Love me, Mr. Duke

Love me, Mr. Duke
Chapter 24.Let's Go Dating

...~Love Me My Lord Duke~...

"By the way, Miss Shanon." I whispered in Shanon's ear.

"Who's the guy behind Miss Shanon?" I immediately withdrew and looked at Shanon, curious.

Shanon smiled broadly as he looked at me, "That handsome guy over there is my fiancee, Duchess."

'Wedding?!'

The green-eyed man took a step forward and bowed, "I am Edwin Von Serena, the commander of the first squad saluting Duchess Callisto." Edwin then woke up and turned to look at Shanon.

'In a moment, let me digest everything. So the stick seller is Sir Gavin who is the commander of the second army. Then Miss Seller thread is Miss Shanon fiancee of Sir Edwin who is the commander of the first troops.'

This, is that really a coincidence? How many times have I thought about it, it just doesn't make sense. Why can I relate to Carxen's men.

"Hahhh.." I unconsciously let out a long sigh.

"We'll end the training until here. You can disperse now," Carxen concluded.

Gavin and Edwin bowed and left immediately, as did Shanon and the other knights.

Shanon waved to me while holding his fiancee's arm. I waved my hand as I looked towards those who were getting further away.

"Then Mr and Mrs, I'll excuse you now. There's still a lot of work waiting for me." Alfonso immediately left me and Carxen alone after giving formal greetings.

'Alfonso, he left me on purpose.'

"There seems to be a lot of things my wife should explain here."

'It feels like I'd really like to run after Alfonso. This situation, it feels gripping.'

I looked at Carxen carefully. He doesn't look angry at all. His expression was stiff as usual.

"Yes.... So I accidentally met Sir Gavin and Miss Shanon at the festival." I said slowly while avoiding eye contact with Carxen.

He sighed softly, "Alright. Forget it." Then he walked away from me.

I followed Carxen's footsteps from behind, "Master Duke, are you angry?"

Carxen did not reply, he continued to look forward without stopping his steps.

"If I make you angry. I'm sorry, but in the future I'll report to you even if it doesn't matter."

'Do as I please, he said. All right, let's see.'

"You're not going to pull your words just now, are you?" my question as I reached for Carxen's hand.

He immediately stopped his steps and turned towards me, with a slightly surprised look on his face.

"I'd like to go on a date with you, Mr. Duke."

"...Dating?..."

I nodded my head slowly, "Right, date!"

Carxen turned his gaze in the other direction, like he was thinking.

"Don't tell me you don't know what a date is?" I tilted my head blocking Carxen's view.

He just looked at me without words.

"Pff!" I'm trying to hold back my laughter, "I've guessed that you don't know..."

I sighed softly, "Later at night. Will you go with me to the festival?"

Carxen turned his face away from me, "Alright. I happen to have business there too."

He must be very busy. Are you going to let me perform one last time? I want to ask you. But I doubt it. What if you put up another wall.

"Otherwhat are you thinking?" Carxen touched my nose with his index finger.

I was shocked when she did that and looked into her ruby eyes without words.

Although it's embarrassing, but it's my chance to step up.

"Darling..."

Carxen looked at me with widened eyes in surprise. I immediately avoided his sight out of embarrassment.

I feel so ashamed to be half dead. Forget about increasing feelings. I really have no experience in the world of love.

"Then I'll see you tonight, Mr Duke!" I immediately waltzed away leaving Carxen who was still sculpting.
