"So you're saying, that's not the lawyer you appointed to claim my divorce?" ask Adrian.

Mayra pulled her phone out of Adrian's hand, then she walked straight to the bed without answering the man's words, making Adrian wipe the rough face. The man immediately walked to the walk-in closet to change clothes, then after that he joined Mayra in bed and hugged Mayra from behind.

Mayra, tired, did not remove Adrian's hand from her waist, but this was also the last day she became Adrian's wife. Because tomorrow, he's going to force Adrian to sign the divorce papers, that's how Mayra thinks.

"Mayra," called Adrian in a soft voice, making Mayra fed up.

"Please pull back your decision. I swear, I will never let you down again. Just give me a chance. If I hadn't changed, I wouldn't have banned you from divorcing me" Adrian said, speaking in a compassionate tone, hoping Mayra would have collapsed.

"Shut your mouth, Adrian. I'm sleepy. My decision is unanimous, I still want a divorce" Mayra replied sadistically.

"No, I won't sign anything" Adrian said with a chuckle.

"I can use a power of attorney" Mayra said again, closing her eyes again hoping Adrian doesn't speak anymore.

"Mayra, I beg you," Adrian's plea sounded clear.

Mayra sighed then after that she turned around, until now the two couples were staring at each other.

"Adrian, do you know what kind of feelings I've had over the past five years? During your time as your wife?" mayra asked, she thought she had to pull out her teeth.

"You must have thought this was just the wind then, you would have put my words into your ears but not seeped into your brain. But please, listen to this. I grew up in a loving family. I don't lack anything from a small. Right, material, affection, warmth I always get and when I marry you, I hope I will get that too from you. "Can I stay in Korea?" ask Adrian.

"As far as you go" replied Mayra.

"No, I'll stay here" Adrian said again. He's going to leave that hospital and serve in another hospital, at least he has to make Mayra sure first.

Time shows at eight o'clock. Alice had just returned from her friend's house. The atmosphere seemed quiet until Alice immediately walked towards her room.

"Alice." Suddenly Adrian's voice came from behind, until Alice turned her head. The teenage girl only looked at her glance, then went into the room making Adrian shake his head.

Adrian quickly followed the princess and entered Alice's room. "Alice, Daddy's talking to you" he said.

"Speak" replied Alice. It's been a month, but Alice still hasn't changed, she's still cold to her father

"Alice is sitting down, Daddy wants to talk to you" he said.

In the end, Alice stomped her feet and then she took off her bag and threw it, and after that she sat down on the sofa followed by Adrian sitting next to her.

"You still angry?" ask Adrian.

"Daddy thought to himself" said Alice. He turned his back to Adrian.

"Yes knew Daddy was wrong, Daddy apologized. Mommy Mayra has forgiven Daddy, too" said Adrian, who tried to convince his daughter.

Alice's face, which had been filled with annoyance, immediately changed. "Daddy apologized to Mommy Mayra?" ask Alice.

"Hm, already. Daddy apologized to Mayra" Adrian said.

"Daddy lied," Alice accused, "where might Daddy want to apologize first."

"You can ask Mommy Mayra" suggested Adrian.

"I'll ask you later" Alice replied.

"Daddy's sorry, why are you still pouting?" adrian asked because his daughter still looked angry at him.

"Daddy, does Daddy know what I'm thinking this month? From childhood we both lived. As a child I had no one, not even a brother. My friends rarely want to hang out with me because I'm an introvert. Then when Mommy Mayra came, I felt like I had a home. I feel like I have friends, I feel like my life is colored. When you make a mistake, I'm afraid. What if Mommy Mayra gets away from us? I'm afraid of being lonely again. I love Mommy Mayra as much as I love Daddy. So, please don't make Mommy disappointed because I don't want to lose my mother figure anymore" he said at length.

Adrian wiped away Alice's tears, so he immediately took Alice into his arms. "No, Mommy won't leave us. Daddy promised," he said.

"Mommy really doesn't feel well?" ask Alice to make sure.

"Dear, rest. Let me bring some food to the room" Adrian said. In her heart she cursed herself for saying that to Mayra, while Mayra was completely untouched by anything Adrian did, even Adrian's sweet speech was completely unable to penetrate the woman's heart.

"Mommy, take a break" said Alice. Until Mayra nodded, then she immediately got up from her seat and walked away from the dining room.

"Daddy really didn't do anything to Mommy" Adrian said as Alice looked at him with a probing gaze, and Alice continued to eat.

Adrian went into the room and then he walked towards the bed, where Mayra was lying down.

"You okay?" adrian asked when he saw Mayra grimacing.

"My feet hurt" said Mayra.

Adrian quickly saw Mayra's feet, then he examined them and then asked his wife a few things.

"You have liver disease?" adrian asked until Mayra nodded. Adrian's eyes were round when he heard his wife's words.

"You have liver disease, but you didn't tell me?" ask Adrian. Apparently, Adrian was not worried, he was not at all surprised, just pretending to be surprised to seem concerned.

"I forgot, but I'm not too bad" replied Mayra.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" ask Mayra.

"You're so pretty" Adrian praised, making Mayra piss. None of Adrian's words entered Mayra's heart, not even sweet words. It is precisely there that Mayra feels strange with her own feelings.

"Are you not going back to Korea?" ask Mayra.

Adrian shaking. "No, I'm not going back to Korea. I'll stay with you and be with Alice. Who knows, next month Alice will have a sister," he said ignorantly.

Mayra's eyes rounded when she heard Adrian's words. "will not. Alice won't have a sister" she declined.

"Why don't you want to have children?" Adrian looked curious.

"I've brought you some food, let's eat" Adrian said.

"Later," said Mayra until Adrian did not speak again. Adrian looked at Mayra.

