Zeroun carried Emelie's body while running fast. Damian's subordinate was still chasing him in the back. Occasionally the black-eyed man shot his opponent with the rest of the bullets stored in his gun. The shot is always on target. Every single bullet that came out from inside his gun, was able to knock out one opponent.

After several tens of meters of running, the man can now see the whereabouts of his car. Zeroun had prepared Emelie's rescue plan so thoroughly. Luke leaned against a sofa in a spacious room. In front of the sofa was a table that was now filled with firearms and daggers. The man closed his eyes to relieve his tiredness today. In the bed that was inside the room, there was Lana who was still closing her eyes.

“Nona!” suddenly shouted Lana in a sitting position. His breathing seemed disjointed with sweat pouring down. Lana just had a nightmare. In her dream, something bad had come over Emelie.

Luke who heard Lana's cry now opened his eyes. The man stared at Lana's face from a distance, “What's the matter?” lukas said with a cold expression.

“Where is Miss Emelia? is she okay?” lana asked with a face filled with anxiety. The last time I saw Emelie's face, Damian dragged the woman. Lana tried so hard to protect Emelie this afternoon. The tough woman hid Emelie behind her body. But, suddenly a large wooden block hit his shoulder. The woman felt a tremendous pain before her gaze turned dark.

“Nona Emelie will be fine. Boss Zeroun must have managed to save him,” Lukas replied with an excited face. Now the man was also worried about the situation of Zeroun Zein. The Mafia boss didn't allow himself to come along when he wanted to save Emelie this afternoon. Zeroun instead gave orders to him to take Lana and the other Gold Dragons out of town to avoid the police pursuit.

“Now where are they?” lana asked curiously.

“I also don't know.” Luke threw away his gaze before sighing roughly.

However, when hearing Lana's last sentence makes Lukas disappointed. The man got up from his seat and walked closer to Lana.

“I do not like to see people who fail in their duties. But, I'd rather no more when I see people who are easily desperate and give up.” After having broken his heart, Luke leaves Lana alone in the room. The man wanted to wait for Zeroun's arrival on the lower floor of the mansion.

Lana looked at Luke's back with a sad face, “How I don't feel like giving up, if my presence just makes trouble.”
