura gulped, their eyes rubbed against each other, it made Haura really scared.

"What do you want?!" Haura's voice was rising.

"I want you to forgive all my mistakes."

Truly a shameless man, he asked Haura to forgive herself—after what she had done to this woman, and wished Haura to just forget about the betrayal and humiliation Theo had committed. Does he consider Haura an angel who easily forgives human error?

"Yes, I've forgiven you!" Haura answered ketus, only for everything to be finished immediately and Theo released himself. However, Haura's assumption was wrong. The woman pressed Haura even more, bringing her face closer to her ex-wife.

"I'm serious, and I hope you will accept my love again" he concluded confidently, Theo inhaled the scent of Haura, this fragrance he had once felt when he first met Haura, but when Haura got married, and devoted herself to her husband, she almost never put on makeup, even just to wear perfume. "This smell... I want to hug you," he said again.

Haura's eyes widened, Theo would hug her and of course she didn't want that to happen.

"Take me off, or I'll scream!" Haura's voice really started to rise, but she really couldn't hide her fear. Haura used to love Theo. But now—this man has turned into a scary monster that makes Haura disgusted.

"Why? Don't you want me to hug? Don't you love me anymore?"

"You're not sane, 'ha?! If you want to fuck around. I'll report you to the authorities!"

Haura's threat succeeded, Theo was completely scared, and he let Haura off just like that. His gaze changed radically, it seemed like this man was experiencing a very heavy mental shock. So that his behavior can change drastically at one time.

"I'm sorry on behalf of my mother, I want you to help her get out of jail" the man said.

"I can't retract my report, Alden made—that report to the police station."

"But he's your lover! I beg!" Theo's tears came out, during his marriage to Theo, only this time Haura saw Theo's eyes glazed over. This time for his mother.

"All right, I'll talk to Alden. But you don't do this!" Haura turned her head to the right and to the left, making sure that no one saw the two.

Theo slowly stood up, but his face was still down. Implying the regret his mother had once done for Haura.

"I'm waiting for you to retract your report."

"Unconditionally. You have to go!" cut Haura. "Now!"

Theo realized, the woman he loved was now completely changed, there was no love in every look, Haura was always like that, pouring out her feelings for Theo.

"alright. I'll be gone soon, as you ask." Theo turned around, and went towards his car—the man got into his vehicle and actually left Haura.

Haura breathed a sigh of relief, fixing the shirt and skirt that wrapped her completely slim and beautiful body. The woman regained her breathing to keep her calm. As he was about to step foot, Suddenly—

"So you still have a relationship with your ex-husband?" Angeline appeared out of nowhere, with a keen gaze probing at Haura.

"No–nona Angeline."

"So that's your ex-husband?" The woman held both of her hands forward as if she was about to investigate all about Haura.