"Thank you for loving Alice. I'm sorry I only gave you a wound" Adrian said, staring at Mayra's back.

It's been a month since Adrian asked Mayra for a chance, and for a month now, Adrian has really proved his point, that is to prove that he became a good husband to Mayra even though he denied his own heart. Because of course, it was just a charade.

Then, for a month to go by, Mayra remained cold. He was just being nice to Adrian in front of Alice and his decision was the same, which was to divorce Adrian. But it seems, Mayra's desire to divorce from the man must be held back because of something, where Mayra is currently pregnant.

For a whole month Adrian did not stop touching it. Adrian did it because he really wanted Mayra to conceive, because if Mayra was pregnant, Mayra would never again think of divorce. It seems, Adrian's hope is realized because now Mayra is pregnant with her child.

Mayra sat herself in the toilet. The woman stared at the testpack in her hand. No, not that he was not happy with the presence of the prospective child he was carrying, just that this was all deviated from his expectations. Every night Mayra always took a pregnancy-preventing pill, but somehow she was still pregnant. Without Mayra knowing, it turns out that the pill has been exchanged by Adrian where Adrian replaced the pill with fertility drugs.

"Honey, honey," call Adrian from the outside. The man was so sparkling when he found out Mayra was pregnant. In fact, Adrian already knew that Mayra was pregnant, because yesterday he found a cryptic testpack in the bathroom, and today Mayra wants to go back to testing and it turns out that line two really looks a sign Mayra really contains.

Mayra realized then she got up from her seat, and then walked out. "What?" ask Mayra.

"Did anything happen? Why do you look upset?" ask Adrian.

"It's okay" he answered.

Mayra walked straight to the bed. Mayra's body was immediately not powered when she found out that she was pregnant, until Adrian immediately turned around and the handsome man followed Mayra and lay next to the woman.

Adrian hugged Mayra from behind, then the handsome man immediately stroked her stomach. "Why are you sad? You're not happy being pregnant?" he asked me softly.

Suddenly Tiba Mayra let go of Adrian's embrace, then turned towards him. "You know I'm pregnant?" mayra asked with her eyes round.

"I know" replied Adrian.

Mayra did not ask again. She was too lazy and too nauseous looking at her husband.

"Why? Are you not happy to be pregnant? You think I'm a bad woman not happy I'm pregnant?" Suddenly Tiba Mayra said in a tone of disbelief until Adrian was struck by panic.

"Then why do you look so upset?" ask Adrian.

Mayra got up from her lying down. "I'm about to divorce you, so why should I conceive your child?" tanyakanya.

Adrian's eyes were round when he heard that. "Why are you getting divorced? I, right, I've proven that I'm going to change, so why else?" adrian asked meekly, but at this time he was eager to curse Mayra who pretended to divorce him.

"Look, I'm not at all affected by your changes. There is no way that five years can be redeemed for just one month. You got it, didn't you, I mean? I want to be free. I don't want to continue to be trapped in a lifeless household. But look, you're haunting me!" mayra's screams made Adrian rub a rough face. He also rose up from his lie down, until now the two men were sitting cross-legged facing each other.

"Mayra, I know one month won't make up for five years, but aren't we going to go through a long time? Then why do you still not believe me? You may take any of my possessions or anything, but please don't leave me" Adrian said, but in his heart he said otherwise.

'If it wasn't for Alice, I wouldn't have persuaded you like this.' Adrian sat down while Mayra looked down.

"I'm afraid you let me down again, so rather than ...." Not yet Mayra continued her words, Adrian had brought Mayra into his arms.

"You're not gonna believe me? You know when you said you were getting a divorce, I felt sorry for my attitude towards you. Have you ever heard the saying that people change when they lose? That's how I feel, Mayra." Adrian continued to mutter sweet words, even he looked at Mayra with sincerity. Without Mayra knowing, it's just a mask.

Mayra looked down, it seemed like Adrian's speech just really made Mayra a little withered, until finally Adrian clasped Mayra's hand.

"You want to, don't you, give me a chance?" ask Adrian.

Mayra nodded. "But if you change again like you used to, I'm really going to leave" he said again until Adrian this time who nodded, then took Mayra into his arms.

It's been three passed and the age of the womb of Mayra has stepped on four months. During these four months, Adrian really treated Mayra well, until Mayra was complacent. He had not thought about Adrian's mistakes again for the last five years, because Adrian really like a husband.

It is different with Adrian. After four months passed, it seemed like Adrian was getting tired of playing. How not, every day he must have two personalities. He was tired of Mayra's scolding, he was tired of her disappointment. She was also tired as Mayra continued to demand without even listening. He was tired, and it seemed like after four months had passed, Adrian wanted to momentarily enjoy his time by pretending to go to Korea again.

"Why do you have to go to Korea again? Didn't you promise not to go there again?" mayra protests when Adrian asks her permission to leave.

"It's only been a month. I have a job there. After a month, I'll be back here again" replied Adrian. Of course he lied, because after a month had passed, he would ask permission again to extend his work at a hospital outside the city that Mayra knew was a Korean hospital.

Adrian got up from his seat then he immediately approached Mayra who was standing. Looks like the woman will sulk.

"Darling, it's only been a month. I have responsibilities. For four months I took a leave of absence and after a month there, I will be discharged from the hospital immediately" Adrian said.

"Then I'll come along" pinta Mayra. Indeed, he was just afraid that Adrian's attitude would change again until he did not allow Adrian to leave.

Adrian's eyes rounded when he heard Mayra wanted to come along. He's racking his brain, how do you trick?

"Honey, your pregnancy is still very prone to travel by plane. Moreover, the distance between Korea and Russia is very far. So, you can't come along" he said.
